Walking in we were greeted by the staff immediately. Being that it was our first time we didn't know what to order however the young man at the register was patient and understanding and recommended some great options. The environment is chill laid back nice place for a family outing. There's games and loads of TVs so you can keep up with sport events. The FOOD exceeded my expectations. Very fresh pizza loaded with just enough toppings. You can taste the quality and love they put into the food. We will definitely come back. The location is easy to find and in the evening the parking lot is quiet. There are tv's but they weren't playing sports. This is a decent alternative to the AV location. They have a secret menu at the front and specials when you are up at the front to order. I ordered two pizzas, a soda and a pitcher of beer which came to about $65. Pizza was delicious, I can't place a style for it but it's not Greek, Boston, NY or Chicago style. It's just good pizza. One star less for preparation of parties and the wait to order with only one register and about 15 families.. it's a tight spot. The place is large and accommodating for parties. Reservation required. We recently had our son's team party here and we had reservations at 7pm. However, when we arrived at 6:30pm so we could set up.. there was a party going. And it kept going. Until 7pm. We had no time to set anything up for the kids. Or put their awards out. For me that was HARD to deal with. They need to be able to plan accordingly and discuss options when taking a reservation. No pictures. I've been curious about the Pizza Factory in Hesperia for a very long time. Every time I drive pass it, I would have this thought run through my head, "I wonder how their pizza tastes?" LOL. Well, I finally drove into the parking and walked inside this pizza parlor. YEAH, I did it! I am a big fan of vegetarian pizza even though I'm not necessarily a vegetarian. I just don't eat beef... I'm game for everything else except for very exotic stuff or anything that has a very peculiar taste, but then again, I don't know if it's peculiar until I taste it LOL. Anyway, I ordered a large (10 slices) vegetarian pizza with black olives, fresh mushrooms, onions, green pepper, tomatoes... pretty standard live veggies. Very good portions of veggies, nicely organized and placed on the pizza... very pretty! The first thing that caught my attention was after my first bite, the bottom of the pizza has this nice crunch or crispiness which was surprisingly good. Most pizzas don't have that bottom crunch. The crust was not too bready and had the right amount of thickness. Now on to the not so great part... when there is light, there is also darkness... polarity of opposites LOL. The flavor of the pizza was actually bland... not sure if they need to add some more herbs or flavoring to the pizza sauce or what... but it was bland (knocking off 1 star). I felt like I was eating raw veggies that was just placed on a crust (sorry not trying to be cruel here). Anyway, after adding the red chili peppers and parmesan cheese, the pizza started to tastes a whole lot better, but we shouldn't have to add the extra condiments, right? Pizza should start off tasting good... condiments are only to enhance the existing flavors. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Prices are reasonable... large veggie came out to be $23+. Oh, by the way, this pizza place also has buffet all-you-can-eat pizza and whatever else that comes with it... check for buffet hours. Atmosphere inside of restaurant was kinda dark and old fashion, but in a hip way. They also have an outside patio dining area and TVs and a games area for play inside. Parking is plenty. If you've had the same thought as I did, stop thinking about it and just swing on by this pizza joint. Get yourself some "We Toss'em, They're Awesome!" pizzas. Service was fine and prices were reasonable. Had that old-school feel with a few arcade games in the corner that brought a wave of nostalgia my way. Place was quiet and clean. But the food? In my experience it is usually young kids working (like high school students). They are all super friendly and learning the ropes of customer service.
