Vegan oasis between Las Vegas and S California. This really is a must stop. I had the shroom burger and they did not hold back on the caramelized onion and mushrooms as it was loaded. The fries are fluffy on the inside and not greasy. The gentleman at the counter was so friendly and helpful. You can tell that the employees here enjoy their job. I can't wait to come back.
From the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Will with a friendly hello it was a wonderful experience. We told him it was our first time and he took the time to go over the menu and tell us all the different items they had. He introduced his wife who was cooking in the back and they were both so friendly. We have been vegan for 12 years and tried so many places and these burgers were amazing! We got the bbq burger which was amazing and fresh and the fries were sooo good as well as the made in house fresh strawberry lemonade. To top it off we had an Oreo cookie soft serve ice that was outstanding. The fries have a seaweed salt in them which is was better than regular salt wow! We will be back My husband loved vegan burgers and this was his favorite yet! If you are headed to or from Vegas this is a have to stop for sure. In Hesperian right off Main Street.
This restaurant was outstanding! The interior decor, cleanliness, service, the food - the best vegan burgers I've tried hands down!!!!! We are so happy we stopped by on our road trip. If we are ever in this area, we will be back!!!
We stopped here for lunch on the way to Vegas. I ordered the Avo Beet with lettuce wrap and my husband had the Shrooms Burg and large fries. We opted for our order to dine-in. My Avo Beets were a bit dry for me so I'm not sure if the lettuce overpowered everything. It was beautifully wrapped. My husband liked the Shroom Burg that he would have it again. The fries were freshly made. We selected the smoked BBQ and garlic aioli sauce. We both much preferred the BBQ sauce. The service was great. They checked to make sure if we needed anything. They told us the popular ones are the Smoked BBQ, Cracked Mayo, and Chikin' Buffalo. We definitely will be back here to try out the other options.
I must admit I probably wouldn't have tried this spot if not for our church fast but I did. I ordered the Beet, sprouts and avocado burger without the beets, onions and mayo. Absolutely delicious and I will be back to try one of the other burgers. I paid for the combo loved loved loved the Peach Mint Lemonade I think it was called it was refreshing and just good. The sea salt and seaweed fries were equally tasty. I also ordered the chicken tenders with ranch and barbecue, I ate one on the way home with nothing on it and loved them also. And what sealed the deal was the young lady who took my order and served me. She was warm, professional, friendly, informative and so very kind. I was carrying out, but gave her a tip because she deserved it.
I'm not even Vegan and I'd consider this one of the best burgers I've had. I'm gluten free (Celiac Disease) and the team is so knowledgeable about options - and there are so many! We stop here on our drive between LA and Vegas and always have the best meal. We've gotten to the point where we plan our drives around being able to stop for lunch or dinner, it's that good! Never thought I'd choose broccoli over fries as a side with a burger but the broccoli is incredible. A must try!!!! I can't rave about Veganburg enough - best food & best staff. Hands down!!!
Great service, friendly staff, and the food was out of this world!!! We ordered a burger and the special Chikn marinara burger. Yum!! Later we realized there was soft serve available, so we had to make a float.

The place has a very clean earthy vibe like they make their own furniture. The food is from a carnivores point of view out of this world flavor on point, freshness on point, and creativity 10 out of 10. We orders the cracked mayo chicken burger wow the ingredients are fresh the are full of flavor and the food did not disappoint the owner was extremely kind and giving us her backstory on why she even opened up a vegan burger and I feel like she makes the food with love and intention. The fried mushrooms are to die for I've never had a mushroom that isn't soggy in the middle she made the perfect recipe that has a crunch throughout the whole mushroom but like I say you try then decide

