I've been to Better Buzz several times and usually have a great experience, but unfortunately the Victorville location really dropped the ball today. I ordered my Pumpkin Dream Puff Iced Espresso, which comes with the Dream Puff crème on top, and was told they were out. I completely understand running out of an ingredient, but I wasn't offered an alternative or any solution. I also ordered my wrap with NO cheese, and despite the order showing no cheese, it came with cheese. The location wasn't busy, so having both issues happen was frustrating, especially considering the prices. I ended up going to the Hesperia location, where Rebecca and Mary were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help fix everything. They completely turned my experience around and saved my fall vibes. I love Better Buzz, but Victorville definitely dropped the ball today. I hope this is taken as constructive feedback because the Hesperia team showed exactly what great customer service looks like. read more

What a great experience at the soft opening of the new Victorville location! The first day had an amazing turnout, and it was so nice seeing the community come out to support a new local business. I also loved seeing the City of Victorville there showing their support! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The inside was clean, beautiful, and inviting. We were able to taste so many things we had been wanting to try--the chocolate croissant, pistachio pastry, avocado toast, and Nutella cronut were all delicious! And the breakfast sandwich was definitely my favorite! There are so many options to choose from, and I'm so glad we finally have a location close to us. I love supporting new businesses in our community, especially when they receive such a warm welcome on opening day. Congratulations on a wonderful opening--we will definitely be back! read more

The staff was so helpful and so friendly I like that I was greeted as soon as I walk in with a smile . The place was so nice and I love the details and time they put into the decorations. The frozen/blended coffee has been the best. I do not like the iced coffees they're too strong but overall the blended caramel coffee was pretty good. The location is good. It's right in front of Home Depot so when you go to Home Depot with your hubby he is FORCED to get you coffee Service was fast and friendly. read more

When they first opened the coffee was delicious and so smooth. The past three times I've been the latte shots tasted sour and ruined the whole drink. It seems like the machine needs be calibrated or staff needs to be better trained to maintain quality. I don't think it's worth the drive anymore. read more

So excited we have 3 Better Buzz locations! I really like their coffee. This location has great indoor seating. Lots of tables to sit, chat, work etc. It was a little loud but there was a lot of people when I went Friday afternoon. They have several Pumpkin flavored options!! Their decor is awesome! Slow unfriendly service, drinks are not consistent. I've given them 5 opportunities to redeem themselves but it's hit and miss w the drinks.

My beverage was 90% ice and 10% liquid. I'd be surprised if there were 3 oz of liquid in total. When I got my straw to put it in the cup it wouldn't even go in because there was SO MUCH ICE. I really wanted to like this new coffee spot but I am disappointed. For $7-$9 I'd like to at least get more than 3 sips before it's completely watered down. No bueno. read more

I've been to this location about 4 times already because I really enjoyed better buzz elsewhere, and was excited there was one opening close to me. I've been disappointed 3/4 of the times. The only complaint before today was not enough ice in my drinks, leaving them still warm when they're supposed to be iced, with no ice left over once I've stirred it This experience though, the service was horrible as well, and I'm left feeling like I never want to come back here. As I stated above they never put enough ice, so I started requesting extra ice in my iced drinks. I did so this time as well, and when I got my drink there was very little ice with the bottom still warm. I asked if this was extra ice, she said I just need to stir it. I said I can feel there's not a lot of ice in the cup, and she again told me to just stir it. I told her how I've gotten extra ice before (the one time I was actually satisfied) and it actually had extra ice, she again said I just need to stir it more I wasn't expecting anything to be remade, just for them to offer a small cup of extra ice or something, but the only thing she offered was to tell me three times I just need to stir it more, when I already know that when I start stirring the ice will just melt and there will be no ice left. Exactly what's been my issue consistently there. I told her fine whatever I guess, because obviously she wasn't going to help resolve the issue and I didn't want to argue She then SLAMMED the drive thru window shut in my face, AND she gave me the wrong drink for my second order; she gave me someone else's order that had their name on it. I had to turn around in my car once I realized and go inside to show them I received the wrong drink, and they had to make me a new correct one. The employee I spoke to in there was very sweet and understanding, the only reason I changed the 1 star review to a 2 I have never left a negative review before and never felt inclined to. Spot-on food that won't disappoint. The Feta Avocado Toast is perfectly balanced, rich in flavor, and made with delectable presentation: just as it would appear in an enticing ad. The Conscious Chocolate Smoothie is a great blend of sweet, creamy, and light, but packed with great stuff - just healthy ingredients. This is a great spot to grab cleaner foods and coffee. The shop is ample, is comfortable to work in, has plugs, and has wi-fi (but you need the password and may want to get it before you sit and get too comfortable). The staff is very attentive, inclusive, and friendly - and, in my case, they were quick to extend a military discount without me asking for one. This is a great stop if you live in the area or are making the trip between Southern California and Las Vegas. It's great they close later than most coffee shops. It's just too bad on a very late night drive you'd probably crave this but not be able to get any after 9pm! read more
