I have one word, "DISGUSTING." Haven't visited in some time so I was excited to go and indulge. Well, the burger was soggy, fries hard, hotdog cold bun hard. I should have turned around when I saw the restaurant was empty. I am so disappointed and angry that I spent too much money, could have went to the Texas Roadhouse for a real meal. Oh, I forgot about the shakes that had some yuck yuck all over the cups with melted whipped cream on the top and at least two customers returned to the counter because there was something wrong with their food. I will continue to patronize the Redlands location when down the hill, they're the best I've had (of five guys not the best burgers overall). I did get a refund for the shakes should have for the entire order. This site needs a visit from the Health Department. One day I was starving and one of my client's had mentioned how good the burger was he ate there...so I went! I had to stand around for a table, and finally just asked some construction workers if I could join them--they said yes. So we shared a meal together, and the food is just ok. Fry servings = HUGE. i don't get the people comparing it to in n out... it's honestly so much different from it. i'd say they're on different planes of existence. the burger was amazing... they have WAY more ingredients than in n out. whoever said the meat patties were thin. dude... what do you want? a whole cow? the burger is great ALL THE WAY! the only way... might try adding some extras next time... small cajun fries was pretty good. love the way they cook it. creamy is the way i like my fries. the cajun seasoning dosn't make it that much better though. ps. their free peanuts are amazingly tasty. i'm definitely coming back. read more

We found 5 Guys on a visit to Las Vegas and loved it. When they opened this store we made it a point to eat here. What I love about 5 Guys is you get to build your burger exactly how you want it. And they have items that most places don't have, like the choice of grilled or raw onions or Jalapenos. You can also get A-1 steak sauce on your burger. Their fries are also good, you can get them with no salt, regular salt or cajen salt If you have never been to a 5 Guys you should try it. Highly recommended. read more

I have been to franchises in about 6 or 7 states and every one of them has been a nice place to go. Great options for toppings, the fries are great and usually a far larger portion then necessary for one person. Its usually cheaper to get one regular sized fry and share with another person. Large portions and very fresh, hot food. I come here a lot because this is one place I can eat at that doesn't cause me problems with my gluten allergy. The staff are always friendly. Went to Five Guys for lunch, ordered 1 little hamburger, 1 little bacon cheeseburger and a regular bacon cheeseburger. Customized them how we wanted them and waited for our order. A few minutes later we get our number called and they bring me the bag with our burgers. Little hamburgers perfect. Pull the little bacon cheese and the reg. Bacon cheese out and somehow the LITTLE burger was bigger than my regular. What???? Took it up to the counter because I am not paying almost $2.00 more for a reg. Bacon cheese and it's smaller than the little bacon cheese! The guy I talked to was more than friendly,he checked the reciept and we quickly realized they made me a little bacon cheese instead of what I had ordered. He told me to keep the wrong order and made me a NEW reg. bacon cheese the way I wanted it made. The burgers themselves were good. Juicy, not dried out. The fries are always a bonus with the amount you get with your order, we shared a large fry between 4 of us and had lots left over. read more

SHOCKER...... Found two sewing pins in the French fries! Yes sewing pins....talked to manager Michael who was anything but professional. He was rude, and in not so many words accused me of putting the sewing pins in the fries cup! Really??? I then called the District Office who was much more helpful and they filled out a report. I received a call from another manager from the store Shannon who was very professional and apologized for Michael, and for the sewing pins. I am not out to sue, nor for a free meal which Shannon did offer but did not take. This is something very serious finding pins in food, and need to find the source of this error. Horrible service, very rude employees. Went to ask about locations in N.Y. and cashier said she didn't know if they had any. She said it was my responsibility to find that out. I wanted to buy a gift card to send to my nephew. I asked for the manager. The manager also did not know and said it was not a job requirement to know where they had stores. I looked it up online so the cashier said "are you going to order something or just stand there?" No one was in line behind me and there is no other store in the high desert to buy the gift card or believe me I would not have done business with them. I've been to this particular Five Guys burger joint a few times now. I've left this place with a smile every time. The burgers are tasty (I usually get the double bacon cheeseburger with onions, mushrooms, A1 sauce, etc.). As always, the Cajun fries are delicious (with that tangy Cajun seasoning kick) and abundant. One order of large fries is usually enough to share amongst my friends and me. The staff is always upbeat, courteous, and pleasant. I spilled my soda, and one of the female workers quickly came over with a mop. She politely reassured me with a smile that it was alright (this instantly removed all guilt that I felt, and I could continue enjoying my meal). Sometimes the place does get busy, so the tables can still have small messes behind. This isn't an issue because all I have to do is ask for a cleanup from an employee, and they get right on it with no complaints and a positive attitude. The location is just right, and I often find myself taking my meal outside to the covered gazebo (nothing feels better than friends, good food, and a beautiful, breezy day outside). I admit I'm still a die hard In-N-Out fan, but I still recommend giving this place a try. read more

Myself and family came here and ate little bacon cheeseburgers and cajun fries. Later that night we were horribly sick, this meal was the only thing we all ate in common so it had to be this. the food poisoning was so bad that I had to take my partner to the Emergency Room for abdominal pain. We were very sick for 12 consecutive days and we are still not feeling 100% I filed a report with the health department and was contacted by 5 guys. The manager emailed me and the owner did as well. Neither of them offered any resolution besides the fact that they would check the temperature logs for that week. Myself and my family will never eat at a 5 Guys establishment ever again. read more
