Placed my order online, I am a very anxious person so knowing before hand made it easier for me, so I loved they had that option, when I get there, walked over to the pick up area, and the worker just says "we are out of the cheese sandwich" no greeting, no apology for the inconvenience, nothing else, so I just stood there, and I asked "ok can I substitute it for anything else?" She says I can get 2 breakfast sandwiches to compensate the price, ok I pick my options and wait, at this point everything was ok, I did think the customer service was definitely not there but I dont like judging based on a first time. I get my sandwiches and go to my car, the coffee was pretty good, I am going to be honest, I got the iced coffee with coconut and maccadamia, so since I drove 45 minutes, I decided to placed another order of the same coffee because I had almost finished it, placed the mobile order, and walked in to wait in the tables with the AC, email said my order would be ready in 15 minutes, theres literally no one there, So I wait the 15 minutes and nothing, so I walked to the pick up area so they can see me because at this point I notice theres literally no one in the front, so Im thinking they probably forgot about my order, I go over to the counter, to kind of peek to see of theres anyone I can get their attention, when I notice a coffee just sitting there, I go over to check and it is my order, no one told me it was ready, they saw me sitting there waiting and at no point did anyone say "oh your coffee is actually ready" this is my first time, I dont know their dinamics, usually in any coffee place they call your order or name to let you know its ready, but nothing, so Im just waiting there, I dont know how long the coffee has been there, It was a huge dissapointment. I was actually so excited to try it, I mean I drove 45 minutes to get here, I was very surprised with the type of service at this establishment, the drinks might be ok, but unfortunately this experience would not make me come back here and rather take my business elsewhere. I have never experienced this type of awful customer service anywhere. And this is the reason for my negative review.

I always order my Nitro cold brew here and is 95% of the time. Always spot on if it's not right. They make it right. This team has a pretty consistent workflow and gets the orders out in reusable times. The food is always hot here and if I order a double baked spinach wrap it's double baked and . The ambiance is typical of Starbucks locations ,music jamming, students typing away and Bible reader having their Bible studies. Nothing different than most locations. This place is my go to despite us having 3 Starbucks on this corner. Yeah spoiled,but I'm not complaining. The turnover rate is not that bad here,but if they do get new hires, they are quick to learn and be on board with the rest of the seasoned crewmate. Albert rocks! And is always on with the regular customers. Keeps the vibe going.

I stood there for over 12 minutes without being greeted while Celeste, Stephanie and Jenny who are baristas continue to walk back-and-forth placing drinks on the counter, but never greeting me or asking me was I there to pick up an order after waiting for approximately 12 minutes? I went to ask the cashier what was the corporate number and the number for the manager, Stephanie interceded and asked was everything OK and I let her know that everything was not OK that I have waited for over 12 minutes and not been greeted. Our act was either there to pick up an order. Stephanie proceeded to say that she had greeting me which she had not, and I proceeded to let Stephanie know I was not greeted because if I was greeted then they would be well aware that the order that I was there to pick up, which was two bags had in fact, been sitting on the counter behind the baristas, not in front of them where I can just grab it and go. After making Stephanie aware of this in her going behind the counter and grabbing the drinks and handing them to me, she did apologize and I left the store. It is very sad to me that in the world of customer service you're walking into a business that serves a drink that is designed around the morning and people are walking into an establishment in the morning and not being told good morning and not being greeted from the time that people leave their house then they get to Starbucks that's their first interaction outside of their home that can reflect the rest of their day. This was a horrible experience because Starbucks is mainly catering to the morning crowd. Why is nobody saying good morning why is nobody saying how can I help you? Why is nobody greeting people who walk into that coffee shop the ladies at this location need to do better. There's no reason why anyone who walks into that place should be standing anywhere for 12 minutes unless they're in line waiting to place an order.

Stopped by this morning for a pumpkin chai, Tango Passion Tea, and bacon & egg bites. There was a young barista training, and she was so sweet and did a great job! I really appreciate being greeted when I walk into a coffee shop. It's such a small thing, but especially early in the morning, it makes a big difference and gives my day a little extra sunshine.
