Spent about $32 through DoorDash, and my driver, Pablo, apparently accepted my order and then entered a deep state of meditation in a parking lot for 15+ minutes. I contacted DoorDash, but by the time my food finally arrived, the "crispy" part of my meal had retired, and it looked like the bag had lost a fight with a washing machine. DoorDash's response was basically, "Sounds like a you problem," so that was cool. I came to this restaurant and order $25 worth of food. An Avocado burger and a bacon cheeseburger and a Patty melt plate. I paid cash for my meals. They served me the food burnt. As we were leaving the manager asked me why we did not eat the food. I said "look at it". The manager said "oh, it's burnt". She called over another manager, they discussed the problem and they offered me a free meal up to the price I paid next time I came in. They kept the receipt and wrote my name on it. Everything seemed fine until I saw her accidentally drop the bottle lids on the floor and then immediately place the same lids back onto the ketchup bottles without cleaning or replacing them. I made the mistake of ordering a breakfast burrito for delivery via Uber Eats. The receipt that came with my delivery was exactly as I ordered. However, the burrito I received was not! I ordered a burrito with bacon, pico di gallo, cheese, egg and easy hash brown. What I received was a burrito with egg and LOTS of potato! There was no cheese, no bacon and no pico de gallo! Loved the new spicy chicken sandwich made with their very own house spice blend. The chicken sandwich has a bite but it's so delicious. The family meal deal is worth every penny and feeds a family for 4. This location also hosts events during the holiday and for families. I have t been but I heard the best things about paint night for the whole family. And the most recent Xmas celebration was amazing. They had photos with Santa and face painting. Kids even ate free!
