The woman working today around 11am was absolutely amazing!! She was working solo and was handling each family efficiently and with care. I wish I got her name. I feel that it's a perfect sized ice cream shop and was happy that they had seating inside. I went to an ice cream shop in Rancho that had no seating, so I've learned to appreciate that as the world's companies move further away from hospitality and service. My son literally licked his chocolate ice cream bowl clean, which he never does at our local frozen yogurt shop. I also love Baskin-Robbin's ice cream from one of their stores, because my grandparents used to own a baskin Robbin's store and have long purchased their hand-packed pints. It's so much better than their commercialized pints in the store- I don't bother buying those anymore. They don't taste like true ice cream. I ordered a two-scoop sundae which was a true indulgence. Frosty cold with whipped cream, nuts, hot fudge and a cherry. Just an absolute treat!! I'm so grateful that I can still taste quality when I go to this baskin Robbin's, I really hope they don't sell out where it counts like so many ice cream brands looking to cut corners financially. read more

Was picking up a online order walked in to a line of 10 people and was told I'd have to wait in that line of ten people for an order that should've been prepared prior to my arrival. Took place on Thursday July 17th at around 2:30 pm. She stated she was by herself. Now either it be a managerial issue or the employees own fault for not stopping the line and making the order. This needs to be resolved as it's inhumane to make an employee do everyone's job and seriously affects the pay of delivery drivers and other third party workers. Update: the lady was working very hard by 10 min she had everyone out of the line and was very polite even through a rush. read more

Baskin-Robbins - Just yummy! In every way! They open at 10am fyi - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Victorville, California

I dropped by Baskin Robbins (BR) in Victorville to pick up a couple quarts of ice cream. That's right... I go BIG whenever I can... nothing wrong with that LOL. Actually, it's a better value with the quart size versus the individual scoops. I had a $25 gift card to use up so that's what I did. I ended up getting 4 quarts of ice cream (2 love potion #31 (yes, I got 2 of them LOL), 1 oreo cookie and cream, 1 praline) and 1 strawberry banana smoothie. I just had to pay $1+ to cover the excess. Sounds good to me! Before paying for the ice cream and smoothie, I did get a chance to taste test the love potion #31 and praline... both were very good. I already know how oreo cookie and cream tastes so I didn't taste test it... this one is for my daughters... it is their favorite! Butter pecan and praline are my BR favorites... I think love potion #31 will be added to my favorites list soon. =) Staff was friendly and patient. Grateful for the great service. Choices of ice cream were good. Looks like they have changed their BR logo. Funny, I never realized the middle of BR represents the number 31 until today. Must have been the change of color that brought out the 31. I'm thinking 31 means 31 flavors maybe, but there weren't 31 flavors of ice cream in the bins. I'll have to google this one after I finish this review LOL. Anyway, come on over and support your neighborhood ice cream shop! I love my ice cream! Now we just need a boba drink shop next door to BR LOL! Happy BR'ing! read more

We love placing orders at Baskin-Robbins for our ice cream cakes for our celebrations. We had placed this order a couple of days ago for a very, very cute monkey cake. Nothing too extravagant, but unfortunately, when we went to pick it up, this was our finished product, very disappointing. I would've been more happy if they would've called me and let me know that they didn't happy cake decorator to execute the style, instead they gave me this finished project, which was very disappointing, I would've been more than happy to place a different order for a different style if they would've let me know beforehand, unfortunately, we had to go with this because it was last minute, and I did not want to have no cake. Baskin-Robbins can do so much better.. read more

Fatima is such a great worker! Even when there's a long line, she gets everyone helped quickly and always with a beautiful smile (braces and all). I always enjoy coming in when she's here because she makes the experience better. Unfortunately, most of the older workers at this Baskin can be pretty rude, but Fatima truly stands out as the best employee here. read more

I visited this shop with my son and grandson around 5:30 pm on a Friday. . There were other patrons either sitting enjoying their icecream at the table or in line as well like us. By the time we decided what we wanted it was our turn to order. My grandson chose the Dino cup with sherbet icecream. I had 1 scoop of strawberry cheesecake and a scoop of the cherry with a drizzle of hot fudge topped with a cherry. My son had strawberry and vanilla with strawberry topping. We definitely recommend visiting this shop. Great experience!!! read more

