This place is so cute! It's outdoor and drive-thru only, which I actually really liked. It was raining when I went, but they had enough coverage that I didn't get wet while ordering, so that was a plus. The staff was nice and helped us decide which drinks to get. I got the Banana Pudding Best Drink Ever, and it was delicious! The banana pudding foam on top was really good and super thick. I did have to mix it into the drink because there was so much foam that I wasn't getting much coffee at first . But once I mixed everything together, it was TO DIE FOR. My boyfriend got the Iced Snickerdoodle Latte, and honestly... his was even better than mine. I loved it! It was so good and probably the drink I'll get next time. We also got my mom the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and she really enjoyed hers too. Overall, we loved everything we got, and I'll definitely be coming back the next time I'm in Apple Valley! read more

I had the best experience at Better Buzz Coffee today, all thanks to Amanda and Alex! They were both very friendly, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I drove up. Not only was their service super quick, but they went the extra mile to tell me all about the Better Buzz app and walked me through exactly how to set up my account. They made it so easy to start earning rewards! Also, our order was on point. Moroccan Spice Iced Coffee is just fair and is pretty thin tasting. There's nothing wrong with it and it is very drinkable because it is only lightly sweetened, but you'd be better off making this recipe at home. Imagine the flavor you will get mixing the spices like cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, nutmeg and even pepper into a freshly made coffee drink! read more

No efficiency or rush, 4 people inside and I still had to wait a while to order and get my drinks. Once my drinks were done they were just sitting there waiting for someone to hand them to me. My order wasn't even correct but I didn't have time to correct because that wait made me late for work. Won't be coming back to this location read more

I like a strong basic coffee. I ordered plain black coffee 2 cream (milk half & half) 2 sugar. It was weak didn't taste much like a good old fashioned coffee. read more

The experience is good once you get whatever you order but the have no system in place... so Starbucks will be No. 1 for me unless I have plenty of free time to wait for an order.. When you come up to the walk through you can have a better vision why the wait is so long... Team standing around in the huddle with no since urgency and it never fails when I come.. Get great concept, but slow service read more

Shout out to the staff for making my food fresh and recommending great matcha, in love with the banana matcha ughhhh my fav!

If you're into sweet coffees, this is the place for you, but if you're enjoy the taste of espresso, then you may have to look elsewhere. Personally I have been to this location in San Diego and would recommend their hazelnut latte (5/5), though recently I've been tasting specialty coffee, and I can't help but think that something is off. I had ordered their single-origin espresso ($3.99, from Uganda) and a cortado ($4.99, French roast). Customer service is excellent here and although my order took ~20 minutes, staff made sure to check on me occasionally. Despite there being no line, there was a bit of a wait time, as this location is relatively new and it appeared that most people either place online orders or go to the drive through, leaving with 3-4 drinks at a time. The single-origin espresso was extremely sour and lacking in bitterness. I'm no coffee aficionado and have not tried any beans from Uganda; is this how it is supposed to taste? Moreover, the cortado, strangely enough, was filled to the brim in a small coffee cup, about 250mL (I expected maybe ~72mL, over 3 times less). Basically, it appeared as though I was given a cappuccino and unfortunately I wasn't able to stomach the entirety of the drink (the milk tasted odd to me; what kind of milk did they use?). For anyone else who ordered the cortado, is it supposed to be this way? If not, I understand that there are a lot of espresso-based drinks out there, but why then put it on the menu if the recipe is going to be off? Overall, from a taste perspective, I wouldn't rate it better than a 1/5, but I don't believe the staff deserve a harsh rating for doing their jobs. I wouldn't mind returning to this location, but then I would probably stick with the lattes only. read more

No walk up line and yet took forever to order. The worker had no clue about the menu items and was no help. Order came out wrong . Drinks were fine but expensive read more

I really wanted to like this place. I went for the first time yesterday and ordered a large iced mint espresso drink with some cream and an add shot. Cost $8.75, but whatever. I assumed it would be worth it, boy was I wrong. I overheard the staff say that there wasn't enough of something for my drink, but I figured it was an easy fix like opening a new bottle of simple syrup. My drink comes out and the first thing I notice is the amount of ice in my cup. Not just half of it filled with ice-the whole cup was full of ice that I couldn't even push the straw in. The coffee is okay, kind of tastes like tea more than a robust espresso I was anticipating. The ice didn't help the flavor as it just watered it down further. I left a tip and in total I spent $10 on a cup of ice and weak coffee. read more

Better Buzz absolutely knocked it out of the park. The coffee was incredible, the food was fresh and seriously delicious, and the atmosphere made it way too easy to stay longer than I planned. A special shout-out to Sylvia, who works there--she's one of the reasons the place feels so welcoming. You can tell the team genuinely cares about every customer who walks through the door. Apple Valley finally has a coffee shop that's worth buzzing about. I'll definitely be back... probably more often than my wallet would prefer. read more

I was very disappointed in the way Buzz treats their staff. It's 105 degrees today and the two women operating the drive thru line were in the sun, wearing black hats and black pants and both were near heat exhaustion. Manager had a battery operated fan on them, but that was not helping. They should be under some kind of cover, better hats maybe? Something should be done right away. read more

Absolutely terrible service I had people that ordered the same thing as me after me get their drink before me. When I went to ask where my drink was, they told me the coffee machine was broken ? But I continued seeing them serve coffee to others. There was a huge line of very unhappy people who were also not being communicated with. Multiple people ended up just canceling their orders and leaving because it was so unorganized. read more

The drive thru staff accidentally skipped us while taking orders, tried to flag them down but they were away. I figured it's ok I'll order at the window. The guy working the window, did not even apologize, instead gave me attitude and said "well I can take your order but you can't wait here!" Takes my order then says "park in that space and whenever it's ready we'll bring it to you". Just felt as if it was my fault. I obviously understand it's new, it's busy, but his approach threw me off. Might wait some months before coming back! read more
