I never yelp but uhm Rude customer service at this location . Asked for options/name of peach smoothies that are on the secret menu and was told they weren't aloud to give out that menu(as if I'm asking for a copy or for the ingredients to the drinks) but when i go to different juice it ups i don't have a problem with the workers listing drinks off the secret menu. My drink taste far from being a peach smoothie. Lol I'll stick to the juice it up off Main st. (: read more

They charge me for a cup of water... I went next-door to Starbucks where they very generously gave me ice water for free

They skipped me in line to order. Didn't make one of my drinks, then made the wrong drink!!! ZERO STARS.

Love this place, I'm going thru Chemo, Oscar the manager has been so helpful to me, he's very helpful to me and helps me to order what I need to feel better, read more

Melon madness and evergreen are my all tone favorite drinks. I come here at least once a week. Good customer service, drinks are delicious and done in a timely manner read more

Juice It Up! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Apple Valley, California

Poor customer service. Staff wasn't friendly or welcoming to the customers. Upon receiving my drink I immediately dropped it and spilt half of it on the floor. I cleaned the mess up myself with tons of napkins and had to ask for a new lid and cup because neither of the two girls working offered. read more

I usually love this place and applied here to work. Was thrilled to get an interview. When i went only a team member was there to interview me. I didn't meet any manager which was odd. Soon as i got home i got the call that I was hired. I got all the information filled out soon as possible and got my food handlers card. The sweet girl that helped me said the manager would call me in for my first shift in a few days. I waited and no call. So i called to ask when they wanted my food handlers card and the manager had such a bad attitude and said she would call me back in a few minutes. Its been days almost a week...they have all my information and wont talk to me read more

Juice it up is the best For sure gonna go back!!! The staff is amazing and i recommend all of their products! Keep it up juice it up!! :D read more

Please watch them make your smoothie. They omit fruit and yogurt every time I am in there. This last time he (the owner himself) omitted bananas and non fat frozen yogurt. When I asked him why, he responded, " we are running low on yogurt and we are out of bananas." You are running low so you omit my yogurt to save it for someone else?? It makes no sense to me. I asked him why he doesn't tell people upon ordering that he is out of the ingredients they think they are ordering. His response was, " you are the only one that complains." I watched 3 people after me place orders that included bananas and he told none of them that he was going to take the liberty to make their smoothie as he pleased. read more

This juice it up services there friends before serving the real customers. There were 4 people ahead of us then some girl comes in that knew someone that worked there and she got her and her mans drink before everyone....lame teenagers. read more

I have come here twice for the fresh juice and been disappointed. The staff seems annoyed to have to make them in the juicer and my customer service is always so poor. A smile goes a long way. I hope it gets better seeing as it's one of the only places to get fresh juice in the desert. read more

Horrible customer service I was shocked at the disinterested employees working there ! I asked a question and basically the cashier looked through me with no emotion. read more

Very upset with today's visit. The cashier ( Viviana or Lilliana) I didn't quite understand her name through all snottiness...... My mother and I were trying to purchase the new matcha drink and she so rudely stated they were out of green tea..... Ok so instead of offering something else's she watched me stare at the menu..... I finally picked two large energize and asked what liquid was added.... She snapped at me its juice. Like excuse me..... So the total was $20 and we went to pay with $100 bill and now she says oh we don't take larger than $20...... And again instead of asking if we had another form of payment, which we did, she just flicked it at us...... Well we left with nothing and we will NEVER EVER go back. I'll stick to the one in Main street!! I've never been treated so poorly. read more

i love juice it up and it is a regular go to for me. but i recently moved from hesperia to apple valley and the apple valley location feels so rushed when i am there, dont get me wrong i dont mind having my drink in less than a couple minutes, but ive noticed that almost every single time its not even blended through all the way! normally it is just a strawberry or two but yesterday i went and was serviced by the young girl with darker hair and it just feels like such a waste of time to go to this loaction anymore. its more worth it for me to drive to hesperia and recieve a fully blended drink. i have even asked them multiple times to double blend it because there are fruit chunks but it feels like it just gets worse. *note i would not be writing a bad review if it wasnt an ongoing problem* read more

