My son went to buy food from this lunch truck, where we regularly order the same red chilaquiles. This time, they gave us a completely different order. We believe it may have been someone else's order that had been sitting there. We noticed the mistake after we had already driven away and were almost home, so we decided to just eat it instead of driving back. However, the chilaquiles had a strange sour taste, and we believe they were green chilaquiles instead of the red ones we ordered. When my son returned to politely ask for either the correct order or a refund, the employee immediately became upset and had a very rude attitude. She said she had to call her manager, and while speaking on the phone, she misrepresented what happened by telling the manager that my son was being rude, which was completely untrue. We are regular customers and have always treated the staff with respect. We would never be rude to people preparing our food, especially at a place we visit often. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the employee seemed angry that she had to issue a refund. Even after my son walked away, she opened the truck door and yelled rude comments at him. Everyone can have a bad day, but that does not excuse treating customers this way. Good customer service means taking responsibility for mistakes and treating people with respect. It was disappointing to see an employee refuse to acknowledge the error and instead become confrontational. If I owned a business, I would not want someone representing it with that kind of attitude. We simply wanted the food we ordered or a refund. The situation never needed to escalate the way it did. read more

I was really disappointed with the chilaquiles. They were bland, lacked flavor, and honestly tasted like very little effort went into the seasoning. On top of that, the employee attitude made the experience even worse. The staff came across as rude and unfriendly, which made me feel unwelcome. Between the poor customer service and the disappointing food, I would NOT recommend this place At All. This vendor agreed to work with my students' school for the La Raza Unida club, a group dedicated to celebrating Hispanic culture and educating students, staff, and the community about Hispanic traditions. The agreement was that she would attend their event and donate 15% of her sales back to the club. To support the club, we purchased items from her. Unfortunately, the food quality was poor--the chilaquiles rellenos were undercooked, the masa was raw in places, and the sauce lacked flavor. We took a few bites but ultimately could not finish the dishes. Despite this, we focused on supporting the students. However, since the event on October 24th, the vendor has refused to provide the promised 15% donation to the students. I cannot recommend this vendor or her food, as she let down a group of hardworking students who take pride in their club and strive to preserve Hispanic culture at their school. read more

First and last time going , Food looks nothing like the pictures on their menu was disappointed especially with the plate of chilaquiles I asked for the two eggs over easy gave me no eggs ,no sauce on the chilaquiles or pambazos I purchase and they're beans where really dry ! Every time I've been to the food truck I'm charged a different amount for my order. I ordered a Panbaso and a juice which should have been less than $20. I was charged almost $25. The very least she can do is update the prices on the side of her truck. read more

First time coming and probably the last time going . Beans were very dry and tasted burnt. Salsa tasted like they put lemon it had a sour taste. Very disappointed especially getting off work with my hubby and we were hungry and wanted to give this place a try but we just ended up throwing it away. I specifically asked if the chilaquiles come with sour cream and they said yes I didn't see our tasted the sour cream.
