What impressed me most was that there were only two employees working, and they handled the crowd incredibly well. They kept things moving, acknowledged customers as they came in and when it was their turn to order, and were still kind and friendly. The café was also very clean and well kept. For there to be only two people working and the crowd they had at 11 o'clock, I'm sure it had probably been busy all morning. Even so, everything was clean and organized. I understand it was a busy holiday weekend, but the wait times and lack of communication were frustrating.
