I live right down the road. Have ordered from here off and on for years. Had a hard time finding their menu tonight. I can usually look on Apple Maps and click on their website. Now it goes to a suspicious site. So I looked up "Knockout Pizza in Hesperia" on my browser and found the menu finally. Just called to order delivery and the total cost was twice what the menu price was. I then asked how much delivery was, which she said is $3 (great price btw, if the menu prices are correct) I asked the lady why the price was so high online, and she said it's not their website or pricing. Even though it's their name, their address, and the copy-write date says 2025(in photo). I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she was the manager. I asked her to honor the price stated online which she refused. I told her that's false advertising and then she said she was no longer interested in taking our order. Makes no sense, but their customer service has gone down hill over the years so I'm not surprised. They Just lost some long time customers. We will never order from them again. read more

BEWARE they do not charge your card when you give them your CC over the phone. Instead they write it down on your receipt for the 18 year old employees to type in later and then proceed to hand it to the delivery driver so he also has it. Had to rip the receipt in half to get my credit card information from the delivery driver after he refused to give me it stating he had to return it to the store. Hope none of the employees have money problems because they sure have plenty of access to customer information including address. read more

Every time, every person we have interacted with has been very helpful and pleasant. It must be a nice place to work because everyone there seems happy to be there. If I could give this review a zero star I would. Not only was the pizza, terrible and cold and we only live a couple minutes away but the Anti-pasta salad that I got with chicken was absolutely unacceptable. The chicken looked like it was canned and when my son called to let them know that we were unsatisfied we were told that, that is just the way their chicken is. 100% unacceptable! I stumbled upon Knock Out Pizza today and decided to check it. I ordered a pastrami sandwich, garlic cheese bread (that came with pizza sauce), and the antipasto salad. Oh my goodness!!! Everything tasted amazing. Perfect pastrami sandwich (I mean perfect). The garlic cheese bread was superb, and the dipping sauce was the best tasting pizza sauce I have ever had. I can't wait to dive into the antipasto salad, which by the way, looks scrumptious. This is a family owned business the high desert. Well done family! Local pizza joint, usually employed by high school, or just out of high school, kids. They're not perfect, not always customer-oriented, but they do a good job. The pizza is really good, and they have some different ones like the Philly, bacon cheeseburger, and pastrami. Overall, I would recommend them. read more

Their pizza has gone downhill over the last year. I order once a week and over the last year I have gotten pizza that was cold took 2 hours to be delivered. Pizza that wasn't mine and then today pizza that all toppings slid to one side they delivered a pizza where there were no toppings on half the pizza, one time their delivery driver parked in my front yard not the driveway, not the sidewalk, the front yard not sure what's happening in their store, but they really need to reevaluate the people they hire to make and deliver their food. I have been ordering pizza from knockout since they opened the last couple times. The quality of the pizza has not been good. This last time I ordered I ordered my normal order a combination extra cheese light sauce. I got it home. There was no extra cheese I even brought this to the attention of the manager as she was checking me out she says it has extra cheese and then I get home and the dough is so tough. You can barely even eat it. The dough was old. I called and I told her that it didn't have extra cheese. She said to me this is what we consider extra cheese now I said so the quality of your pizza is no longer what it used to be and she says I made the pizza myself and it has extra cheese and this is what we consider extra cheese now. It was our first time here. The pizza was pretty good. We ordered a Combo and a Chicken Alfredo. Both are excellent (see photos). The bottom and crust both had a little crunch to them which I really liked. The sauce was good and there was plenty of cheese. As for the inside of the restaurant, it is a little older and slightly run down. It needs a good cleaning, especially the bathrooms. Let me first say that if you are not a Hesperia resident, you are probably not going to happen upon this pizza spot. We were just passing through and happened to find this place through Yelp. We just happened to be taking back roads when we found it. They clearly get enough business from the locals. It is not on a highly traveled route. However, the community supports this spot. After looking at the pictures, we ordered a family "thin crust" pizza. All of the crusts in the pictures were thick, so we definitely wanted New York style thin. If you want to be able to taste things, I highly suggest ordering "thin crust." All in all, it was a good pizza. I have written often about places that sell a family or large pizza at the 16" size. New York style is always 18". I do not believe in charging 18" prices for a 16" pizza. Other than that, this is a good location for the Hesperia locals. If you happen to be in the area, be sure to check it out. However, I would probably not leave Bear Valley Blvd to come here for pizza. read more

We've only had the pizza, salad, and pasta. It's all great, especially the pizza, and especially the dough. But even more than that, the service has always been great. We live nearby, and a few years ago we were hosting a birthday for our young child on a Sunday. The party started when Knockout opened. I called the evening before and asked when they could have a large amount of pizza ready for the party, and they told us just a few minutes after they opened, which was a lifesaver and very nice of them. They've taken the time to show us our pizzas to make sure they are correct, and we've even gotten a free "extra" for a large order. Today, I had my hands full, and they carried the pizza out for me. I've been living in the high desert now for about 4 years. When I moved up here, my neighbors told me that Knockout Pizza on I Avenue near Danbury Ave was the best delivery and eat-in pizza restaurant on the Mesa. At first, their recommendation were absolutely correct. However, of late, I would not recommend Knockout Pizza to anyone. The service as well as the food has seriously declined over the last several months. Recently, we walked in there 45 minutes before closing, and they said they could not take any more orders and that they were only providing previously called in orders for pickup. When your establishment closes at 9:00 p.m. you should not refuse someone coming in to place an order on a weekend night at 8:15 p.m. The next disappointing instance occurred, once again on the weekend, when I had family visiting from out of town, and well before their closing time, they said that they were not willing to take an order for delivery. We placed our order over the phone for one of their specialty pizzas requesting onions on only half. When we arrived to pick it up there were three able-bodied young people there that could have easily placed our pizza in their car and delivered it for an additional charge which they always collect and possibly even receive the tip for doing it. I am literally only two or three miles away, but they clearly did not want to provide delivery service even though it was still early on a Saturday evening. The icing on the cake was when we got home with our pizza, that used to be $19.99 but has now been increased to $27.99 for the exact same Pizza, only to find onions on the entire thing so they couldn't even get the order right and the cost of a $20 Pizza is now almost $30. Maybe the elderly woman that owned it when we moved up here sold it or no longer wants to provide the kind of service that my neighbors used to Rave about about but clearly in the last few years things have changed and I highly recommend that you spend your pizza dollars at some other restaurant. read more

DELIVERY BBWEAR!!!! Came into town and stayed at a friend's house who recommended this place. Wanted good mom and pop shop pizza. I ordered 4 family pizza's around 5:25pm and we had them delivered. They told us 45min to 1hr. It has now been 1hr and 20min!! They are only 6min away from us. When I called the lady that answered said the delivery guy left 15min ago. I'm not sure if we will ever order here again. Currently still waiting. 6:55pm. Called back and was rudely told by a younger sounding girl that my order left 10min ago and she has no idea when it will be here. Called back again 10min later to ask about the order and she again told me it left 10min ago. I than called her out on it and said I called 10min ago and she told me the same answer. She than asked with a rude tone if I wanted to speak to a manager. Changed my review from 1 STAR to 3 STARS. HERE IS WHY. after calling the store numerous times trying to find out where our order was. I talked with a manager named Cindy. She had amazing customer service. And insured that my order would be on its way and that she also spoke to me about how they will do more training on quoting times.
