Unfortunately, the food quality was poor--the chilaquiles rellenos were undercooked, the masa was raw in places, and the sauce lacked flavor. We took a few bites but ultimately could not finish the dishes. Despite this, we focused on supporting the students. However, since the event on October 24th, the vendor has refused to provide the promised 15% donation to the students. I cannot recommend this vendor or her food, as she let down a group of hardworking students who take pride in their club and strive to preserve Hispanic culture at their school.
