The young lady who took my order was pleasant and efficient. Luckily they weren't too busy so no long wait time. I got 3 drinks; 2 for my daughters and 1 for me. I usually get our drinks with no ice, but they charge extra for no ice so I got them with easy ice instead. I don't recall other It's Boba Time locations to charge extra for no ice.
