Perfection? Many thought so! Cake was detailed in design and moist! This cake exceeded our expectations. All of our guests had positive feedback and asked for seconds. Some comment included: "best cake I've ever had!" "Can I get the baker's contact info.?" "Usually pretty cakes don't taste good- but this one is pretty AND delicious !" Danice was such a wonderful person. She was able to make me 30 cake in a short time. Beforehand, I was looking around for someone to bake a cake for my daughter birthday. And when I seen Danice page, I give her a call and lift a message. She got back to me the same day. I was able to tell her what I had in mind. And she made the process very easy. My daughter was so happy, when we go there to pick up the cupcakes. Everyone love the cupcake so much that they want the information of where I got them from. Thank you Danice read more

This was my first time ordering and I was extremely thankful!! I originally asked my brother call call but he failed I had to call day before the party which I had a feeling would be too late. I was told she was super book, I almost gave up but once Denise(Sorry if I spelled it wrong) found out I needed a small cake she was more than happy to make my husband's cake. I was celebrating his birthday and his end of service for the military. I was so happy she decided to accept she didn't have to but she was friendly and gave me a great price! I got a delicious Devil's food Cake with strawberries and whipped topping. It was moist, perfect balance of flavors. The only bad thing was we had 4 extra people show up and make the cake slices get smaller, I wanted a bigger slice. Thank you so much the party was smooth and everyone loved the cake! read more

I wanted to find somebody local to order a cake for my brother's baby shower. And I'm sure everybody knows, that's not easy to do in the high desert! I'm very glad I trusted the yelp reviews! I was very impressed from start to finish with The service I received. My order was a little last minute and the owner was very accommodating. Although I ordered a small cake, the attention to detail was very impressive. The little tree had lines in the bark, and the buttercream was so smooth, it looked like fondant! The flavor I ordered was chocolate cake and vanilla buttercream. In my opinion, the more simple the flavors, the easier it is to mess up. However, my whole family (as well as myself) were extremely impressed with how moist and flavorful the cake was!! I got a positive comment from everybody who had a slice. :) Definitely recommend this business and hope she continues to be successful. read more

The cake we ordered from her was of very suboptimal quality. She used so little filling that we couldn't even taste it. The cake itself didn't taste awful but for $200 it wasn't that great either and I could tell it was from a duncan hines cake mix. The flowers were extremely cheap and not that pretty and obviously from dollar tree. I understand that cakes can be very time consuming to make but for the high price she charged I really expected better. I definitely would not have paid more than $100 for this cake and a $40 cake from Staters would have been just as pretty and tasted a lot better. read more

Just recently worked with Danice for my daughters 1st Bday/Baptism in January and she did it again. Her cake turned out identical to the picture I sent her. It was so beautiful and delicious! I cannot get over how good her carrot cake is! It's definitely a must try! In addition to the cake she made me some beautiful unicorn cake pops and baptism/unicorn themed cookies as well which also were yummy which is not always the case with themed cookies. I also just had her make a Fortnite cake for my godsons 11th bday this past weekend and it also turned out very nice! It was very detailed and everything was just as I asked for. She really never ceases to amaze me. Danice is definitely my go to for all my baking needs and I 110% recommend using her for all of your baking needs. She will not let you down. Yelp has been my best friend since i move to the high dessert 3 years ago. I always order my cakes from the same place in culver city but the distance and the fact that they could not do my design was a sign to start looking for things around the area where we live :). Came across Mamis cupcakes and i have to say that i am very pleased with my little princess cake. It turn our perfect, the design was beautiful just how i wanted, the taste really good and most important of all she was able to work with my budget. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a dessert of some kind and for them to be dodger themed for his birthday. Danice made it all possible! I just want to take some time to brag on her because her heart is in her business. Danice took the time to listen and suggest options. At first I asked about cake pops and she could have went with it but no she took the time to hear what I wanted and suggested that cupcakes would be the better option. She had the perfect questions that made it easy for me to make my choice in getting the cupcakes! She was really helpful and made the price super affordable. NOT ONLY DID THESE CUPCAKES LOOK TOTALLY AWESOME BUT MY BOYFRIEND SAID EVERYTHING WAS HOMEMADE AND THEY WERE SOOOO GOOD!! Best cupcake he has ever had!! She even let me order like 4 days ahead of delivery and she was able to deliver his cupcakes on his actual birthday which landed on a Sunday!!! She attached a beautiful bow and a note with gorgeous cursive handwriting of the message I wanted to send my boyfriend. And to top it off she texted me before she delivered, and updated me on her arrival and that the cupcakes were delivered with his reaction. One thing that made this extra special was that she was so kind and sweet and the experience was so personal. I MADE A GREAT FIND WITH HER AND YOU WILL TOO! I'm so happy with how everything turned out I will defiantly refer her and place more orders with her. read more

Mamis Cupcakes saves the day. I originally ordered cake pops for my son's birthday from someone else, but they cancelled my order two days before pickup. This left me scrambling at the very last minute. I was glad to be able to find Mamis Cupcakes. I, just want to let everyone know that Danice, is the best!!! I had not found someone to do the deserts for my baby shower, because I didn't like the reviews from all the other places in town and I didn't know anyone that had ever used any of the bakeries in the Victorville area, so I was at a loss... I didn't know what to do and I had decided to try M's Cupcakes and Pastries, because they aren't very far from me. Well I didn't call, but when I went to talk to them they were CLOSED!! I came back home, checked yelp again and found Mamis!!! I guess it was meant to be!! I called, she saw me that day, had samples for me to try, made suggestions and basically helped me put an order together, since I really didn't know what to have. Oh my gosh, the cookies and cake shooters were Awesome!! my daughter in law took the leftover cookies home with her, She loved them! my granddaughters loved them, and my son loved the raspberry chocolate cake shooters even though he doesn't like raspberries!! Everyone at the party wanted to know who made the deserts!! I was suppose to pick up the order but didn't have anyone to go with me so Danice delivered it to me!!!! Danice is the person that will take care of your desert needs for any party you have. She pays attention to detail, she bakes from scratch, and adds love and caring through out from start to finish. Not only will you have an Awesome baker but you will find a truly caring and extremely helpful person in Danice. Her and her family are the best!!
