Decent drinks and snack. It was quite quiet and not crowded around 3pm. I didnt feel welcome at first, but later when I wanted to change one of my drinks after making order, the asian lady stepped out to help and she was nice enough to update my order without additional charge. Thanks! read more

I visited this establishment today, as my family and I do quite regularly, to order three drinks. We typically order between two and four drinks, and we consistently add boba to each one. Unfortunately, today's experience fell well below the level of service and attention to detail I have come to expect from this establishment. While placing my order, the younger employee repeatedly asked me to repeat myself. I specifically requested boba in all three drinks. One of the drinks was a Thai tea, for which I also requested no ice because I intended to refrigerate it and enjoy it later. Given the difficulty communicating my order, I chose not to leave a tip today, despite regularly leaving a 15% tip for the service I receive. Before my order was completed, I noticed that a customer who ordered after me received his three drinks before mine. At that point, the employee looked at me and then appeared to only be beginning the third drink of my order. When I finally received my drinks, only one--the chamango--had been prepared as requested. The mango-pineapple smoothie was missing the requested boba, although thankfully I was not charged for it. The Thai tea did have boba and no ice as requested; however, it was noticeably underfilled compared with the other drinks and was not satisfactory. I therefore respectfully requested a refund for that drink. The older Asian woman who appeared to be overseeing the establishment seemed surprised by my request. I calmly explained what was incorrect and why I was dissatisfied with that Thai tea drink. Unfortunately, rather than acknowledging the mistake, apologizing, and offering a simple resolution, she remained silent and unapologetic. That response was particularly disappointing because I would expect someone in a management or leadership position to take ownership when an order is not fulfilled correctly. I work in customer service myself, and I understand how important communication, attention to detail, accountability, and professionalism are. If I or one of my employees makes a mistake, I believe the appropriate response is to acknowledge it, apologize, and promptly make it right. Customers should receive exactly what they ordered--not a partial fulfillment of their order. I am posting this primarily as constructive feedback and, hopefully, as an opportunity for management to use this experience for future training. Every customer should receive the same level of respect, courtesy, and attention regardless of whether they choose to leave a tip. There should never be any form of retaliation, whether through the handling of an order, the order's place in line, or the quality of service provided. I will give the business account holder an opportunity to respond before deciding whether my family and I will continue bringing our business here. I sincerely hope this can be addressed professionally and constructively. read more

Needed a drink while out in Victorville. Shop offers food too. Seating is available but fairly minimal. Staff is really nice and fast. Got a winter melon green tea with brown sugar boba. Tea taste is overall excellent. 70% sweetness was still on the sweeter end of tea. I can probably go less next time. Brown sugar boba was well marinated. It's a little soft for my personal preference, but if you like a soft chewy then it's perfect. Would totally come by next time I'm in the area. read more

I didn't take great pictures for this post because the food was just THAT good I wanted to eat it as soon as I got it lol but this place has THE BEST Korean chicken wings I have ever had. They were so crispy, flavorful and a GREAT price. I would come back here just for that. The boba was on the pricier side (at least on door dash it was) but still really good. read more

Hands down the best boba shop in the high desert. Their prices are better than any other boba shop, even the ones down the hill. Every one is already in the $8/9 range while this place is still doing $5/$6 (depending on add ons) Their brown sugar boba is cooked to the perfect texture- squishy and big. I've had just about everything on the menu and can tell you that their quality is consistent throughout. Their strawberry boba milk is a classic- simple yet flavorful, they use real strawberry puree and make it themselves! strawberry matcha is actually made how I envision it to taste when I watch people make it on tik tok. Their ube matcha is seasonal but they make it from real ube as well. I'm always looking for a really good ube flavor- it's hard to maintain the flavor using real ube so I really respect the effort put into it. My little brother always gets the Oreo cookie smoothie, they put a good amount of Oreo. They also hand make their creme brûlée and it is sooo good. You have to try the toasted creme brûlée milk tea it's so yummy with that hard crusted top mimicking a real creme brûlée. If I have a sweet tooth I opt for a Oreo creme brûlée boba milk with 25 or 50 sugar. You can always adjust the sweetness- so don't get mad If they make your drink with 100% bc you forgot to ask for it!! hahaha I could go on and on but you're just gonna have to find out for yourself! The vibes is chill, hang out, I probably wouldn't study there bc there's no wifi, but I def pick up my drink before I do to the library or something. read more

So I went in and ordered a drink and I had asked the lady with hazel eyes if it was boneless she smiled and and nodded that was it. Told me it was a 20min wait. Got super excited until I got the box of chicken I asked for a fork and they looked at me weird. Then I proceeded to take a fat bite from the chicken only to realize that it was bone in and hurt my jaw trying to bite through it. I asked the hazel eyed girl and she just said sorry we don't serve boneless. If I had knew and she had better communication I wouldn't have ordered it read more

We thought both drinks were too sweet. Couldn't taste the "hazelnut" in the hazelnut coffee but still yummy. Will give this place a try again. Got: Green tea passion fruit with boba and aloe jello (less ice and 0% sugar DONT judge me) Price: ~$6, additional toppings are extra. Slightly on the pricier side Value: On par with other boba places. Quality shines Came with a couple of coworkers. We were all thoroughly impressed with their selection and tea taste. I got the passion fruit green tea with 0% added sugar to have an opportunity to taste the tea unhindered. The residual sugar in the boba syrup and the aloe gelly was enough to sweeten the entire drink. Green tea's taste was bright without being too tannic or bitter. Real passion fruit pulp with seeds added acidity that balanced with the boba and aloe. Both are chewy items but different in nature. Boba has your traditional starchy tapioca chew while the aloe is more of a crunchy pulpy chew. Ambiance. Chic, cute, Kawaii stuffed animals, Instagram-able, Japan vibes, you get the point. Plenty of seating. Quick service where they call out your order number as your drinks are complete. Overall: Even though I'm not the craziest about boba, they have solid tea flavor and a wide selection. Slightly on the pricey side. Strong choice for the desert and is comparable to LA, NY, and Bay Area boba. read more

I tried this place when they first opened. This place is okay as it pertains to their boba. I haven't tried their food as of yet, but the brown sugar boba beverage was average. Nothing that would make me want to necessarily return. The staff were pleasant. The inside of the restaurant was welcoming, slightly trendy, and childish themed. They have allot of toys on display. I Definitely can't bring my sons because they would destroy the place, lol. Perhaps, I should come back and try a different drink.. we shall see! read more
