Grinding their beef in house definitely makes a difference. I usually enjoy their Chickenator Fries but this time it looks like the recipe has changed. It still tastes good with their spicy sauces but I remembered that the chicken used to be pieces of grilled breast meat. This time, the cashier asked the chef if there was any chicken left for the Chickenator Fries. He said "yes," went to the freezer and showed her a frozen stick of ground chicken. Albeit, the ground chicken was seasoned well and tasted good; I was just expecting chicken breast meat. Also, the fries were very dark in my portion. They are still the same creamy textured Kennebec potatoes as before but seemed tired and old. Service was okay. They are not really set up for cash sales anymore since there was only 36 cents in their till for change at the time. Dining areas were clean but the interior is due for an update.

Only thing that is disappointing is that sometimes they close earlier. I've arrived 20-15 minutes before closing for them to say they're closed already. I contacted DoorDash, but by the time my food finally arrived, the "crispy" part of my meal had retired, and it looked like the bag had lost a fight with a washing machine. DoorDash's response was basically, "Sounds like a you problem," so that was cool. To top it all off, I got sick around 10 p.m. after drinking the horchata, which was the final boss battle of the evening. On the bright side, this entire experience inspired me to delete my DoorDash account and rediscover the ancient art of cooking. So thanks, I guess? You didn't deliver a great meal, but you did deliver a life lesson. ‍ This keeps the humor aimed mostly at the experience rather than making factual claims beyond what you personally experienced, which tends to be a good fit for public reviews.

All on two yellow corn tortillas, the taco was tasty and filling. Homemade salsas can be requested. I liked the slight kick of the green salsa. The grilled chicken breast came in two slices with one being very dry and the other was very woody in texture. Otherwise, the rest of the sandwich was fine with the whole wheat bun, sliced tomatoes, and lettuce being very fresh. This is the second time I received a chicken sandwich with quality issues so I probably will not order it again. Service was friendly and efficient. Dining room was clean and comfortable.

The fact that it's vegan is kind of the cherry on top. Both of our meals were delicious. I remember I chose a "mayo clucker" or called something like that haha. Super crispy, the texture was perfect, flavor had a nice spice blend to it, and the fries were kind of my favorite style fry-akin to maybe McDonald's (thin and maybe fried in peanut oil) and the seaweed flakes added something different. If there is anything regarding food and drink that people in my life know about me, it is that I'm a lemonade person. This was a very good lemonade, not too sweet not too tangy and a good syrup or maybe even natural juice element. It was as Kristen Wiig in Bridesmaids would call "fressshhh" haha. Loved this place! It definitely gives local business, and not franchise! The ambiance, seating and decor all looked clean and fun, my partner recognized how some of the utensils and plating is industrial, and stuff you'd see from a military cafeteria, and I thought that was different.