I order the majority of birthday cakes from Baskin Robbins. On 4/12/2018 I ordered a cookies n cream cake for my son's 16th birthday. When the manager Alma was taking my order, I mentioned my son does theater at school and asked if she could include theater inspired theme on the cake. We looked at some pictures on line and she wrote down my request. The next day we picked up the cake and to say I was impressed with the cake is an understatement. From the design to the writing. I just had a terrible customer service experience with an unpleasant worker at Baskin Robins in Victorville. I will first begin by stating that the lady that helped me appeared to be in a very bad mood! Before she helped me I told her I had two different free 1 scoop birthday coupons to redeem and if I was able to get a second scoop could I be charged separately. She said no problem. I had two different free birthday scoop coupons like I stated as she was going to bill me she says to me sorry but we cannot accept screen shot coupons you have to have the email. I said alright I may have deleted the email but I will look. So this lady says to me I will make an exception this time and not charge you very rudely this ice cream scooper as I was trying to retrieve the email she bills the register and the bill came out to $4 and some change. This lady was very rude again after she says to me "I am just being courteous" I said that's not being courteous keep you free ice cream. I proceed to walk out with my son this ice scooper which I did not catch what her name was out loud yells and says too me " hey lady it's the holidays have a nice day you didn't have to be rude! Mind you that there is customers at the place what kind of customer service is this seriously! This lady just got mad because I told her to keep her free ice cream!! I hope management can call attention to having better employees with customer service. This worker may have been in early 30"s Hispanic Black hair and she had a tattoo on her upper left arm! If I could give zero stars I would have. My husband and I were up in Victorville looking for a new place to live this past weekend. We did and will be moving. I wanted a treat to celebrate and love Baskin Robbins Chocolate ice cream. Just plain chocolate. We went in to this store around 4pm and right away we were grossed out. There were 3 employees and it was a busy Sunday afternoon however, the floors were so dirty our feet stuck to them. Then one of the guys told use they only had the flavors showing. There were only 7 flavors. They didn't even have chocolate or vanilla for a shake. We will never go back to this location again. read more

Very very rude people that work in the Victorville store. Can't given give a name because the 2 girls didn't have name badge only the guy. When I ask for there name she wouldn't give it to me. She wanted to know why I wanted it so I told her so I can let corporate office know how rude they were and she said she feels threaten. First of all if she had a name badge wouldn't have to ask for her name but again maybe she would have a better customer service if she had it on. Basket robin these girls are giving a bad name!! My family and I just encountered the poorest customer service from two females by the names Alexa and Maryjane. I don't even know if they gave me their correct names because they were that rude. Today is Sunday December 19 2021 and myself, husband, and 3 children went into have ice cream around 4:00 pm at the baskin Robbins in Victorville California off of armagosa rd. We decided to treat our children with a nice treat. My husband got a snickers scoop but to his taste it was really sweet and he asked if he can kindly change the flavor. The two associates rudely rolled their eyes at one another and looked confused at what action they can do. He asked if he can instead get a strawberry cheesecake scoop instead. They gave him what he asked. The first bite he took he immediately spit it out because of the bad sour rotten taste. He said for sure that one was bad and asked if he can change it again if not just get his money back. The two girls again looked confused and rudely said "I don't think we can". They decided to call Mark or Miguel I'm not too sure of what store managers name was. As they called him to get his approval they proceeded to give him his refund. Under their breath decided to talk about what happen while we were still in the store. My family and I walked out. Not once did we get an apology or did they decide to take rotten ice cream out. Luckily none of my children got that flavor. I asked the two girls for cooperates number and the managers number but they refused to give it to me. I had to google and research how to complain about this situation and experience myself. I just can't believe how rude they were and how they truly did not care that there was rotten ice cream that could easily get someone sick with food borne illness. I really hope management or further investigation gets done on this business cause I can tell you right now their giving a BAD reputation on your franchise. We will NEVER be returning again. And I went ahead and proceeded to announce my issue on Facebook so my other fellow friends and family do not return there as well. Nobody likes a rotten attitude and rotten food. read more

Employees do a great job of keeping the customer happy. If I was ranking on the quality of work being done I would say it earned itself 3.5-4 stars. Ice cream speaks for itself...delicious! I must say however that the overall quality of the establishment is subpar. I saw cockroaches in the bathroom, numerous wall plugs were not working, drains were flooding when the employees were trying to clean up, etc. The owner needs to seriously consider investing some money on renovation and improvement of a safe and healthy work environment...and maybe invest in insect repellant? read more
