This place is always super clean, the owners are very accommodating and respect the customers very much. The drinks are always cutting edge and always push the envelope when crafting new drinks. They have a variety of drinks ranging from fruity organic teas to slusher jelly drinks.toasts are amazingly delicious although pricey, however when you see all the ingredients they use you can see why they are pricey.they don't chince out on quality by any means. The only gripe I have is there is an option in the app for special instructions. So when I get a drink I request No Ice due to the sensitivity of my teeth. And usually it's not honored and not consistent. It depends who makes it that they honor the no ice request. If I have to pay an additional charge for no ice ,please add it. When I walked in, the staff was just kind of sitting around, but they did say hello. It was just kinda awkward walking in. I ordered on the kiosk and grabbed a seat. Inside there are booths with high chairs and one small table with two chairs. It looks like there's some construction going on, but they did decorate for Easter which was cute. The music was nice too, not too loud. Now the important part... I got the cookie butter blended with boba and OMG This drink satisfied ALL of my Biscoff cravings. I wanted to love this place, but: 1. The drink was almost $9 2. The drink didn't come with the advertised brown sugar coating 3. The check out kiosk asked an unnecessarily large amount of questions and forced a phone number to place an order 4. It's an Oolong style tea which is great if you like the tea that tastes like soap, I do not and wish it was advertised that it wasn't a normal milk tea. Very smooth shaved ice and paired well w the sides of condensed milk and brown sugar boba! It was more than enough for the both of us to share. I would now give this place a 3/5 stars, customer service is good and they are very nice and helpful. The service unfortunately is slow, I think they need new people and to fix their servers. Snackpass always says my order is ready when it isn't. Now that i've tried other boba spots up here this one is low on the list. Their drinks are very bland and just like water and flavor. Their drinks only taste like sugar unfortunately. They don't have a lot of variety also. They were both so good! Probably one of the best Taro Milk teas I have ever had. Wasn't too milky, it was just right. Service was good overall very quick even with quite a bit of people The drinks were good until my mother in law found three pieces of hair inside her strawberry tornado drink when we got home. As you can see, we thought there was nothing in it when we got the drink, but as soon as she mixed it around, She seen the hair on the side of the cup, and she thought it was on the outside so she tried to wipe the cup and she opened it up and she moved it around with a straw with three pieces of hair in there and she was enjoying the drink before she found hair. I called and they said that they would refund me my whole order and that they're sorry about what happened, but I think everyone should at least have their hair up when working around food. Having to find hair in a drink is unsanitary. Let alone 3 pieces. Order this around 5:55 pm to 6pm. read more