We have stopped at Veganburg every time we pass thru Hesperia go to/from Los Angeles. Having not been since last November, my partner and I decided to make the 90 mile trip to satiate our craving for their amazing food. It was worth every mile. The food is that good. We had the BBQ Burger with broccoli and a Shroom Burger with fries. Do not doscount the broccoli; it is delicous. The burgers are all unique and delicious. The best burgers I ever taated. Such wonderful flavors. We also had thier famous soft serve. You will nit find a creamier or tastier soft serve anywhere. We opted for an oreo topping on one, sprinkles on the other. Fruity Pebbles is another topping option. This was our 3rd time iver a period of 18 months. When we walked in the door, the owner immediately remembered us , and greeted us with that warm and friendly nature that she just exudes. She is the Gilding On The Lily of an already great experience. The other employees are also very nice and friendly. Veganbueg is a complete experience, not just a meal. The store is very clean and has a warm decor. The bathroom is large, clean, gender neutral and handicap friendly. If you are traveling thru Hesperia, do yourself a big favor and treat yourself to a meal at Veganburg.
***BEST BURGER AND BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE HIGH DESERT!*** My daughter and I stopped by to try out this establishment. They're located in a shopping center along with other restaurants and across the street from Target in Hesperia. The exterior was very contemporary, with cute slogans and the hours displayed on the door. The inside was very chic, with some tables and metal/wooden stools. It has a contemporary rustic look. It was after 6 pm when we visited, and a few customers were eating at tables. The owner, Dee, was very friendly and welcomed us, with a smile and a cheery attitude, as we entered. She went to the other side of the counter and asked if it was our first time visiting, it was. She went over the different burgers they offered and answered any questions we had. We learned that Veganburg will be celebrating its one-year anniversary on April 12th, opening at 11 AM, and they will sell their burgers for $10 that day! Yum!!! The burgers range from $10.90+ but they're worth every cent!!! The burger itself was very flavorful, and the vegetables were piled high. We ordered the Mustang Relish which had a crispy plant patty, mustard, fresh lettuce, ketchup, red onion, vegan mayo, and pickles made in-house. We upgraded the burger for $4.90 and made it a meal. We had a choice of seaweed fries or sizzlin' broccoli, to which we chose the seaweed fries, which also came with a drink. My daughter ordered a cream soda, which she loved! I'm very glad we stopped by for a bite. Between the spectacular food and the excellent customer service, we'll be back.
Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon on a drive from LA to death valley. One word - amazing. The carne asada fries were amazing though the pictures online show jalapeños and I didn't see any in our meal. We got the chikn' buffalo and the smoky bbq. Both were very good. The spot is a welcoming space to eat and the guy who greeted us was nice!

For years, I dated a vegan, who was also a chef at one point, so I definitely know what is considered "good" vegan food and "bad" vegan food.. This is some delicious food PERIOD. The fact that it's vegan is kind of the cherry on top. Both of our meals were delicious. I remember I chose a "mayo clucker" or called something like that haha. Super crispy, the texture was perfect, flavor had a nice spice blend to it, and the fries were kind of my favorite style fry-akin to maybe McDonald's (thin and maybe fried in peanut oil) and the seaweed flakes added something different. If there is anything regarding food and drink that people in my life know about me, it is that I'm a lemonade person. This was a very good lemonade, not too sweet not too tangy and a good syrup or maybe even natural juice element. It was as Kristen Wiig in Bridesmaids would call "fressshhh" haha. Loved this place! It definitely gives local business, and not franchise! The ambiance, seating and decor all looked clean and fun, my partner recognized how some of the utensils and plating is industrial, and stuff you'd see from a military cafeteria, and I thought that was different. And service was wonderful and quick; everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves and I love to see that. Can't wait to come back and try the other sammies! read more

Came here with my wife, and the ambiance inside the restaurant is clean, music is great. The staff members are friendly and very attentive if you are unsure what to get. I've tried their cracked mayo burger and it's delicious. But today I ordered the shroom burger with their seaweed fries and a strawberry lemonade, and my wife got the mustang relish with the seaweed fries mango lemonade. The food here is 100% vegan. They have variety of burgers to also choose from and different alternatives for their drinks. If you're in the high desert come to this place. I highly recommend and i enjoy their food. read more
This is a place vegans can go to get an approximation of the fast food comfort food they would need to give up. I'm not vegan but I am vegetarian so I really appreciate the concept that being said I didn't really like my sandwich. There was something about the texture and flavor profile that doesn't pass uncanny valley. It's a bit too mushy and had a weird clove or allspice flavor that threw me off. My son eats meat and he wasn't a fan. I'm not sure this will convince meat eaters. Service was fine and the place looked clean. Maybe I should have ordered a chicken sandwich instead of a burger. read more

Okay I'm so mad because I paid an absurd amount for this food and it is legit BAD. Like I feel like this must be what everyone thinks of when they say vegan food sucks??? It's weird because the restaurant interior looks immaculate, and the pictures and advertising make it all seem like Shake Shack level good. But the truth is VeganBurg is hardly a chain despite advertising itself as one-- with only one other very random location in Singapore... The worst offender: inedible, extremely pathetically small, overpriced tiramisu. I would pay money not to have to eat this again. It must be made with coconut flour (and a sickening amount of it at that) because it's all you can taste and it's gritty af. I hated it so much I ended up happy that it was only the size of an Oreo. I also hated the Shroom bites. LOL, it's like takoyaki except it's a tiny sliver of mushroom in the middle instead of octopus, and the thin skinned, soft fluffy batter is the Great Wall of unleavened bread. They also have vegan soft serve but just save your money. It sucks and whatever flavor you order just know you're really getting coconut. The unicorn flavor is just vanilla (aka coconut) with a texturally painful amount of sprinkles. It's really dense and has the same mouthfeel as lard. It was also made in a lidded soda cup for some reason-- very joyless. The sliders were the best, and they were just okay. I would eat them again but they need to be half the price that they are. I'm somehow basically the only bad review for this place but whatever, I firmly stand by my statement that I hate VeganBurg :( read more

