When they brought up my order only 3 was released and they seem to not know tha I ordered four so reminded them about the 4th item. I noticed that my pb açaí bowl was very little only half of the bowl and when I complain they seemed upset that I complain about it. Even though they offer to put more I just rather not since they gave attitude already . Now the 4th order came out suppose to be acai protein and it has peanut butter in it .my son-in-law sip on it that's when he found out it was not what he ordered . I'm glad he only drank a little and didnt flare up his allergy .we complained and they realized they made a mistake because the right smoothie was in the receipt so they made us a new one. When we came back home I immediately gave my son-in-law Benadryl so the allergy do not flare up. I am calling the attention of the manager to please advise the seller to be careful on preparing the food because people can die from peanut allergy.

Hopefully, it stays on the menu permanently. Also got the medium Energizer which is a mix of veggies (cucumber, spinach, ginger) and fruits (pineapple, red grapes, apple)... I think the ginger may have overpowered the drink a little bit IMHO... otherwise, it would have been a better drink. Staff was okay... not the most smiley. Shop was clean. They also sell bowls (with goodies in them of course), snacks such as cookies, chips, and more. They have 3 different drink sizes... about $2+ difference between each sizes. Small is very tiny IMHO. Get medium or large for better value. Prices have definitely gone up. Well, you either pay someone to juice for you and you don't have to clean up or you buy the fruits and veggies and juice for yourself and you do the clean up. Former or latter... you choose. It has one all gender restroom that requires a code for entry. There isn't a self-ordering kiosk, but you may scan a QR code for a contactless order. I chose to walk up to the counter and order. The young lady who took my order was pleasant and efficient. Luckily they weren't too busy so no long wait time. I got 3 drinks; 2 for my daughters and 1 for me. I usually get our drinks with no ice, but they charge extra for no ice so I got them with easy ice instead. I don't recall other It's Boba Time locations to charge extra for no ice. It must be new or it's just this location... not 100% sure. Anyway, all our drinks were delightful. It was my first time trying the Coffee Milk Tea. I thought it was slightly bitter, but then again, I'm not a coffee drinker on a regular basis.
