This is a recognizable chain, but my first time trying it out was on the road. I ordered in advance on the app, but they didn't make it until I arrived. The smoothie was just okay, if not a bit expensive. Not 100% sure they made it to the requirement I had asked since it seemed like something they just rushed when I had arrived, so hard to say if it was a protein smoothie like I had ordered since I didn't taste much of it. I'll certainly give their acai bowls a chance since they seem more fairly priced. TIP: Wasn't impressed by their smoothies, but the acai bowl seems promising. read more

this was my first time trying this place and I can say it's better and tastes better than Jamba Juice LOL I had the Açaí berry smoothie and it was good! so refreshing and great staff! my daughter also tried their açaí bowl and she loved it! read more

I have seen Juice It Up (JIU)! within the Target shopping center for the longest time. Just didn't think to check it out until yesterday. Ordered the medium Acai Berry Smoothie (acai, strawberry, blueberry, strawberry juice, guarana) which was fantastic. I would order it again. It is currently limited time only (LTO). Hopefully, it stays on the menu permanently. Also got the medium Energizer which is a mix of veggies (cucumber, spinach, ginger) and fruits (pineapple, red grapes, apple)... I think the ginger may have overpowered the drink a little bit IMHO... otherwise, it would have been a better drink. Staff was okay... not the most smiley. Shop was clean. They also sell bowls (with goodies in them of course), snacks such as cookies, chips, and more. They have 3 different drink sizes... about $2+ difference between each sizes. Small is very tiny IMHO. Get medium or large for better value. Prices have definitely gone up. Well, you either pay someone to juice for you and you don't have to clean up or you buy the fruits and veggies and juice for yourself and you do the clean up. Former or latter... you choose. Nevertheless, fruits and veggies aren't cheap nowadays! I would definitely be back for more Acai Berry Smoothie before they remove it from the menu. See you here or at another JIU! Let's get juicing! read more

The guy was so nice and friendly that helped me with my mobile order I had to give a good review

This place is great. We stop each time we are on our way to the coast from Arizona. I love the Raspberry Craze Smoothie, and I swap the sherbet for the yogurt. Plenty sweet, and it has excellent flavor. I have the app and collect points towards a discounted/free smoothie. Kind of pricey, but it is a nice treat. read more

This place sucks!! We ordered a couple of bowls and instead we got two bowls that looked as watery as soup!! The consistency and flavor was way off!! Not to mention it took them 10 minutes to make me an order of pretzels!! In the meantime the two guy employees were non stop talking about girls and while showing pictures to each other on their phones!! Unfortunately I have to give a star to post this review otherwise I wouldn't have gave them one!! read more

Juice It Up! - Watery bowl!! Acai Berry Bowl - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Hesperia, California

This is the BEST LOCATION HANDS DOWN! I live closer to Bear Valley location and I ‍ be 17 miles to this location because the service is A1 Elsia and Corine are the STARS at this location! They provide personal connection with a cherry on top! They remember the frequent customers and they way you like your drink! They go above and beyond! Very polite and make you feel so welcomed at this location! You're not just another smoothie !! There a big reason I continue this location. You've place your mobile order before you can say anything your drink is in the way to the counter! TO ITHER LOCATION'S THUS IS HOW YOU DO IT!!!!! IThe other IMPORTANT factor is it's SUPER CLEAN UNLIKE THAT DISGUSTING BEAR VALLEY LOCATION! They can use a less ion of what. Customer service and cleanliness looks like, I am so happy to see Elsia and Corine when I walk in to order because I KNOW MY ORDER WILL BE MADE CORRECTLY AND ACCORDING TO MY REQUEST! Fantastic job ladies! read more

Best Juice it up location! The smoothies are delicious and always consistent! Staff is also very kind and always welcoming!!

Cool and clean inside. Service is always slow but the employees are friendly. The açaí bowl was tasty but really over priced for what you get. Head straight over to juice n bowls. Bigger servings and better value. read more

It's amazing they've added mobile orders to this establishment. Save your time and order on the app, this particular location it's always quick. Today I had an incident I ordered extra stuff I didn't needed. I tried calling the store to cancel but nobody picked up; when I got there, the employees were halfway done with my order, I explained my issue and the manager offered a solution. In fact, the same day I received a refund and an email confirming that my issue had been resolved. I really appreciate it. The drinks always taste fantastic, my favorite!!! Thank you for all you do, it doesn't go unnoticed. :)! read more

