The #1 is there slow smoked baby back ribs with their house rub. It comes with a roll and a side of your choice. You also get to choose if you want your ribs mild or spicy. The food doesn't take long to come out at all. When my food did come out it looked quite amazing for it coming from a food truck. My basket had a large amount of tender and juicy ribs soaked in their barbecue sauce. There was a huge amount of there seasoned fries which I got as my side. The taste of it all was phenomenal.
