Especially a Red haired woman who harasses us about water cups, she assumes we fill with soda. Not true and we will no longer be going there. My corn dogs were slightly overcooked at this location so they were extra crispy. They were fried to a deep brown and I could not taste the sweetness of the honey batter coating. Plus, the employee forgot to put my mustard packets in the bag. However, the chicken hot dog itself still tasted good. I may or may not return depending on whether I am in the area. We used to really like this location, but today (2/15/26) at around 2pm we went through the drive-thru and ordered and got only half of the usual amount of sundae. Our caramel sundae was not filled to the top of the cup, rather filling only 50%. The girl running the drive-thru was impatient, and it wasn't busy. I asked how much the banana split was since at the time I couldn't see it on the menu and I felt rushed, and she just added it to the order and told us our total. I was beyond confused and stunned. probably the worst experience I've had at a drive thru i0n Decades. I got stuck behind a Uber eats driver who proceeded to place several orders and was very slow in doing it. After almost 10 minutes the cars behind backed out as did I . So I went inside and the manager told me he could place as many orders as he wanted and I would just have wait. Instead of making them go inside the building they would rather make their customers wait. When I moved here and saw Wienerschnitzel, I actually thought they sell Schnitzel. Being German, I had to check it out... Of course they sell hotdogs with a name like that, how dumb of me.... So I walked back out. Come summer and getting coupons from them every week, I gave in a got the new cotton candy covered soft serve. They have good deals going on switching off daily and the soft serve is better than Dairy Queen and most others. This location is nice, really clean and the staff was friendly. Don't get me wrong the chili cheese fries I got are super good. Then when I get to the window and try to bring it to their attention again the guy at the window hushed me with his finger. We visited the Apple Valley location today around 2pm and were shocked to see such a large line in the drive thru but we're in no hurry so didn't hesitate. Upon entering we noticed the line going pretty fast and within 2 minutes our order was taken. Just shortly after they had a girl walking out to the drive thru taking payments!
