I drive thru this location VERY often to deliver their b&c burritos to grandkids who do not have a Baker's nearby. My food is ALWAYS piping hot, my french fries are always hot and never gross but best of all as I drive off and take a sip of my diet coke it is always right. I want to give a shout out to Corine who seems to always be there when I drive through with a smile on her face and for always handing me my perfect order. I am sure that her whole team is awesome but it seems she is the common denominator to great meals. I have been to several other locations and seem to always drive off with the wrong drink or my fries are cool. Surely nobody wants to pay for cooool fries. New **BEWARE THEY SERVE COMPLETELY RAW CHICKEN** Had a disgusting experience with this location. Ordered the crispy chicken wrap via DoorDash today.. took a couple bites to realize that it's completely RAW inside. This is completely unsafe, unsanitary and unacceptable. I couldn't believe it was raw inside and then I went to check the rest of the wraps ordered and it was also raw. I called the store right away and spoke to the manager and she didn't even care that it was raw. Her response was "you can come to the store to get new ones" I don't want new ones because I'll never ever eat Baker's again and also why would I come to the store when I ordered delivery on DoorDash. I ordered a double baker burger and that's al, I asked for ranch and it was 1.61 for a side of ranch so I declined. However I'm completely disappointed in the 1 burger I ordered. Aside from the very old and stale bottom bun the rest of the burger was fine. But unfortunately someone thought it was better to save food costs than worry about a review. I hardly ever go here and am solidified and never returning. I also called to advise them and they did offer to replace it, I'm sure if I brought it back only, but I just wanted to go home since I was almost there. This is my mom's favorite location. The service is fast and friendly. They wear gloves when handling the food so everything is clean for the most part. The parking situation is a little difficult. The drive through line often backs up into the parking lot which can leave you unable to move your car when leaving. Other than that, this is a decent place to grab a $3 burrito. read more

We even had a custom order and they made it correctly. The manager at the window had a big smile and he made sure that our order was correct. So difficult these days to get fast-food orders correct, but Bakers did.. The food here was good too. It's a mix of burgers and some Mexican favorites. Their tacos were pretty good. I'm a truck driver and stopped here to try and eat at Bakers in Hesperia past 10pm @ store 12798 Main St Hesperia, CA 92345. Obviously I can't drive my semi truck through the drive thru, so instead I walked up to the window and asked if I could please still order (because the dinning area and door was closed). I was told by a female employee "we can't serve you because your not in a vehicle, it's drive thru only". I replied back and said I'm actually in a vehicle, I drove up here and it's parked right here on the side, it won't fit in your drive thru. The employee replied back and said sorry, but we can't serve you. I replied back and said so you don't serve truck drivers? We literally bring you everything here, and we need to eat too. WHAT IS GOING ON AT BAKERS????? It used to be my absolute favorite place to eat, now the service, or lack of service, is so bad that I dread going back. I WAS YOUR BIGGEST FAN!!! The food quality has declined as well but not as bad as the service. And these people are making at least $20 per hour when they can't get a simple order correct? Walking up to place an order makes me feel like I am bothering them as I am directed to place my order on the screen. The drive-through is a complete JOKE! Expect to get the order wrong or missing items regardless of how small, simple or large, and my latest visit was no exception. This is my go-to Baker's location but mostly because they're not far off the path on my trip home. The drive thru is badly designed. It opens into a parking spot so if you're at the end of the line but not inside the drive thru you're blocking the lane or you're parked in a parking spot which means other cars don't even know you're in line... Yup that's a fun experience. The wait time is long for fast food. It does seem to vary drastically but a majority of the time we're waiting longer than we should be for our food. They've never gotten our order incorrect but the quality of the food is not always to Baker's standard. If you can help it do not order the gigantic french fry... I think because of the size they don't cook them as they usually do and we end up with a handful of good ones while the rest are bland, soggy, or hard. This has been constant for us since they changed their sizes/menu around. The staff is polite but not above and beyond and there are no apologies for your wait.. not even recognition that it's been 15 mins since they took your order. You're in a prime location Baker's step it up! read more