These burgers are so good. To be clear I am not a vegan, and these burgers stand taller than most burgers I've eaten. The ingredients are real, fresh, and they do not leave you feeling heavy or greasy. Cracked mayo stands as a heavy favorite. I am also a big fan of the Chickn buffalo, and carne asada fries. Can't wait to try all of them. I'm so impressed with this business as everyone is always so welcoming when I've come in (3x now) and are pleasant. I hope to see more of these! read more

This place was incredible. From the moment we walked in the door, we were greeted warmly by the owner and given a thorough description of of the menu. We were so impressed with the food and how much flavor was in each bite. I highly recommend the BBQ burger, but cannot wait to go back to try the Avo Beets burger. The soft serve was perfection. I cannot recommend this place more! Looking forward for the next visit. read more

Food was amazing. Hospitality/ service was exceptional. As soon as we walked in the owners greeted us and even explained what was in the food. We ate all of our food and would definitely come back again! I hope they make one in the LA area or Long Beach! Thank you so much read more

Been wanting to try this place and finally got to try it. It's really a great pit stop between LA and Vegas. For those who are vegans, this place is a must try! I'm not vegan but I do have gluten and dairy allergies/ intolerances. They have gluten free bun and their soft serve is gluten free as well. Even the one with the Oreo topping! So for those who are gluten intolerant like me & are avoiding soy, they're able to switch any burger to portobello mushroom meat, real mushroom and it's so juicy. So pick any burger style and they'll swap it with the mushroom. The drink is refill so that's an extra plus. Staff is so wonderful and friendly. They're knowledgeable on the allergens. Hopefully they get to open up more locations that are closer to LA or Orange County area. read more

Food here is fantastic! My favorite burger is the Mustang relish but my family loves the smoky barbecue and the amazing thing is that everything is vegan but it tastes so delicious. The workers are very friendly and the food comes quick. Everything in the store is compostable, straws, cups, etc. It makes us happy to know people still care about the Earth. Plants are a fun touch. Plus, where else are you gonna find delicious vegan ice cream highly recommend!! read more

I was amazed that this place had 5 with 100+ reviews, so I wanted to try it for myself, and my oh my it really is worth 5 Stars!! I had the teriyaki burger which had pineapple on which I loved!! Such a good burger place overall, perhaps even the best vegan burger I've had. The lettuce and tomatoes were so fresh and the ingredients looked so beautiful overall! The seaweed fries were addicting and so easy to eat like chips. Well done on plating and the staff were so kind and helpful!! There was also little board games to play with while you waited for your food. If you're ever in the area, or just traveling through between Las Vegas and Los Angeles like me -- definitely make it a point to stop through. First visit to Veganburg and it definitely won't be my last. I ordered the mini meal, which was the perfect portion. It came with a chicken-style slider (you can also choose the vegan wings), fries, broccoli, and a drink. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and genuinely satisfying. Service really stood out. I mentioned it was my first time, and Sean at the counter was patient, knowledgeable, and happy to walk me through the menu, including best sellers and what came on each item. He even offered lemonade samples so I could choose. Thoughtful touch, especially since their lemonades are made in-house from scratch. I also had the chance to meet the owner, Dee, who was warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about the space she's created. Solid food, thoughtful service, and great overall energy. Could not have asked for a more delicious and satisfying meal after hiking Mount Whitney! I was so excited to see a vegan restaurant on our way home, and a burger is exactly what I was craving. We ordered the cracked mayo burger and the shrooms burger, both feature their crispy soy patty, with a side of fries and broccoli. They cut the burgers in half for us so we could split them! The shrooms burger was soo good, with a creamy mushroom gravy that really complemented the soy chick'n-style patty. The cracked mayo burger was also tasty and stacked with crunchy pickles. As for the sides, the fries were perfectly crispy and the broccoli was well seasoned. Overall the service was wonderful, the place is very clean and nice, and I will be thinking about those burgers for days to come! read more

I have celiac disease and 100% intolerant to gluten does anyone with the same eaten here ? The menu looks so amazing I love the gluten free buns but I'd like to know I can have my food prepared properly. If anyone has any insight please share .
I'd call them and ask they have protocol for celiacs . I hope you can them out.
