Took my kids to sonic for a summer treat. My bill was $34 and I asked her for a water cups because it's hot and I was thirsty and she literally told me I had pay for water cup. After I waited 20 mins in the drive thru and spent that much money at a place that half the menu is broke off but she told me she had charge me for ice water cup. That is ridiculous. I am so upset and I won't be coming back. Their service sucks and their attitudes are horrible . They offered a drink carrier for free but tried to charge me for water. I want to see that in their company policy .

Make sure you say have are a senior or military service for a discount at the speaker when ordering! Per the unpolite and rude window worker....

1st time ever going to sonic and will be my last. This place need a -10 stars. Drove up to the drive in stall. Waited 5 mins before a horrible person name Samantha (so she says) finally ask for our order. She had a bad attitude from the the very beginning. Could not ask a question without all of the attitude. She claimed she couldn't hear me. I use to be a drill sgt and you can't hear this base in my voice. So my husband repeated the order and she just kept going on about put your mouth up to the monitor. so he tells her I am as close as I can't get can you hear me now? Now this lady with the bad attitude seems to get angry at that question. So my husband says a #7 and ask if a #6 is also the chili dog. She replies " if that's what you want". So hubby tells her " you really are rude for no reason". Sarcastically she says "well I apologize for that I can't hear you". I say to my husband let's just go to wienerschnitzel she will probably spit in our food. Miraculously this chick can now hear. She chuckles and says "I probably won't" so what's your order a # 7 and a 6? My husband still being humble ask her for her name and advises we will not be ordering. She said something else as we were backing up. If this is how Sonic handles their customers (which I am almost certain it is) they will never have to worry about getting a dime out of my house hold. It was so bad with this chick I was waiting for her to start throwing racial slurs. I'm pretty sure that she goes home with a smile on her face knowing she can be as nasty as she wants to be with customers and sonic allows this. By the way if @Sonic any one in mgmt is reading this What happened to customer Service? I would reprimand one of my dispatchers or CS clerks in a minute if any of my customers complained. So I won't tolerate nonsense from a fast food chain employee, sonic doesn't need us to patronize there fast food chains.

I didn't check the rating before deciding to come here. Now I know why this location has such a low rating. While trying to order, the woman taking our order kept saying "I'm sorry, I can't hear you" and was even doing it with the car to our left. My dad was speaking very loud and clear as was the car next to us. I could hear them ordering from the passenger side of our car one stall over. It took forever to get our order in because the woman couldn't hear. Then, we found out the bathrooms are closed. It took my dad 10 minutes to find someone to ask them about the bathroom. While my dad was waiting to ask, another customer had gone up to the staff because they got his order wrong. While we were waiting for our order, the car in the stall to our right decided to roll a blunt and start smoking it. Around the 30min mark of waiting, my dad pressed the button again to ask where our order was. The woman said "just so you know, it's going to be about a 20-25min wait." Had they started off with that 30min prior, we wouldn't have been so irritated. The food finally came out right when the woman told us that. It took 30min for us to get our food at the stall. In that one, we saw multiple cars come and go in the drive-thru. They definitely favor the drive-thru so if you do come here, don't order at a stall. We were trying to kill time because traffic was stopped on the freeway from a fatality accident. We finally got our food and my dad's bread was missing a good piece out of it. Sonic's food has never tasted the greatest, but we wanted to try the grilled cheese double burger. We weren't that impressed. The cheese was barely melted on mine and it looked like plastic. If you're seriously craving Sonic, go through the drive-thru or find a different location

Love the drinks a little grossed out on the Credit card keypad . That did not make me feel at ease . Come on it's still Covid do better. I'm not gonna lie after we got away from the keypad the pretzel and the strawberry shake did put a huge smile on my face. Back on the road LA bound

Shopping at this Stater Bros. feels more like detective work than grocery shopping. You have to…read moreinspect every item closely--seals under lids that have already been opened, bags that look like they've been cut or tampered with, and produce that seems like it should have been pulled from the shelves a week ago. Yesterday, I bought soy sausage patties with an August 25 expiration date (purchased on August 29). One patty was slimy right out of the package. That should never happen. The problems aren't just with product quality. Aisles are often blocked by stocking, and when you do manage to reach staff, the meat counter in particular has a reputation for ignoring customers. Even basic courtesy feels in short supply. The remodel may look nice, but the atmosphere is cold. Employees often pass by without acknowledgment, and cashiers tend to act as if customers are inconveniencing them. This isn't about one bad visit--it's a pattern. From unsafe or expired food, to tampered packaging, to unwelcoming service, it adds up to an environment where you can't shop with confidence. Management needs to take food safety and customer experience much more seriously. (Cue formulaic response from Business Management)
