walking in here, it's clean, they have up to date software, you have the option of ordering with them or ordering through the kiosks available. i personally like the kiosks , better than in person because it allows for the business to work more effectively (for all u non-kiosk users- use the kiosks when u go out!) the people working idk if they're the owners but they're so nice, they offer to take a photo of you so they can have it on their google reviews which is sweet and a good marketing technique. they also gave us the leftovers of the smoothie which i love bc i know there's always leftovers when ppl make a smoothie and they just throw it away as for flavor and quality of the drink: i ordered less sweet for all of my drinks and not one tasted less sweet. they were all extremely sweet. the smoothie had really chunky ice bits- i was crunching on my drink. i know some people enjoy that but i personally don't i like. the pictures advertise that almost all of them come with boba when u buy and they do not so beware of that. it costs $1.25 to add anything or modify anything to your drink which i think is absolutely crazy. the drink alone is $9 ... add boba thats 10.25, sub the milk thats $11.50 the snacks aren't any cheaper. they're really expensive $6.50 for an individual sized hello panda, $7.50 for mochi if the quality was just THAT good then i would consider going here again (emphasis on the word consider) it's very bold to have these prices at a grand opening especially in the high desert and so close to another boba shop that's really good and $3 cheaper. the employees are sweet so this review is no hate to them im just giving my honest review and here's some of my input to get a few more in favor of your shop. read more

First time here at MuchTEA18, and it was amazing! The service was nothing short of stellar! I haven't had customer service this good in a long time. The drink prices are so good and extremely fair. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and made to order so you would have a wait unless you choose to order ahead. They have screens that you can order on and it's pretty damn cool! However I made the mistake of making an order on the screen and having cash only, the screen ordering only takes tap to pay. I forgot to take pictures but the seating has dominos and other fun activities you can do while you sit and wait or enjoy your drink. I highly recommend that everyone try this place!! read more

The drinks here are super good! The Hawaiian lemonade tastes just like those pineapple crystal gummies, and the hint of passionfruit is delicious. I will say the 100% sweetness is a little too much for me, so I would recommend less sweetness, but overall the drink and toppings are very good!! The boba is delicious and fresh and cooked perfectly! Just so happened to be in the area and noticed that this was a new Boba spot. Being the Boba connoisseur that I am I had to try it and decided to give it a shot. At fist glance the place was of course new and clean as should be expected for a new place. After carefully consideration of the 18+ choices (hence the name) I settle on a classics green tea with honey boba. The associate was helpful and inviting asking me if it was my first time there which I appreciated as not many business do that. I received my order and it was correct and tasted good...but I have two gripes. 1- the price point is a little high and 2- the Boba is too squishy for my liking. The latter is more of a personal preference I guess so not faulting the place but over all good, only 2 reasons why I didn't give a 5 stars. Not sure if I will patron again but who knows as I already have a go to Boba place, however I do wish the best to this new business. read more

My friend and I decided to check this place out a Wednesday night, and we loved it! I'm not sure if it was the owner, but she was so sweet and was super helpful in happiness to decide what to drink. They had different varieties of Asian snacks and Ramen. It was really nice to see the different options that they had there that you could even buy the instant noodles and eat them there they have different board games to play and it was just a really clean and beautiful setting to just hang out. Not only is the store very clean, nicely decorated and organized but they have a wide variety of drinks and Asian snacks. The staff were very friendly and recommended their top sellers. Our drinks were both delicious and it was super easy to order via the kiosks. This place is as good as the places that I normally visit in SGV.
