I've never had an order that I didn't like, and everything is always prepared correctly. When I order delivery, it arrives in a timely manner with all the items included. I especially love the house salad -- fresh lettuce, cheese, crunchy croutons, and delicious ranch dressing. I also appreciate that they offer red sangria by the cup. They carry Frank Zella red and white sangria at Stater Bros, but I don't drink very often, so having the option to purchase just a single cup at a reasonable price is perfect for me. The pizza here not only looked good it was delicious my family and I ordered one medium meat lovers pizza, 8pc buffalo wings and a small anti pasta salad . This was perfect for a family of four. I've always got D6 to go. We were coming up the hill Saturday evening and stopped to eat in before going home. The employees are terrific. Super friendly and easy going. The restaurant itself is very small just a few tables. It was clean and well kept. The tables and chairs look new and there is some really cool art pieces on the walls. I still like this place! This time I pretty much purchased a sample of their pizzas by ordering 5 personal pizzas. Here are my recommendations: 1. All Meat Pizza You can't go wrong with an all meat pizza, unless you can't handle salt. I mean, when you order a meat pizza, you GET a meat pizza: smoked ham, pepperoni, Italian sausage and,as the menu says, "lots of bacon". Just sprinkle two parmesan packets to balance it out. 2. BBQ Chicken Pizza It's all in the balance of chicken, sauce, and sweet onion. Definitely a good sweet and savory pizza. The onion wasn't over or undercooked, so with this pizza I could taste all the ingredients. 3. Buffalo Chicken Pizza For someone who is not much of a fan of spicy, I did enjoy this pizza!The buffalo style chicken was tenderand mixed well with the ranch sauce. No dipping here! That crumbled bacon was definitely a flavorful added touch. Least favorite Margherita Pizza I think this was just missing salt or italian herbs. The sauce did not have flavor and the tomatoes and basil did not stand out as much as I hoped. Mediterranean Pizza Not enough feta, artichokes need to be cut smaller, but the artichokes and olives overpowered the pizza. It was not as flavorful as I would expect for something called a Mediterranean Pizza. I am still not complaining, I would definitely return. I ordered online (highly recommended especially if you show up on-time) and got my fresh pizzas. Service was great. This was our first time trying D6. We chose it based off yelp reviewers. And they did not lie. It was the best pizza I've had in a long time. The marinara sauce on the all meat was so flavorful and the extra bacon made the pizza perfect. We also had the Mediterranean pizza it was just as good with the white garlic cream sauce. Chicken was tender and not over cooked like some places. They also use DoorDash for delivery and take care of that charge directly and just add it to the bill. This has been our go-to pizza place for over 5 years now!! Yes, it's pricey but it's absolutely worth it. They make any other pizza place mediocre in comparison. The toppings are never sparse, the white garlic sauce never disappoints, and the crust is perfect. Once in a blue moon our order isn't quite right but it's so rare that I'm not really bothered by it. The few times that I had to call in, the staff is friendly and easy to talk to. We only ever order delivery so I can't speak to the ambiance but the pizza is worth every penny. Ordered 3 personal pizzas and one medium supreme today. The medium supreme pizza tasted delicious and wings we ordered also tasted fine. The problem was with the personal pizza that seemed to have the same issue as a lot of other reviewers according to yelp. The personal pizza was just full of dough/crust and there was barely any cheese/topping in the middle... such a waist in my option when your getting petty the the bread. After so many reviews mentioning how much crust vs topping they are getting I assumed this issue would have been fixed and expected to get a normal crust to topping ratio. Also, the place is pretty and and simple in the decor but man was it dirty. The bathrooms doors and the bathroom it self is very dirty... this is a restaurant and it unacceptable in my opinion to have a dirty bathroom. Just overall this place doesn't upkeep cleanliness wise( walls esc..) there were people eating at the table in front of and when they left the leftovers got picked up and table didn't get actually cleaned. We had an 11 month old baby with us and my friend used a baby wipe to wipe the highchair and it was very dirty. They need to consider investing into plastic high chairs that can be cleaned properly for all the little children. It's not that hard to have a clean facility if you actually try. Costumer service was okay, not the worst not the best! There was 3 adult and wee asked for utensils and the guy brings two forks... Anyways overall it was okay just was disappointed at the cleanliness of the facility and that the personal pizza was 50 percent crust! read more
