I love this place. The cookies are so fresh! They change on a weekly basis. They always have milk chocolate chip. If there is a flavor that you like, you better try it within the same week because it will be gone next week. I've had some interesting cookies here including Vanilla Velvet M&m BoS off cookie Pumpkin cheesecake (bomb) Banana cheesecake Strawberry The list goes on Some cookies are warm and some are chilled. Don't order online, it won't be ready. I ordered online, and prepaid for pick-up. I decided to stop in Target first to buy some milk for my cookies, and ensure I gave ample time for them to be ready to go in and grab. Well, they not only were not ready, they continued to help other customers while I stood there and waited. When a girl finally came over to me and asked my name and put my 3 cookies in a box, I asked what happened with my order that it was not ready. I didn't understand the explanation at all. Finally, I'm leaving this review because I didn't get a "sorry" for having to wait through other customers being taken care of before me. While I'm at it, I will go ahead and mention a few other things. I DO NOT like that customers can not buy mini cookies individually. It could be that people need to monitor the sugar and/or calories of what they eat, and so they prefer to get a small cookie over a large one. But you make people purchase 3 of them, so that doesn't really help people with controlling their nutrition. I was planning on placing a catering order online for my son's June wedding, but I know now the order would not have been ready, and so I'm glad I didn't create a problem for myself. read more

My daughter and I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment several days ago. I give it four stars due to their food violations even though they were listed as non-critical (not having adequate hand washing facilities supplied and accessible). It seems like cookies are the in thing right now. I'm noticing a lot of cookie businesses popping up and I love sweets. Upon entering the establishment we were pleasantly greeted. There were touchpads on the wall for ordering or you could place an order with the cashier. Since there was no one else in line we went ahead to place our order with the cashier. I ordered the key lime pie cookie and my daughter ordered Snickerdoodle ice cream. The inside was all white and very clean. There was another touchpad at the register. It was a bit dirty from hands touching it. Nearby were countertops where you could see the products being made. Think an open space bakery layout. Workers diligently made various doughs for the cookies on the other side of the glass. Note that some cookies are served chilled, while others are served warm. In addition to cookies, this location offers ice cream, milk, gift cards and the option to gift wrap a purchase for special occasions. The key lime pie cookie was served chilled and tasted just like a slice of key lime pie. It was absolutely delicious!!! The cookie was thick, soft and chewy. The key lime topping was sweet but not overly so. Just the right amount of lime. It was even in a tart shape with crinkled edges. It's perishable due to the key lime topping and needs to be refrigerated if it cannot be finished in one sitting. Some reviews mentioned the price point being an issue and initially I was skeptical about that too. But nah, it's worth it. $4.50 for a cookie might seem like a lot but they offer different quantities of cookies (4-pack $16, 6-pack $22.50) each comes with a slight discount compared to an individual purchase. My daughter also enjoyed her Snickerdoodle ice cream. She said it was sweet with cinnamon swirls and tasted like a Snickerdoodle cookie. At a half-pint, it was portioned perfectly. She actually had leftovers. It's a good time to support local businesses and I'm glad we visited this gem. read more

I was on my way out from Target and I looked over to Sleep Number and saw Crumbl Cookie. Strange, isn't it? Anyway, I thought I check CC out. What a lovely quaint cookie shop! And it's pink and black in color theme. The cookies are a tad pricey... $4.50 per cookie, but then again, they are gourmet cookies. Now you have the option to buy 4 or 6 cookies at a discounted price. I went with a box of 4 for $16.00 which averages out to $4.00 per cookie... still a tad high. Anyway, I got the Peanut Butter Brownie, Coconut White Chip, Honeycomb, and Cookie & Cream Milkshake. I was excited to try them all. Here's the verdict... PBB was the best (nice and warm, very moist and not that sweet which I like). CWC was 2nd best (love the coconut flakes and marshmallow, sweetness was on point). Honeycomb and CCM were my least favorite (frosting on top of cookie was super super sweet... even the cookie themselves were sweet... practically ate a tablespoon or two of sugar). Honeycomb was moist though. CCM was hard in texture and sandy in taste. I started out excited about the cookies, but unfortunately, I was left slightly disappointed towards the end. I ended up throwing away the remaining half of the last two cookies. Staff was pleasant. Store was clean and organized. I'll probably be back for their other cookie and ice cream varieties... hopefully, they'll cut down on the sweetness. Anyway, do give CC a try if you're in the High Desert area. The cookies here are beyond delicious! There is no word for how good they taste. I have seen people talking about Crumbl Cookies online so when I ran across this location in my city I thought I would try it out. I have returned about three times since my initial visit. Cookie flavors change once a week so no need to go everyday but I will definitely be returning until I have tried every flavor. So far I have not been disappointed. The 4 stars is because the customer service was not impressive. I told the girl I'd never been before and inquired about the flavors. She was quite unenthused, spoke way too fast and low to be understood and acted like I was a bother. The cookies looked so good I wasn't leaving without them so I politely asked her to slow down and speak a little louder for me. The cookies are always delicious. Reason for 3 stars: Even though I'm paying about $5 a cookie, I don't expect chicken fil a service but it's normally ok but not last night. I reached out to the store via their customer service email but have not heard back. Employee: Lupia (is what she said her name was- I was not able to see a tag) Cleanliness was ok, nothing concerning just messy but that's to be expected when baking cookies. I placed a curbside order. I arrived and selected I'm here on my app. I waited about 10 min, and the screen moved to confirmation page. Confused and concerned, I went inside and Lucia asked "pick up" I said "yes, curbside, I just saw that the app changed to confirmed .." she then tossed the box on the table and said "here, I didn't have time to take it" I replied "that was rude" I opened the box to confirm everything was correct and left .. I then went back inside to ask her name (respectfully and politely) and I then said "have a good night" and she with attitude said "mhm, I sure will!" I was never rude to her so I have no idea what I did to deserve this kind of treatment. I felt disrespected. I strongly feel that Lupia needs to be spoken to and some disciplinary action needs to be taken. No polite and respectful paying customer deserves to be spoken to or treated this way for absolutely no reason. read more
