i am an absolute starbucks regular and this is my usual one i visit. i have been to a lot of different starbucks before and this happens to be the best one and the closest one to me! (referring to one across the street from target, not inside target). a lot of the times the staff will even go out of their way to ask you how your day was and start a pleasant conversation with you! every time i visit they are polite, make my drinks correctly 9 times out of 10, mobile order and drive thru are pretty smooth. clean inside store too! the staff is great and overall a very well managed & great location! read more

Wow, what an amazing experience we were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and the greeters and everyone that worked there so personable so helpful. We both ordered a double smoked bacon Gouda sandwich came out nice and hot and tasty. It's actually my birthday today so I got my free birthday drink, but I gave it to my husband cause he wanted the double espresso frappe with no whip venti size so I will get a sip of it. I know I will. Then I got my signature coffee hot brew with heavy cream. we were treated like royalty at Starbucks. I tend to avoid getting drinks at a Starbucks located inside another store. However, I was waiting for the Tesla to finish charging and was already here inside Target to use the restroom. It seemed like they were out of a lot of ingredients and food as the couple ahead of me had to resort to their third or fourth choice before the employees found something that was available. Fortunately, for me they had what I wanted, a vanilla sweet cream cold brew. while the service was nice and friendly, my drink was not quite up to par with a stand alone Starbucks. I frequent Starbucks probably a minimum five days a week and I've been in this Starbucks often. Today at approximately 3:30 there were two people behind the counter. They were a little busy so the female looked at us and said I'll be right with you I'm going to try to catch us up. We said fine no problem. She looked extremely stressed out and frazzled When she came back to the cash register, we ordered our drinks (it's over 90° outside), I asked for a Venti cup of water. She said I can only give you a grande and I said well is that something new because I get ice water often with my large orders and that really made her angry so I said forget the Water and paid our $25 or whatever it was for our order off my app When I went to stand by the pick up area Drew, the young man that was making the drinks looked at me and said do you need some water? I said yes that would be nice and he happily give me a cup of water, venti even! I had even told the girl I would purchase the cup if that made it easier for her my daughter said don't get mad mom It's just Water and I looked at her and said it's not about the water, She's stressed out and angry and she's starting to take it out on the customers then you have this young man who's working his rear end off with a smile on his face Happy to do anything to satisfy all customers he is the kind of employee you need! This Starbucks is located inside the local Target store which makes it very convenient as it's easy to grab a drink on your way out the door instead of driving across the street to the other one. It stays pretty busy and usually has quite a few people waiting for their orders, however, they move fairly quick. The problem I have with this location is the employees do very little to keep the small area clean. It's already small and cluttered and if there happens to be a table available it's likely dirty and has leftover cups from previous customers on it. There's usually trash on the floor as well. If the employees made an effort to keep the area clean throughout the day it would be a pretty decent place. I often avoid it and make the drive across the street because a small cluttered space is one thing but a dirty, small, cluttered space is quite another. read more

I'm really hoping I selected the right store, if not I'm referring to the Starbucks that's across the street from Target on Main St. This sweetheart Meg was so patient with me when I had questions about the rewards program, she guaranteed that if it's not what we thought that she'd make it right for me anyways! So already off to a good start, and when I pulled up to the window she was so welcoming and kind and my reward went through! However I think something ended up happening to my apps reward because I wasn't able to get a second one(even though I thought I had two) and she gave it to me on the house anyways! I understand their drive times are critical on how they run their business so I rushed out of the way but I didn't feel like I thanked her enough! It is a nice coffee store, located inside the Target of Hesperia. I have been here several times. However, it was several years ago, when I used to live in High Desert. The prices for coffee are the same, as in any other Starbucks store. The wait time is usually not that long. Furthermore, there is ample of space to sit down, and enjoy a drink. Definitely, if someone is in Target, and need a coffee break. I would recommend, to stop by this coffee shop. read more

My mom visited this Starbucks location today and asked for an apple cider. The partners here then stated they don't sell that and that they only had a "double apple spice" which didn't even seem to be on the menu. When she received the double apple spice it was a cold cup of apple juice with ice and whipped cream. The customer service completely lacks and does not represent the experience I have come to expect from the Starbucks brand. After the initial interaction and the poor quality beverage I reached out to this location to see if a replacement drink could be given to my mother. The partner, Rebecca, who answered the phone, seemed bothered by the call. She did not offer any better service than the first interaction. After explaining the situation she began to argue with me and was very hostile and accusatory. The customer service could greatly be improved here at this location. I have always known Starbucks to offer quality customer service and beverages, sadly, not this time. Starbucks, do better. read more

I just wanted to say I came here earlier today, through the drive thru of course. I had the best experience ever!! I too am a partner, meaning I work for Starbucks. With everything the world is going through, this guy definitely was great! Very talkative, positive and had very kind words to say. When I told him I'm pregnant, he wished me the best and said nice things! He was definitely the right person to have at the window!! I appreciate this so much, made my day! Ordered via app at 2:41 pm. App order time said 5 to 8 minutes. No one acknowledged my existence when I walked in 5 minutes later. Stood at order pick up until 2:55. Waited in line behind only 2 other people, took until 3:00 pm to get to the counter to ask for a refund. The male at the counter didn't know how to do it and had to leave me twice to ask how. Perhaps hiring competent employees to fulfill orders would be a good idea. This location has a reputation for not even taking orders in the morning because whoever was supposed to be working never showed up for work. This has happened twice to me. I seriously do not understand the difference in the service I get here from day to day. Yes, I'm a Starbucks "junkie" except that I don't drink coffee, it's their Mango Dragon Fruit refreshers I'm addicted to. And the blueberry oatmeal. With that said, why is it that for each day I order the oatmeal, it's hit or miss. Either they forget the blueberries, or they give me honey instead of agave, or they don't put a spoon in my bag..and the really interesting thing is sometimes they try to give it to me without a bag at all! We waited at the drive thru menu for about 2 minutes before anyone said anything. And then there was only two cars in the drive thru and we have been waiting for over ten minutes. Overall the experience was not a good one, pick any other Starbucks but this one. They always leave a girl alone while the other employees are god knows where. Today a dark skinned girl yelled at another girl for not being fast enough but there was only one person there what else could she do besides take orders make drinks and repeat and repeat. The dark skinned girl was named Annie or Ally she seemed like a terrible person for yelling at the poor girl she abandoned and then blaming her for letting orders rack up when there was a line out to targets produce section. I only blame Ally because even the other girl was looking to see where she went, didn't catch the other girls name starts with a Y maybe and she was Hispanic but she does great, fastest person I have seen there in a while wIth actual motivation I'm sure she doesn't leave others on their own. Management should really talk to their team members and especially ally about her anger issues. You know it's bad when a customer wants to tell the own employee to calm down. Like I said management should really do something about this I've never seen someone get yelled at like that at Starbucks. I told the nice girl I'm genuinely sorry and she should probably talk to her boss but who knows. read more
