I Walked in on a weekday around 6pm and was welcomed with a smile. The young lady was very patient and friendly. Atmosphere was open and pretty chill. With few tables and chairs to sit at and enjoy your donut or sandwich. I Ordered some donut holes and half a dozen donuts. Prices are reasonable, slightly higher than other places but worth it. I Spent around $12-13 in total. I think the only thing I would love to see more from this place would be to have more options for unique flavored donuts. Sunday morning and it was my 4th visit here. First 3 times we just got donuts. They were good! I went in this morning, ordered some donuts and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich. It was crowded, understandable that it would take a bit to get my sandwich made. After 25 minutes, the 3 people behind me who also ordered breakfast sandwiches got theirs first. I went to the counter to ask how much longer it would take and they haven't even started making it !!!! I asked for a refund which was in the box of donuts on the table behind me. It took me 2.5 seconds to retrieve my receipt and sitting that time they helped yet another person behind me making me wait even longer. By the time it was finally my turn again to get my 7 bucks back I got a nasty attitude back. No apology, no amends to make things right. I got another receipt rudely handed back to me with a "HERE" snapped at me accompanied by the typical Gen Z entitled stare. I politely said thank you and walked out with my grandson. I love going to new establishments so when I saw a new donut shop had opened, I knew I had to try it. There's plenty of parking and inside is very spacious and clean. We were greeted right away and my chatter box toddler quickly started up a conversation with the young lady at the counter. She was so sweet and attentive to my daughter and I thought that was really nice of her. We got half a dozen donuts which came out to over $9 but you get a small discount for paying in cash. They don't accept bills over $20. The donuts were fluffy, fresh and delicious. Overall it was a great experience and I've come here twice to try different donuts and I look forward to becoming a regular. read more

What I like about this donut shop is the reasonable prices for the quality. A large croissant is only $1.45 and an apple fritter is $2.50! It was sugary sweet with not much apple in it but it tasted ok. I tried some donuts too. They have different beverages and fresh juices. So it's not a fancy place but worth a try. I gave them 3 chances each time it was not it. 1st it was their grand opening and their bread was a bit hard. 2nd time I ordered a breakfast sandwich it was stale kind of hard. 3rd time they had 4 people working, it took 30mins for a sandwich and it was not good. When we walked in we were greeted and 3 customers were being helped. It is a very new establishment so it is clean. When it was our turn we were not acknowledged, then someone came up to us about 5 minutes after and asked if we were being helped. She knew we weren't because she had looked at us more than once. Once we got our donuts and paid, we then waited for the jalapeño, ham, and cheese croissants. We paid at 9:09am and the croissants were handed to us at 9:21am. We then had to wait another 20 minutes, a total of 40 minutes waiting for the crepes to be handed to us. Not once did anyone keep us updated on the order or tell us ANYTHING. You're left to just wait. No acknowledgment from anyone there. When we finally got home and opened the croissants, they were burnt and very small. They did not taste good due to them being burnt. The crepes were OK. Nothing special for the very expensive price and little that you get. The maple bar and sprinkle donuts were good! read more

Very cute & delicious donut shop! We've been waiting patiently for it to open only to open while we were on vacation! We tried it when we got home and it was delicious. Walked in with no greeting. Ordered quite a few items just to give Alondra a chance at her new business. Cafe de olla is NOT good, paid for it and then placed it in the trash. This should have been created in time for your opening. Please go to gallo giro in Fontana, try to replicate that or just take it off the menu. The owner is young, I am happy that she has done this, but her staff needs to be trained well. AS A CUSTOMER PLEASE DO ALL YOU CAN TO GET ME TO COME BACK, EVEN IF ITS ONLY FOR A GOOD CUP OF CAFE DE OLLA.
