I had to get up twice to go and ask for service at the retail section. When I spoke to the manager she was nice yet I felt unheard. She looked at me as if I was asking for a free meal and genuinely I was just being honest. Restaurant service needs to get it together. I even had to ask if my meal came with bread in which it did and I wouldn't have received it if I didn't ask for it. No refills either, not sure why service was so bad on an empty Wednesday. The restaurant was clean and cool on a hot day. As a customer service manager I see that staff and management need more training. The retail part of the restaurant was excellent and super apologetic and helpful, thank you.
