Bleh! This place consistently has stale food *and* there was a black hair in my donut last time I went. No thanks.

The older lady had a terrible attitude with me as soon as I walked in. Does not seem like she wants any business.

Ordered half dozen of donuts and ham and cheese croissant, all of it taste days old. Croissant was hard and stale, donuts were not fresh and tasted old. Will not be returning. read more

Decent donuts and appropriately surly service. I feel like the best donut places treat you like they want you to get out of there as quickly as possible, and this place does just that. The people behind the counter aren't rude, but they don't go out of their way to make friends with you. That's fine by me: Just give me your donuts. We got donuts on a Sunday, which I've heard isn't the freshest day for donuts. They were decent, and tasted better when they were nuked for a few seconds in the microwave. Their coffee is really good, though. I also got a bagel and cream cheese, and the bagel comes very lightly toasted. It was pretty good. read more

The Donuts are always great and fresh. The Croissants sandwiches ham n Swiss are amazing.

First time visit was a good experience, good cream filled chocolate bars, maple bars too. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought donuts this morning 4:30 am. I took a bite of a donut at 4:45 and it was hard and it tasted funny I spit it out. I checked the rest of the donuts and they were hard as well. They were not today's donuts. I had tried then a couple years ago when I first moved up here and they weren't that great so I never went there again. I figured I'd give it a try since it's on my route. Nasty ass donuts. Don't do it. read more

best donuts in the high desert. great service. I have never had a better apple fritter.

I'm gonna give this donut shop five stars I've read the other comments and they were pretty negative and I just don't see where these people were coming from? So I walk into this place it's like three or four in the morning and this little little man has a crazy amount of fresh donuts just sitting in the window!!! The guy was very talkative he was pretty nice and the donuts tasted really good! I think about a glazed doughnut a jelly cream filled croissant and a ham and cheese croissant and they were huge! So I recommend this place read more

This place is absolutely terrible the owners are extremely greedy and rude. They sell sub par and stale donuts. They are open from morning to night to try and and milk the most out their sorry establishment. Id recommend the donut shop on I avenue and main, right behind Firestone Auto. read more

I don't eat as much donuts as a used it but when I do, I get them from here! The owner gives you service with a smile and is a nice hard-working guy. read more

The owner seems rude!!!! I think I'll go elsewhere for my doughnuts from now on. And also you can't even shop comfortably because the owner watches you like a hawk, like your some kind of a thief! read more

Terrible customer service. Went in to grab a smoothie, and as I asked how certain flavors were the guy running the place pretty much had a, "I don't give a f*** about what your order" attitude. Wasn't helpful in me making my decision or letting me know what was good/most popular. The vibe he put off was def negative, and if he doesn't care about his customers then I'll take my business right next door. read more

Paid $25 for 4 Thai Milk Tea's with Boba. Ridiculous price for a drink at a donut shop. Usually donut shop thai tea isn't that great but this was by far the worst tasting thai tea I've had in my life. I ordered drinks for multiple people and none of them could stomach it. The tapioca was also over cooked or rotten. They don't even use MILK for the Thai MILK tea. They use creamer...why.....???.....They don't even offer refunds, they could at least give a warning to how horrible it tastes before you buy lol Greedy and bad customer service aannnnnd horrible thai tea to top it all off. Go anywhere else. You will get better thai tea trust me. read more

It's a great place to go get donuts we ordered 2 chocolate bar donuts and it was only 2.85$! Great service they were extremely nice and it was a quick and easy service. Only down side is it's a little hard to see the sign right away read more

This place has good donuts, but this morning I went in for a regular milk tea boba drink. I ordered it iced with boba. The girl gave it to me with the ice, milk and tea semi blended as if she remember half way through making it I wanted it on ice. Then there were only about a tablespoon of boba at the bottom which was all stuck together and chewed up. The taste of the drink was gross and I couldn't drink it. Just stick to the donuts I guess. read more

better than tasty fresh.. Devils food recipe was good, regular donuts ok. Not a repeat but not the worst. read more

This is by far one of the worst donuts shops I been too. The ham and cheese jalapeño was super dry with no taste of jalapeños or cheese, the bread was burnt no flavor at all! I ask for them to warm it, as I drove around the corner where I live. They were cold dry in the inside. The donuts are just as nasty taste old and the chocolate or frosting aren't tasty at all, has a different "fake" flavor . My toodler who loves donuts didn't even wanna finish after the first bite. Seems like nothings fresh here. Will not recommend. read more

Awesome donuts, lotto, drinks. Got three apple fritters. Baked daily. So good! Will be going back.

