During our visit we observed 2 homeless men entered the restaurant and used the bathroom, helped themselves to fountain drinks and peanuts, no business employees said a word. Another customer wad sitting behind us and he questioned the restaurant staff to why five guys allow homeless individuals into the restaurant without paying and filling up dirty cups from trash, placing their hands into the peanut box and stealing condiments. The 1 star is for high priced food. I asked for a cheeseburger and they gave me a little cheeseburger. I didn't realize it until half way through. Anyways, ridiculously overpriced. I got over little cheeseburger, 1 regular fry, 1 BLT and 1 shake $34.43 was total. It was good but not that good. What's frustrating is these greedy business that started the hyperinflation during covid took advantage of it and have continuously hiked the prices up making others follow suit. Not to mention the wars in Ukraine and Russia and elsewhere is costing the world a ton of heartache. Would I eat here again? Probably but I would probably make some adjustments here and there to make the price more affordable. I ordered a Little Cheeseburger and a Little order of fries. Admittedly, I've had better at other Five Guys locations. Not for the first time my burger was under seasoned while the regular fries with salt were extremely over seasoned. The fry person is handsy with the salt while the burger person is not handsy enough. This is consistent at this location so it may be a matter of the training. I paid just under $16 for the "little" burger, small fries, and medium soda. My friend was there for the 1st time but sadly, although she enjoyed the food, she won't be back due to cost. She ordered the regular burger, medium fries & coke, and her cost was just over $20! We got there at 11:30 and left at about 12:45. During the entire time, only 4 other people came in, and they were all together. Now, this is Thursday, lunch time, and in a busy shopping area. In the past, it was always very busy. We were greeted promptly and provided our food. The location was not very busy at our time of arrival. About ten minutes after our arrival more customers started to arrive. One customer spilled peanut shells all over the floor, making a big mess. The employees were very friendly, grabbed a broom and just started cleaning the place up after the customer left. My daughter enjoyed her burger and the overflowing cup of fries was a treat for us both. We were told to have a nice day upon departing the establishment. The burgers are great, the fries suck. There is a girl here who keeps putting me on hold every time I try to call the store to let them know I'm here for curbside pick-up. Several times it just didn't work because they don't answer when they put you on hold, they forget about you. They just opened a month or so ago, the location is great, plenty of parking, the restaurant itself big and nicely laid out. Unfortunately, its already trashed, peanut shells everywhere, sticky tables, messy bathroom. For a Saturday night there was no line and about half the tables full, so they could have really had somebody clean up a bit. Service was super fast and they were nice. Prices are crazy high for what you get which is what kept us from coming sooner. $5 for the little burger which you can get up the street at In N Out for $1.90 and tastes a million times better? $7 for a double, which is $4 at In N out? That mixed with not being so great, we just got a little bacon burger and little fries to share. The fries being their saving grace. For $2 you get an order twice as big as In N Out, we had Cajun style which usually just means a ton of seasoning salt. Yup, that's what it means here too. Also the fries aren't cooked long enough and who likes soggy fries? Sure the free toppings are enticing, and we got them all, but you get the tiniest bit of each, everything tastes like from a can, the grilled veggies barely cooked, the meat tiny and covers about half of the soggy bun. I'm a fan of the of the little bacon cheeseburger. If you get the jalepenos just know that they are raw and not pickled. The fries, let me just say get a size or two smaller than what you think you want. There are a TON of fries. The burgers are excellent I really like how you can customize your food from a large list of options makes for a home made self tailored burger kind of taste. Next the fries are simple and basic and very fresh which makes the awesome and the portions are big and cool too. They have a large selection of beverages which is a big bonus over their competitors and hey it's cool for the kids to be able to smash and eat peanuts while they make your burger . Bacon double cheese burger with tomato, lettuce, mayo & mustard took about 6-7 mins to get once ordered and they provide peanuts to hold ya over in the mean time. We got our number called and the burger was hot and juicy. My girlfriend enjoyed their meat patties more than In n Out's and they gave us a generous serving of fries.