I love this juice it! I am so upset right now regarding a situation a saw happen in this store late this afternoon, Corinna who always is polite and kind had a very nasty customer, giving her a terrible time when I was in there, the store was packed, but this woman was just interested in giving her a hard time, she handled the situation like the pro she is, I truly was going to call the police, as well as some other customers who were sickened by the scene, great service, great drinks and everything else! read more

I love Juice it Up! It is so much better than Jamba Juice so I'm extremely happy this opened up so close to my home. Mango Mania is my smoothie of choice. Husband almost always gets the Banana Rama. The employees here are pretty courteous and efficient. Sometimes there is some inconsistency in how well the smoothie is made (sometimes it's a little too watery/runny for my taste) if truth be told, but I'll take it anyday over the other smoothie joint. read more

When I went to the juice it up in apple valley the customer service was very poor. The staff were not friendly. I ordered a smoothie for my two young boys and asked for two additional cups so the could have their own and was told by a young guy they charge 50 cents for additional cups. I come to this Juice it up cause its convenient; however, I refuse to patronize them anymore as there have been other issues such as the store closing even though the store hours indicate otherwise...poor poor service. Whay kind of business is this? Need to work on customer service and satisfaction!!!!! read more

Razzle-Dazzle or Pina Colada on a hot day and for the same price as a starbucks frappuccino #hellyeah

Extensive menu and great options. But, they won't allow you to put certain things into smoothies. I asked for kale and was refused. If they want to be taken seriously as a juice place, they should allow their juicing customers to get what they want. read more

I used to love juice it up until I started coming to this location. I waited 30 minutes for 1 smoothie. To make things worse it tasted terrible! Nothing like a green tea smoothie. It tasted like rotten milk! I will never return. I've given this location so many chances and today's visit was definitely my last. read more

I love this place. Always friendly, helpful.. When you ask they give wonderful advice. Super helpful.. I come from Victorville to this location for the service we get. read more

The ladies here are always pleasant in the morning. You can call ahead your order- just walk in and pay to avoid waiting in Que.

I love the new staff and their raw juices! Very friendly and have drinks out in a good amount of time. They need 2015 coupon books though!

Its kind of nice that the location is next to starbucks. It gives me the alternative to caffeine and sugar when my husband wants his fix.

Every time I have ordered a smoothie here the service and friendliness has been on par! It's always a great experience, and I never wait too long even when there's a line. read more

Love the strawberry wave! With extra bananas! Friendly staff members, clean store, consistent menu and prices, a little steep on price but worth the money on a long hot day after work or swimming, and a healthier choice then ice cream! And I thing tastes better to! read more

They are now under new management!!!! And thank goodness they are, I work near them and I used to dread craving a juice it up because of how long it would take and even worse no one would ever say sorry for the wait or even smile they all looked like they were being held captive and forced to work and make money. The new grew is amazing!! Very friendly and so so much faster I no longer have to get to work 20 minutes early to get a juice it up, if you we're previously disappointed with them give them another try the new management is 100% better. read more

Staff is just plain bad. They seem like they are annoyed and just doesn't want to be there at all. Every time we go there they all have that attitude of "you're bothering me" since the new one opened in AV on Hwy 18, we've been going there instead even if its out of the way sometimes. I even noticed the difference in the taste, the new one is way better tasting. read more

Great juices love this place people are friendly and get your orders fast no problems at all coupons accepted and promoted

Favorite place to grab a fresh snack to eat ! However I was kind of disappointed today when I went to use my rewards points , the cashier didn't apply the discount , charged my debit card full price and instead of voiding it out as I asked she tells me that it's no big deal the points are there for next time and that if she ever sees me there again she'll give me a discount to make up for it. I am not usually negative when it comes to reviews but I would remind the staff that sometimes there won't be a next time if the customers business isn't respected. Check#416793 read more

Ok so this juice it up is the first time I've seen that has said "technically sir we don't have a secret menu" been going to juice it for over 6 years now and every location has always been able to serve from the secret menu and if not they will try to get it as close as possible to it, staff was overly rude here and I would most likely not be returning here or recommend this juice it up to anyone!! read more
