When I used to live in high desert, my husband and I tried this place and I liked it a lot that I cane back agin. Food was good since patty was thick and sauce was just perfect. I don't know how the food is now but for me it was pretty good portion and they gave us generous amount of french fries. They used to have an wall that if you finish bog burger in one hour it's free. My daughters and I got a chance to dine at Fatburger located in the Extramiles station in Hesperia. We got a full blown meal with the grilled chicken sandwich (this was tiny for the price... not worth the money... grilled chicken flavor was off and I don't care for loose lettuce, but I'll eat it), honey garlic chicken wings (this was decent, flavor was good), onion rings (this was fantastic... nice and crispy!), sweet potato fries (this could have been crispier... just a little flat!), funnel cake fries (just perfect and delish... will get again!), zucchini fries (failed the firm test... very wimpy... not a keeper!), and a couple shakes (maui-banana was interesting, cookie and cream was good). Guess how much the above meal cost us? Just a wild guess? Don't peek! LOL Total bill was $57+. I thought Chick-fil-A was pricey LOL. OMG... either inflation is just skyrocketing or ingredients are just costing more because they have to sail across the ocean to get to the US LOL. Oh well, hey... we got to eat! We just have to make better food choices that give us the best bang for our buck. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Prices are overpriced IMHO. Atmosphere is comfortable. There are table and chairs available for dine-in. They also have a drive-thru which I did not know until recently. Will we be back? We were excited when this sign popped up on the building. Our first experience with Fat Burger was in Vegas and we loved it. Unfortunately not the same experience in Hesperia. I ordered 8 original burgers with cheese. While I waited on the order, I noticed the sign posted on the wall which read "purchase 8, get 1 free". I asked the cashier how I get one of those cards since I just purchased 8 burgers. His reply was "sorry we don't offer that here". I then asked him why it was posted on the wall. His second reply was "sorry". Kind of strange to post something you don't honor. I received my order and took it home to the family anticipating that Vegas burger we remembered. Disappointing to say they were extremely dry. The meat was over cooked and the condiments were nearly nonexistent. I don't see is stopping at this location anytime soon. read more

My brother and I drove quite a bit to get the vegan maui shake. We ordered two and drank them as soon as we got them. As I was drinking mine I noticed some solid pieces which I hadn't noticed when I had gotten this shake before. Thinking maybe it was unblended banana I drank it. Then my brother took out one of the solid chunks in his drink and we saw it wasn't banana it was what looked like blended rubber or some hard black particle. They were throughout our whole shake! I will admit it does take a while to get your food depending on what you order. This is a co brand fatburger location, meaning it has "buffalos southwest cafe express" inside it as well. Since it's the express version they only have the wings from buffalos cafe not the entire menu. But their wings are so good! I always order a 15 pack and it's worth the wait! Especially since there are no buffalos southwest cafe locations in so cal unless you go to one inside a fatburger. Anyways the fatburger side of things is really good too. Their burgers are big and in my opinion taste very good! I hope they build more of these around the high desert, since fatburger owns a ton of other restaurants they could co brand and add more brands up here that we don't have in California. The employees are very kind as well, I think the long wait time is caused by the restaurant being understaffed. And I think your experience will vary depending on who is working that day. Sometimes my wings are a bit cold and the other times my wings are perfect. Hopefully they can hire more people soon. Anyways would definitely come back especially for the wings! read more

I enjoy coming here especially when good employees are on staff because their professional, sweet and my food is made so delicious and just right. However, lately, there's some new staff that's not as professional as the ones that originally made me like this spot. I ordered some food one time and sent someone in to grab it for me and when they came out to hand me my food, they explained that a gentleman named Leo prepared my food with no gloves. This is unsanitary and gross. Not sure what your doing with your hands for you to prepare my meals unprofessionally. This location is open, it's in the Chevron Gas station of the 15 on Ranchero. It one of the best Fat Burger spot. The burgers are full of flavor and the staff is very nice. Great spot to catch a bite and take a break from the traffic. read more

Literally sat here more than an hour to receive my order ended up just getting my money back and leaving it was so ridiculous. This is after I was asked 3 times what my order was. How hard is it to remember two plain cheese burgers. The car in front of us also just took off without receiving their order. I don't know how this place operates and makes money. I ordered through the drive through when I pulled up to the window the employee gave me the total of $19.52. At first I gave him $20.00 in $5 dollar bills. The employee then asked me If I had 50 cents, I did not so I gave him another $1 I then told him that I had given him $21 in cash his response was that he was going to give me my change. When he gave me my change I was expecting $1.48 in change but I was only given 43 cents back. If there is not enough change then the employee should advise the customer if so. I never had a fat burger I tried there original burger. want cheese extra had it with out, was juicy and fresh delicious and my daughter tried the chicken tenders I tasted 1/2 of a chicken tender had great flavor to it fresh as well so following day I had same order I'm sold plus the personal had great attitudes both times I stopped keep up the good work and excellent customer service also union members get a discount.