The store faces East, and they had a metal handle on the door which was extremely hot from the hi-morning sun. Uncomfortable to open. The inside of the store was dirty and unkept. Too many crumbs and open packets of sugar were laying around on the tables. Looked like a perfect Covid hideaway. The store was hard to get around on the inside. Glass covering the donuts was dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned lately. Finally, took my 2 donuts and got out as quickly as possible. Yep, you guessed it. They were hard, dry and stale. Mental note, never-ever return. read more

The male owner is Rude too, I cannot say worse because I've never met the female owner. I came in to grab a couple donuts, I had the urge for something sweet. It's 9:03, I walk in the owner immediately tells me in a rude tone "hurry up I want to go home". As I was paying for my donuts I asked him what time the shop closes. He said '9pm.' Yet the big open sign is still on and the door was still unlocked. I do do not recommend this shop. Go to the Slik donut shop near the Valero gas station down the street. It's much better, 100% read more

Worst donut place ever, the guy attending in last night throws tongs on a tray and walk away after my husband and kids ask him 3 questions about donut and prices. Very rude people, and the cleanliness of the place something you should consider before buy something. read more

The owners of this place are so rude. First of all a young woman asked the boss lady if they had a knife or fork and the boss lady yells at her saying "no we don't this place isn't a restaurant!" I was so mad because of the way she treated the customer, very disrespectful! And Secondly, I bought a Thai iced tea and took a sip of it and it tasted horrible. It was too sweet and did not taste like Thai tea at ALL, so I ask her if she can make another one because I was very disgusted by the taste and she tells me it's my fault for buying the Thai tea. Then she tried telling me that iced tea is not sweet when I didn't want iced tea so I just asked her if she could make me a milk tea instead. The milk tea wasn't that good either, still too sweet. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are uncivil and spiteful. Never going back here again. read more

Wow where do I start!! So the Cambodian gentleman ringing the clients was very nice and that's not where it went wrong but instead was their cleanliness! I went in with intentions of getting a half dozen donuts but then noticed where they kept there donuts had flys flying in it!!! I am mediately changed my mind and decided to try some Boba, which by the way was the worst decision ever!! The Boba wasn't even round and chewy but instead soggy, fallen apart and tasted as if it had been sitting in water forever. Then the drink itself tasted disgusting! It tasted pretty much spoiled!! I threw the drink away and was so disgusted! The owner should really do something about this because he was really sweet and talkative but never will I return! Pls don't ever go there! Im not one to bad talk a business unless service was really bad but this is more of a warning:( read more

Came in for coffee and a donut... the Asian lady is soooo RUDE. Actually almost mean. I asked for water she said no, more napkins she had a fit said she gave me one. Jeez. Why? This place sucks. Rather be here when the male owner is here. She is out of control. read more

I consider myself a regular.. considering we just moved to the area a few months and my husband stops in a few times a week for early morning coffee and I go a few times a week just to run in a grab some donut holes for the kids before school. I must say I was very disappointed with service this morning. It was the first time I sent in my 9year old because I have a broken foot. She paid for 2 boxes of donut holes and walks out with a big happy smile because she just helped mom and did it on her own. She accidently tripped over a parking bumper directly in front of the entrance and one of the boxes fell and opened up, spilling the donut holes all over the ground. I hobbled my way out and helped pick them up, took it back in and explained that my daughter accidently dropped the container and they went all over the ground, can we get a new one or do we have to pay? Very rudely, the older lady said "You have to pay!". I was taken back. I wasn't going to pay for another box (although it was only $1.50), I didn't have any more cash and wasn't going to end up paying $2+ for another box, because they charge to use a debit or credit card. I just tossed the box in the garbage and walked out. I felt that I needed to call her and let her know that I was disappointed that they couldn't replace it, it was an honest mistake, we were parked in front of the door, she saw it happened, she could have been courteous and replaced the box, from a customer service point of view, since I've been going in so regularly. When I was done talking, in an angrily and in a confrontational tone, she replied and said "you know, I don't have time to talk with you on phone. You have problem or something to say, you come back to my shop and say it!!" I could not believe what I just heard. I hung up with my jaw dropped. Horrible service! New to the area and sad that I am going to have to find another donut shop now. As cheap as donuts are, I cant give my money to horrible service. read more

I dont ever come here I always go to the one down the street but they ran out the donut I needed I went over there and the Chinese lady that worked there was picking her nose and the store smelled like a restraint like they fry Chinese food In the oil you can taste it In the donut I got so disgusted I threw it away and left read more
