Unfortunately this will probably be the last time I order from WingStop I ordered online and sent my wife to go pick it up to save a little money so it would be cheaper I gave her $100 bill and she left and then she gives me a call cuz they're taking a little longer than normal which is fine they told her they are all cashless is beyond me how you cannot take physical money at your locations she was told that all the locations around here are cashless and I cannot support that so sad to say I guess we'll be trying to find a new place to get wings. read more

My sister and I came here to order dinner and the lady that helped us, Hallie was super rude. Rolling her eyes as we as questions about what was in certain combos. The music was really loud and when we asked to her repeat herself since it was difficult to hear, she became more annoyed. There's a rude girl working here. I came in to pick up a to-go order. It wasn't ready. On my way inside the store, my mask fell on the filthy pavement outside, so I didn't want to put it near my face afterwards. So, I'm immediately told to put a mask on, even though there was no one else inside at the time but me. So, I used my sweatshirt to fully cover my entire face and that wasn't good enough for the girl to stop getting on my case. I've also been fully vax, so this behavior for just picking up a to-go order was over the top. I didn't appreciate it at all. I hadn't been here in years because my orders were never ready. Well, guess what? still wasn't ready. FYI- be careful eating the buns. Take small bites so the bread doesn't get stuck in your throat. Unfortunately, they don't have potato salad anymore. read more

I've been using this location as my home location for some time now. I've had many different experiences some good some bad. On one occasion I ordered DoorDash and I guess the restaurant hadn't confirmed the order because my tracking was not moving. I called they said they would start making order. It was still not updating on app so I called doordash and they stated it was never confirmed and sent a driver immediately. I know shit happens but my fear is I would get the same old food. I called and the manager said she would make sure I got fresh chicken that just came up. I can appreciate when a mistake is made right! read more

We've ordered here several times on the app since they've opened the staff is normally rude but I disregard because my son likes the wings today however they got my order wrong again didn't realize it until we got home and the manager told me that I would have to return the wings they made a mistake on them they'd start the new wings!
