I recently dropped by Wingstop in Glendora. Wings were so GOOD! I had to drop by Wingstop in Hesperia. Got to take advantage of their amazing 20 wings for $20 deal. I ordered online. Waited about 20 minutes before heading over to the wing shop. Got here and had to wait about 5 more minutes. Staff was friendly. Dining space needed some tender loving care. I wasn't dining in, but still. My order was ready and I was on my way home. I couldn't wait to eat them wings. I got 10 Hot Honey Rub, 5 Original Hot, and 5 Hickory Smoked BBQ. Unfortunately, the wings from here were not as good as the ones from Glendora. They were slightly tough and chewy. Wing size was smaller. Hence, 3 stars. Not sure why the difference in quality and taste. It's too bad I will not be back here for wings. read more

I placed my order through the Wingstop app 45 minutes in advance and selected a specific pickup time. When I arrived, my order was not ready at all--it hadn't even been started. The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, especially when you're on a schedule. If the app allows customers to select a pickup time, the store should be able to honor it or at least communicate delays in advance. This was frustrating and inconvenient, and it defeats the purpose of using the app. I hope Wingstop improves coordination between the app and in-store operations so customers aren't left waiting after planning ahead. read more

Adjust wait times in the app when you know you are short staffed. Let's face it Wingstop is always a little late when getting their chicken ready so I waited to the end of the ready time. I got in there, ask for my order and she said it would be another 10 minutes. I said another 10 minutes? She said yes I'm sorry we're short staffed. went late night after work because I work like 1 minute away, the girl in the front was very rude she had a attitude and when asking questions she seemed bothered. me n my coworkers sat and are there and she was already trying to kick us out. saying the dining area is closing , but from my experiences at wing stop u are able to enjoy ur food there when wanted and not getting rushed out. my job would never do that to any customer. it is very unprofessional. my food was half fast barely any sauce on my bone in wings. I placed a $45 order Thursday which includes fees for all flats, side upgrades and special item up grade requests all for them to GET IT WRONG. They tell you, call in whenever you're ready to get your order RE MADE.. They ask you for your name (So that it can be placed on a remake list) ALL LIES! The food was pretty average. However, everything is dirty. The windows are filthy and not because of the rain. The soda machine has mold growing around the base where it sits on the counter. Face of the counter is just plain filthy. We went at 11:30 am and the floors are stained and dirty. If the front looks this bad, you can only imagine what the kitchen and refrigerator look like too. Terribly slow service and disgusting dining room. I ordered online and the expected pickup time was set to be about 35 min after the order was completed per the app. I showed up about 45 min later (10 minutes after the food should have been ready for pickup) and the employee said they needed another 15 minutes or more to prepare my food. What!? Four other disgruntled customers had clearly been there waiting for 15-20 min on their food as well as we all sat waiting up front to pickup our food orders. One guy said he bad been waiting for over 30 min and was visibly angry. This store needs to adjust their pickup time projections because this is not the first time we have had this issue here. Two prior orders and literally the food is never ready for pickup until 15-20 min after they say it should be ready and on one occasion almost a full half hour after the stated pickup time. Next issue was their employees are not cleaning the dining room whatsoever. Post covid, guess they don't feel the need anymore. The floor was literally sticky everywhere I walked and I felt like I needed to clean my tennis shoes after leaving. Two tables had old food/plates/paper towels etc. from prior diners and all this garbage was still out on these tables when I left. The employees never did prep the tables for new diners for dine in customers the whole time I was there not cleaned the floors or around the soda dispensers. Zero effort... zero care given to keeping the place clean. Napkins were thrown all around the soda dispenser and on the floor with used cups and spills everywhere. I almost considered asking for a refund because it felt like this place could potentially fail a health inspection by the health department if their back area is no better given the lack of care to the front areas where customers sit. With how awful the dining room looked and this is what is presented to the customers while I sat around waiting for my food, I was concerned for the quality of the food that would be served to me honestly. I will not be coming back to this location until they get their act together. So Sick of these store managers that value connecting with their employees to bro down with each other over telling their workers to do their jobs correctly over concerns workers will leave when asked to do their job. Post covid times, this is just mindset by minimum wage workers who feel put out to work is getting obnoxious and making restaurants like this one not worth my time or money to patronize. This experience was clearly the result of a manager and team of employees who simply don't care about their jobs or seeing this business succeed. If I were the owner, I would fire every one of these employees on the spot and clean house to get new people in there that do their job properly. read more
