Ordered online on 1/10 and my pick up time was 9:36 pm walked in at 9:50 pm , looked at the screen and order was marked as ready. When I gave my name to the gentleman, he just smiled, went back, looked at their screen of orders and said oh we were backed up. Give us 10 to 12 minutes and it will be ready. But he was sweeping and wiping walls as I walked in, so how backed up were they that he had enough time to do the cleaning rather than fulfilling the food? Many customers walked in, waited and still got their food prior to me. I still waited an additional 20 minutes for my food after walking in so a total of 45 minutes to get my order.. why promise a time when they can't even complete an order on time? I then told another gentleman "just say you forgot about my order and marked it as ready" and his excuse was that chicken takes long, which I understand but then he said oh we scrolled through it. Which led to them for forgetting about my order.. rather drive further than come to this location , what a joke! read more

The food is very good.l aam a senior and go 2 times a week for dinner for 2 so l don't cook . I like the different flavors. I get the boneless wings and love them. I like the corn. I had to call because I couldn't find the flavor I wanted on the app, Jonas was very helpful and wrote the change on the receipt for me. When we got there Katie was very nice and helpful. The wings are very greasy and they were not cooked all the way or toasted at all I called and asked for the manager, I spoke with Jonas and he stated that I would have to take the wings back in order to get another batch of wings. We ordered food on Tuesday 04/16/24 and the moment we started eating our bone in wings, we got an immediate flavor of soap. Pure soap. As if they soaked the wings to clean them in soap and forgot to rinse off the soap. We go to Wingstop a lot of times and this was fersure a different experience we've ever had. We called and spoke to the shift lead and he was understanding and offered us a remake of the order but upon arrival, the order had not even started. The shift lead was on break and as one of the team members was trying to look for him, the chunky girl with glasses had the need to say "It's a MANDATORY break he needs to take." We didn't need her two cents, the other employee was trying to help us get the shift lead to talk to. So we sat for 20 minutes waiting for the shift lead to get back from his lunch. He gave us the manager or district managers email so we can email her to issue a refund and not a single response has been received since we emailed her on that same day. It's already going to be a week and we haven't received any refund or compensation for this. Our stomachs started to immediately hurt and our tongues even felt weird. This can easily be turned into a law suit and all we want is a refund. Couldn't even enjoy our Wingstop and brought all the bone in wings back to the store as well. read more
