I love this place! They have a great menu, but my go-to items are: Watermelon Juice and the Vegetable sandwich. By far I think Coly Fruit has THE BEST vegetable sandwich. In between a lightly toasted bread are cucumber, onion, lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, mustard, mayo, and if you want the heat, jalapeño. I know it sounds like an easy sandwich you can make at home, but the slices and portion of the sandwich just fit together. I can not replicate what she does with my sandwiches. Tamales bomb. Crêpes bomb. Lupita greeted me and recommended the crêpe to me when I came in to buy tamales one day and the crêpes were amazing. It's a small cute, comfortable dining experience. Ordered the cold buster, Because I had been here a few times in the past and loved there vampire pressed juice, but when I got it, It was all pulp and foam and tasted bitter, I asked if she could exchange it for something else but she pointed at a sign and said no refund. I told her I didn't want a refund, I wanted a new drink.,. But she told me I couldn't because she would be losing out on money I couldn't believe that she would say something like that to a customer. It's ok cause I won't be going back !! I felt like an exchange or a different product would've been a better solution as a customer. The fruit was perfectly ripe and fresh. There were strawberries, apples, bananas, cantaloupe, and papaya in the mix. The rich cream was slightly tangy and complimented the sweet fruit. A topping of grated coconut and granola added a nice textural crunch. Service is friendly. The fruit salad was made to order. It only took a few minutes to prepare. First off it's now Colyfruit ... and they have crepes!!! Soooo good! Super friendly, seems family owned he said he's been there for 8 months. So get in there and try!! A little out of the way but soo worth it! There is no where else in this desert to get made to order crepes!!
