It seems that they typically pop up at different locations around the inland Empire. If you want to see their schedule look at their Instagram page. The owner and what I assume are family members are the nicest people! On a weekend I saw that they popped up at a place I wanted to check out - the San Antonio winery in Ontario. Thought it would be a perfect time to go see them. I was able to grab a glass of wine to pair with their delicious barbecue brisket nachos. The serving was generous with some of the jalapeños to bring a little bit of acid and heat. Definitely wanna catch them at another pop-up and try some of their other items that lean more towards the Cambodian influence. The vibe getting the food and at the winery was very chill. It was earlier in the day, so maybe people weren't drinking that much yet but I really enjoyed my peaceful time whole enjoying the delicious food.

First time seen they had a pop up nearby went to try it out. So after trying it scale from 1/10 I…read moregive it a 6.5 I felt that the brisket was a bit dry nonetheless the flavor was def there I can see way more potential out of this spot I definitely would try it again on a day maybe where it's packed and foods being cooked fresh not saying this wasn't fresh but I mean I think you guys get what I mean. Egg rolls were a 6/10 also definitely needed to be more sauced up was a tad bit on dry side too more bbq sauce and it would've been a 10/10! Now the iced tea I wasn't a fan of it's unsweetened for being unsweetened it was a 4/10 .

Seasoning? Never heard of her…read more If you're looking for a meal to mark a milestone birthday, this is the place. When I arrived, I was a youthful, energetic person with dreams of delicious food. By the time my order arrived, I had experienced a full life journey. I placed my order sometime in the distant past, when dinosaurs roamed the Earth and WiFi was but a myth. The server assured me it would only take "a few minutes," but as I sat there, I'm fairly certain entire civilizations rose and fell. I think I saw a new employee join, get promoted to manager, and retire all before my appetizer even hit the table. Finally, after what felt like several years my food arrived. Unfortunately, the taste wasn't worth the wait--especially considering I'd grown a full beard and gained wisdom from the ages. By the end of it, I wasn't hungry anymore; I was a changed person. The food was cold, but what did I expect after all this time? My coffee had evaporated into the air, and the ice in my water melted and reformed at least three times. When I ordered, I had a full battery on my phone. By the time the food arrived, my phone was dead, my hair had started to gray, and I was seriously considering the meaning of life. I ordered a lemonade expecting something light and refreshing, The moment the straw touched my lips, I could practically hear my dentist screaming in horror from miles away. I swear, I took one sip and I'm 95% sure I developed a cavity on the spot. Don't get me wrong, I love dessert, but this lemonade made me question my entire relationship with sugar. maybe ask for a side of insulin with your order. As for the taste It was so under seasoned , 'm not even sure the chicken knew what flavor was supposed to be. It was as if they cooked it in a witness protection program where no spices could reveal its true identity. At one point, I was tempted to check if my taste buds were still functioning or if they had just left in protest. I actually found myself adding salt--*and I never add salt to anything.* But honestly, even the salt looked at this chicken and said, "I can't fix this." All in all, if you've got eternity to spare, this is the spot for you. Otherwise, pack a tent, bring a few books, and maybe some snacks--because you'll definitely be waiting.
