Today will be my last time coming due to the owner having an ugly attitude. We asked to separate the order and the cashier must have been new I'm reading the order to her to separate apparently too fast. She Ask the boss for help. Then the boss tells me next time ask to separate it on the phone because look at how long you made my line and it's 9!! Because they close at 9 lol. Okay then lock your doors @9 to not get any more customers. We put money in her pockets to be talked to like that is ugly. Will be telling all our family & friends to avoid this place to not be talked to in that way. I understand the separate orders can be frustrating to some business owners but no need to tell me I made her line long and they're closedz unprofessional and just ugly. Well take our money else where.

The smoothie was just okay, if not a bit expensive. Not 100% sure they made it to the requirement I had asked since it seemed like something they just rushed when I had arrived, so hard to say if it was a protein smoothie like I had ordered since I didn't taste much of it. I'll certainly give their acai bowls a chance since they seem more fairly priced. TIP: Wasn't impressed by their smoothies, but the acai bowl seems promising.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered when there was no line and no one making orders,…read moreyet my food took 30 minutes while two people who ordered after me got theirs first. When I politely asked the manager why it was taking so long, she responded incredibly rudely and defensively, as if I was unreasonable for simply asking about my order. Even worse, after I asked, the employees seemed to intentionally slow down, chatting while my order still wasn't done. When my food was finally called, I politely asked the employee why people who ordered after me were served first. Once again, I was met with attitude and defensiveness instead of a simple explanation or apology. I was completely polite throughout the entire interaction. Apparently, at Nekter, asking a reasonable question about a 30-minute wait is enough to offend the staff. The wait was bad. The attitude was worse. I won't be coming back.

Had a great first experience this afternoon :)…read more We tried the flamingo bowl - it was delicious but I agree with other reviews that the base is "watery" compared to other açaí/smoothie bowl places where the bases are thick & stay frozen longer. A small bummer was that the mango fruit toppings came frozen, but I loved the bee pollen & shredded coconut! The server was very kind & helpful, too. Lots of menu options, as well, so I like the variety. Ambiance - there's a sign by the register that encourages customers to take their orders to-go & the available seating is for customers waiting for their order since they don't offer "table service." There's outdoor seating but it's limited (2 tables) & not that pleasant (somewhat dirty). I'm hoping to go back to try the juices in the future

We always like to order ahead through the app and the staff are friendly and quick to complete the order timely when we arrive. I've only had one instance where they ran out of our favorite toppings but it was towards end of day so it's understandable. This location is definitely our go to spot for açaí bowls! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was not reached out by the manager of this location for a refund the time I had to cancel my online order due to running out of toppings for our order upon pickup. After attempting to get this resolved with the establishment throughout a 2 week period, I finally had to resolve the refund issue directly through my bank center to handle it.
