I have seen Juice It Up (JIU)! within the Target shopping center for the longest time. Just didn't think to check it out until yesterday. Ordered the medium Acai Berry Smoothie (acai, strawberry, blueberry, strawberry juice, guarana) which was fantastic. I would order it again. It is currently limited time only (LTO). Hopefully, it stays on the menu permanently. Also got the medium Energizer which is a mix of veggies (cucumber, spinach, ginger) and fruits (pineapple, red grapes, apple)... I think the ginger may have overpowered the drink a little bit IMHO... otherwise, it would have been a better drink. Staff was okay... not the most smiley. Shop was clean. They also sell bowls (with goodies in them of course), snacks such as cookies, chips, and more. They have 3 different drink sizes... about $2+ difference between each sizes. Small is very tiny IMHO. Get medium or large for better value. Prices have definitely gone up. Well, you either pay someone to juice for you and you don't have to clean up or you buy the fruits and veggies and juice for yourself and you do the clean up. Former or latter... you choose. Nevertheless, fruits and veggies aren't cheap nowadays! I would definitely be back for more Acai Berry Smoothie before they remove it from the menu. See you here or at another JIU! It's amazing they've added mobile orders to this establishment. Save your time and order on the app, this particular location it's always quick. Today I had an incident I ordered extra stuff I didn't needed. I tried calling the store to cancel but nobody picked up; when I got there, the employees were halfway done with my order, I explained my issue and the manager offered a solution. In fact, the same day I received a refund and an email confirming that my issue had been resolved. I really appreciate it. The drinks always taste fantastic, my favorite!!! I filed a charge back with my bank and won, had no doubt. Don't let any business do this to you. We all have rights, learn how to use them! Go to Nekter, way better and better taste!!!! They have made my drinks incorrectly from time to time and I will have them redo it if I'm paying for a service and for what I'm asking for, not what they want to make me! On 9/18 I used a coupon from their Big Coupon book (I also paid for) which they sell. I purchased 2 Reg smoothies and get 2 small smoothies free. Unfortunately, I was by myself buying these drinks (I wasn't going to try them all before leaving) and when I got home I had my family tell me the drinks weren't what they asked for. So I called the same day to inform them and they asked for my name/number and I placed them in the freezer! A few days later I took the drinks back, told them I called and they couldn't find my name! Ok.... so who cares if you couldn't find my name! There is what you call options but, really those options don't matter when I physically brought the drinks back to redo! They said I'm sorry but, if I can't find your name in my "book" I can't do anything, this is with management on the phone and the employee in their store. They asked for my receipt but, I currently didn't have one only because as you go to check out with your credit card I always press no receipt, employee claims there's no such opinion, really??? Okay management, so let me give you some word of advise and respectfully saying., common sense.... because this day you had NONE.... this is why!!!! 1) I had my Juice it Up App and my purchase history which I showed your employee. 2) I requested he look up the transaction with your sales for that date, I purchased it also with my credit card. 3) I physically had both drinks with me, you kidding me!!! (My gas, cost more then my drinks to get my drinks redone the second time. I should be charging you for my gas/time, for wrong service) What the hell does it matter about not finding my name!!! If the person I spoke to on your end didn't write down my name, it's your customers fault?? I was upset and left and will not return to this location and will take my business to Nekter Juice in Hesperia as I have. In all fairness you guys are idiots for treating me this way. You can have your two drinks but, trust me you didn't get away with it as I filed a charge back with my bank and trust me, I will get my money back. FYI, I have invested so much money at your store to get treated this way. Unfortunately, I can't get a smoothie here anymore.  I've been trying for decades to get through to them on the phone to place a phone order, because the inside is always too busy for me to stand and wait. Today, someone actually answered the phone, only to tell me they are not accepting phone orders anymore. I've resigned to googling smoothie recipes and have decided to get the ingredients and make my own smoothies at home.  It sure is easy, and I don't need to wait in any line to get one. There's been way too many times I've driven by here only to find it's not worth the wait for me to stop and I just keep on going.  I've given up on that. Very disappointed in the management of this place. While the drinks tasted the same, the service was very slow. I visited this store at 9am on a Tuesday. Common sense should tell management that they will be a morning rush. However, there was only one person working. Poor guy. The phone was ringing off the hook and going unanswered, people walked before they could order because he was swamped with drinks, and order were taking long to come out. I walked in the store, stood in front waiting to order, another guy walks in behind me, after a few minutes the manager, "Elsa" calls the guy up to order without acknowledging me at all. She then takes his order and walks away, still no acknowledgment.... So I patiently wait and a different associate come forward to take my order I asked her why the guy after me was helped first and she tells me to ask Elsa so I call her over and she just laughs and says she didn't see me standing there.....crickets...
