Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered when there was no line and no one making orders,…read moreyet my food took 30 minutes while two people who ordered after me got theirs first. When I politely asked the manager why it was taking so long, she responded incredibly rudely and defensively, as if I was unreasonable for simply asking about my order. Even worse, after I asked, the employees seemed to intentionally slow down, chatting while my order still wasn't done. When my food was finally called, I politely asked the employee why people who ordered after me were served first. Once again, I was met with attitude and defensiveness instead of a simple explanation or apology. I was completely polite throughout the entire interaction. Apparently, at Nekter, asking a reasonable question about a 30-minute wait is enough to offend the staff. The wait was bad. The attitude was worse. I won't be coming back.

Thankfully I didn't order a bowl, unfortunately my co worker did, and was immediately upset and asked her to please put on gloves in which she quickly complied. Today I go back to get another smoothie and there was an employee sitting his ass on the counter playing in his phone smh. The same counter they chop the fruit up on. Management at this location needs to make some changes and do a better job running this location.

You can even order online and the restaurant is always clean inviting you even has some cool little games you can play while you're waiting, but like I say, give it a try and you decide.

Had a great first experience this afternoon :)…read more We tried the flamingo bowl - it was delicious but I agree with other reviews that the base is "watery" compared to other açaí/smoothie bowl places where the bases are thick & stay frozen longer. A small bummer was that the mango fruit toppings came frozen, but I loved the bee pollen & shredded coconut! The server was very kind & helpful, too. Lots of menu options, as well, so I like the variety. Ambiance - there's a sign by the register that encourages customers to take their orders to-go & the available seating is for customers waiting for their order since they don't offer "table service." There's outdoor seating but it's limited (2 tables) & not that pleasant (somewhat dirty). I'm hoping to go back to try the juices in the future

And then there was the 32 oz carrot cake drink... out of this world doesn't even cover it. I don't know how they packed that much flavor into a cup but I was not complaining. The only issue I had was the customer service. I came here Saturday the 23rd around 3:00-3:30 PM…read morewith 2 friends. The girl at the counter was on the phone before taking our order. She saw us walk in, and it took about 5 minutes before she acknowledged us and said she'd be with us. We honestly didn't mind waiting at first, but while standing there we could hear her personal conversation on the phone. At first we thought it was work related or maybe she was taking an order, but she was actually giving someone directions on how to post photos on her damn IG .SMH. When she finally took our order, one of my friends asked questions about the drink she wanted, and the employee was pretty short with her answers. My friend ended up getting what seemed like strawberry milk instead of the coffee drink with strawberry foam/syrup she expected, so unfortunately her drink was kind of a mess. Me and my other friend got the Seattle Freeze, and that was actually really good super delicious. We sat down and about 10minutes later she went right back on the phone. Another customer came in a couple with their kid and this time she clearly saw them walk in. The customers stood there waiting and looking at her, but she still didn't acknowledge them. Then she says whoever she was talking to on the phone..." Oh...customers just walked in" when the customers had literally been standing there already watching her. This is unprofessional ..customers were not a priority at all. The wait itself wasn't the issue, it was more the fact that she didn't seem to care.
