Today I ordered 2 pb açaí bowl, 1 strawberry bowl and protein açaí smoothie. We are the only customer when my husband and I came but after the girl took my order another 2 customers came and they obviously knew the seller because they told her "it's good to see you working" and they even took picture of her while she was working .then they brought their order out before my order . I didn't say anything. I am a regular customer that always buy pb acai bowl at least 3 times a week. When they brought up my order only 3 was released and they seem to not know tha I ordered four so reminded them about the 4th item. I noticed that my pb açaí bowl was very little only half of the bowl and when I complain they seemed upset that I complain about it. Even though they offer to put more I just rather not since they gave attitude already . Now the 4th order came out suppose to be acai protein and it has peanut butter in it .my son-in-law sip on it that's when he found out it was not what he ordered . I'm glad he only drank a little and didnt flare up his allergy .we complained and they realized they made a mistake because the right smoothie was in the receipt so they made us a new one. When we came back home I immediately gave my son-in-law Benadryl so the allergy do not flare up. I am calling the attention of the manager to please advise the seller to be careful on preparing the food because people can die from peanut allergy. read more

Today I came to this Juice It Up (JIU) for a juice drink because I was thirsty at around 7:00 PM. I normally get a smoothie. This time I wanted to try something different with all natural ingredients like a raw juice. I chose the Optimizer with no ice in medium size. Wow, it cost me $11+. Prices have surely gone up. Optimizer comes with pineapple, beet, carrot, cucumber, celery, and red grapes. I tasted the pineapple, cucumber, and celery, but I didn't really get the rest of the veggies and fruits. I'm sure they were in there, but perhaps certain ingredients overpower the others. It was still a great drink. Staff was okay. Service was quick. They weren't too busy at the time. Litterally the worst experience of my life! Customer service at this location is beyond horrible! Yesterday I went in to order a "optimizer" juice . I waited for 28 min standing in this little location staring at the workers as they stared at me , watching litterally about 7-8 people come in and leave with there drink! The floors were dirty, all the while the two employees sat in the back and were hanging out instead of cleaning up the floor. I have given this location so many tries and I've tried to be understanding to their difficulties. However today was the final attempt of giving this location a chance. The staff is rude and they give off the impression that they just don't care nor do they want to be there. I waited 15 minutes for a pretzel and watched several customers come and go, each treated poorly as the next. Why did it take you 15 minutes to identify the pretzel I was waiting on was burnt. And when I finally asked them about it they gave me dirty looks as if I did something wrong. I just wanted a pretzel for lunch and I gave you more than enough time to pop it into an oven for a few mins. In reality you could've made 5 in the time I waited. I left with no pretzel and a bad taste in my mouth from the poor sense of urgency and poor customer service. All the staff knows us and knows my boys (even though I can't remember their names). They're always so kind and efficient and consistent. As I have stated in other reviews, I love Juice It Up! :) This location is kinda small and there isn't really any inside seating. There are tons of options as far as different snacks and things inside like cookies, protein muffins, energy bread, kettle chips, think thin nutrition bars, etc. I always get excellent smoothies that are delicious and the employees are always happy and friendly. Today, 08/17/2021, was my first visit to this establishment. The emoyee at the register was informative, but her appearance was very sloppy. She looked like she just rolled put of bed to come to work. She wasn't representative of a company who boasts healthy products. While I was waiting, I started looking around at the counter and the floors. Bottom line....they were so dirty! Dozens of sticky cup rings on the pick up counter and carousel. The floor was just dirty! When the second emoyee brought my drink, it was filled so full that it was oozing down the sides of the cup. I asked her to wipe it off and she did, but her appearance was just as tacky as the first one. But, the moment I put the straw in, it again oozed out of the top getting the drink all over my hands, onto my clothes and in my car! I had five more errands to run with stains on my top and pants. Overall this was a negative experience and I'll go to the other location tomorrow. Hopefully, the emoyees will look more professional and the store will be clean. I cannot stand any store that looks dirty and unsanitary, especially now, when every business should be uber conscious of cleanliness and sanitation!! read more

Pros: 1. I LOVE Juice it Up. They made my drink well. 2. You get 50 cents off your drink for the first week they're open. 3. Prices are decent. Similar to Starbucks pricing, but the sizes are bigger. 4. The inside of the shop is nicely decorated and friendly. Cons: 1. The new management here seems frantic and unorganized. 2. They asked potential employees to send resumes to a certain email but didn't respond when I sent mine (even to confirm they'd received it). 3. They didn't have loyalty/rewards cards to offer. They claimed they ran out, even though this is their 1st week open. 4. I was first to order my drink and last to receive it (in a shop of about 8 other customers). 5. You wouldn't know they're open from the outside. The outside of the shop looks bleak, and their store hours aren't even posted anywhere. If I were to rate the shop's customer service, I'd say 2.5-3. The drinks themselves, 5. Overall a 4-star rating because Juice it Up is still my favorite juice shop. read more