I filed a charge back with my bank and won, had no doubt. Don't let any business do this to you. We all have rights, learn how to use them! Go to Nekter, way better and better taste!!!! Most of all they have common sense To Juice it up Management, this has nothing to do with the atmosphere, really?? Your staff needs more training but, make sure management gets training first! I didn't answer your response because there's no point. ********************************************************* I'm so disappointed with Management!!!! (They need common sense) As you can see by my picture attached, I have visited this location on numerous dates. They have made my drinks incorrectly from time to time and I will have them redo it if I'm paying for a service and for what I'm asking for, not what they want to make me! On 9/18 I used a coupon from their Big Coupon book (I also paid for) which they sell. I purchased 2 Reg smoothies and get 2 small smoothies free. Unfortunately, I was by myself buying these drinks (I wasn't going to try them all before leaving) and when I got home I had my family tell me the drinks weren't what they asked for. So I called the same day to inform them and they asked for my name/number and I placed them in the freezer! A few days later I took the drinks back, told them I called and they couldn't find my name! Ok.... so who cares if you couldn't find my name! There is what you call options but, really those options don't matter when I physically brought the drinks back to redo! They said I'm sorry but, if I can't find your name in my "book" I can't do anything, this is with management on the phone and the employee in their store. They asked for my receipt but, I currently didn't have one only because as you go to check out with your credit card I always press no receipt, employee claims there's no such opinion, really??? Okay management, so let me give you some word of advise and respectfully saying., common sense.... because this day you had NONE.... this is why!!!! 1) I had my Juice it Up App and my purchase history which I showed your employee. 2) I requested he look up the transaction with your sales for that date, I purchased it also with my credit card. 3) I physically had both drinks with me, you kidding me!!! (My gas, cost more then my drinks to get my drinks redone the second time. I should be charging you for my gas/time, for wrong service) What the hell does it matter about not finding my name!!! If the person I spoke to on your end didn't write down my name, it's your customers fault?? I was upset and left and will not return to this location and will take my business to Nekter Juice in Hesperia as I have. In all fairness you guys are idiots for treating me this way. You can have your two drinks but, trust me you didn't get away with it as I filed a charge back with my bank and trust me, I will get my money back. FYI, I have invested so much money at your store to get treated this way. Maybe you should keep in mind that "us, your customers" pay to keep your business up and running so keep doing this to customers and we will see if your still in buisness!!! read more

I went to this location on 7/17/24 and the cashier was a lady with long hair she had a perfect attitude and my acai bowl came out perfect thank you read more

Unfortunately, I can't get a smoothie here anymore.  I've been trying for decades to get through to them on the phone to place a phone order, because the inside is always too busy for me to stand and wait. Today, someone actually answered the phone, only to tell me they are not accepting phone orders anymore. I've resigned to googling smoothie recipes and have decided to get the ingredients and make my own smoothies at home.  It sure is easy, and I don't need to wait in any line to get one. There's been way too many times I've driven by here only to find it's not worth the wait for me to stop and I just keep on going.  I've given up on that. Btw, not everyone has unlimited data on their phone to order using an app, and you don't offer wifi. read more

I really appreciate and like when you go to a juice it up and the person that is helping you really knows what they're talking about when it comes to Raw Juicing and actually juices themselves. At this particular juice it up "RyRy" Ryan really knows his stuff and we had a nice conversation about different types of raw juices. Anyway, I'm telling you that because I think it's important to know what you are talking about and as long as Ryan is working here I think that you will get great service. Keep up the good work. read more

unfortunately what I thought was gonna be my dinner is going straight in the trash. Not the first time I have thrown one of these bowls in the trash because they forget the granola and that's my main source of protein. (i also always clarify that i want extra) for someone who doesn't have the luxury of a kitchen and relies on places like this right now for meals it sucks to waste your money but lesson learned. Very disappointed in the management of this place. While the drinks tasted the same, the service was very slow. I visited this store at 9am on a Tuesday. Common sense should tell management that they will be a morning rush. However, there was only one person working. Poor guy. The phone was ringing off the hook and going unanswered, people walked before they could order because he was swamped with drinks, and order were taking long to come out. The clerk was a bit frustrated and his customer service suffered. He wasn't very friendly but I understand. Being swamped and over worked like that isn't fun. Do better Juice it up! read more

Soooooooo delicious!!!! Definitly would recommend to anyone even kids! My daughters love this place so much as do I!

I went in the juice it up on main st. In Hesperia Ca. On Saturday June 26th 2021 around 1:00pm I was absolutely appalled at how hot it was in there! They we're busy and the workers you could see it was very uncomfortable for them! They all were very professional! I don't know myself how they kept their composure! It felt hotter in there than outside and it was in the 100s outside! I frequent this establishment! But to be honest I will be taking my business elsewhere! How an employer can have their employees work under those conditions are not just illegal but down right in humane! I'm thinking of reporting them to the proper agencies! To the owners SHAME ON YOU! read more

Servers weren't wearing mask when making or giving drinks out at 1:20 this afternoon. Drinks were good but safety in most priority.

I would give this place 0 stars if i had the option. The service was garbage and the manager along with a girl with orange hair that looks like chuckie from the rugrats were rude and rushing and not doing anything to help. Management here is a complete joke. read more

I gave it 4 stars, but I was really sticker shocked at the price of the acai bowl. It was EIGHT DOLLARS. For not a huge bowl. If I'd known it was going to be that much I would have walked next door to menchies. Smoothie prices are good though and service was very good. read more
