I have been to this sonic multiple times and asked for my food to be freshly cooked but was always disappointed. However, TONIGHT they GOT IT RIGHT!!! Whatever crew was working tonight keep them and give them a raise because my food was piping hot. I forgot to take a picture but I'll be sure to snap photos next time. read more

Double Smash Burger was disappointing. Too salty and overall poor quality ($7). Should have been the star of the show. Crispy Chicken Sandwich is ok but somehow too ordinary. Chocolate Chip Brownie shake is pretty good, regular strawberry shake is just ok, probably should have tried the strawberry cheesecake master shake. Groovy Fries are a little greasy. Not cool ;-) read more

We went 4/4 at 10:07pm through the drive thru not aware that they were closed and the male in drive through told us they were closed and to get fuckin lost. We drive up to the drive thru window and a female told us his name is Andrew. I'm not sure if that was his real name but he should be fired for talking like that. Rude , disrespectful and disgusting behavior. read more

I have been to Sonic three times. Paid twice. NEVER got any food. Employees are drooling, lifeless automatons. it's obvious that management treats them like crap and nobody who works there cares about the company the customers. My fave restaurant thing happens over and over: "Hello, when will my food be ready?" "your order will be ready in a minute, sir (said dripping with venom) "What did you order?" "how do you know my order will be ready in a minute if you don't know what I ordered". Employee calls me a jerk and walks away read more

The service was very slow. The food was not good and too expensive for the junk they served us.

Tried it again got a burger looking absolutely dry didn't want to even complain this time since management was horrible last time read more

Don't eat here it sucks they messed up my order gave me a half ripped bag and ruined my day sonic sucks

I wish there was zero stars! Twice now I have ordered thru the app for 4 drinks, and arrive to wait nearly an hour to receive my order. WTF?!?!?! read more

HORRIBLE! Every time it's a crazy wait. 45 min after we orders only 4 drinks still nothing! They need a better system.

They made me wait forever. Granted it was towards the end of the night before closing. But all my food was cold. And the lady who took my order, gave me an attitude when I asked for ice cream in my slushy absolutely refused to do it. This was by far the worst sonic I've ever been to. read more

They suck. Service is slow and when you finally get your order it will be wrong and you will need to wait longer. So if you have nothing better to do go ahead. read more

The service was good, pretty quick. We ordered online and picked up, which was easy to do. We got the Strawberry Shortcake Snowball Slush Float and it was ok. I've had them before from a different location, and the other location made them much better. There was hardly any strawberries in it. Maybe they need to train more, I don't know, but I probably won't order them again from this location. read more

I ordered 3 smash burgers that the meat was burnt to a crisp. I will never order a burger from Sonic. Either their patties are too thin or staff needs more training on how to cook the paper thin patties. read more

Waited 30 mins for food after I ordered from app and picked up in a stall. Shakes were melted and pickle fries were tiny soggy pieces, pretzels were burned and didn't even get the cheese dip for it. Horrible and don't recommend going there. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

Now serving warm red, white, and blue slushy with a side order of I don't care. Took 21min from the time I placed the order til I got my order in the drive thru. Apparently they made it right away and it sat there. I didn't notice it til I got to the light, then I went back. I was told the slushy machine wasn't working and they should have told me. So apparently they serve fluids with ice cream because there were plenty of people there. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 6-8 business days. No refund receipt because they don't do that. So I gave them money, they wasted my time and went home with nothing. Thanks Sonic! read more

They ate half my loaded tater tots and burnt my chicken let alone if you get there a hour before closing they don't let you order anymore.

very rude made up a policy that does not exist gave us the wrong orders then when we told them they gave us the wrong drinks they remade our drinks but gave the same exact order we said was wrong. overall crap service. don't work a job you can't do correctly!!!!! read more

Only come here if you have all day to waste, not worth your time. I wanted probably 2 hours for a shake and slushy. -Ricky P read more

First I'd like to say that I understand with COVID restrictions that places like this which are drive through only are going to have a longer than usual drive through wait/line... however, the employees should at least aknowledge the wait or apologize etc. Even with that, we waited in line in the drive thru for 30+ mins only to get our order and it was terribly wrong. We ordered a decent amount of stuff so we didn't fully notice until we got home and we live almost 20 mins away. The order seemed right in the screen but some details are left out. We ordered two non-shake drinks and got one, ordered 2 footlong Coneys got 2 regular size, ordered a large shake and got medium, one shake was the wrong flavor, etc etc. I'd also like to add that the chili cheese fries were kind of disappointing. The fries were hard and dry, minimal cheese and the container wasn't even full. I doubt we will be back here anytime soon . read more

WORST FAST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD. The bread on the burger was soaked in grease, like dripping. You could taste the oil on the fries. Extremely poor quality. I'd give zero stars if I could! read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. Just like all the other reviews, their customer service is mediocre. We got out of the car to order because we were going to sit and eat; we decided it was too windy, but we had already ordered and waited in our car. Thirty minutes passed, and we still had no food. One of the employees came out for a take-out, and we asked her about our order and pointed out that we had been there longer than the customer that had just received their order. She answered, "I don't know what to tell you; I am working as fast as I can," it was not the wording so much it was the delivery of the message. We left. WE will not be going back. read more

My last 2 visits: Order when you're ready. I order. I'm sorry can you say that again? I wasn't ready. Order again. I'm sorry can you repeat that. Get home and the order is wrong. I order: Im sorry we don't have that. EVEN THOUGH ITS ON THE MENU! I ordered 3 times, get to the window they don't have all of my order. I'm not sure what happened to this business in the last 6 months but they won't be here very long at this rate! THE SERVICE IS ATROCIOUS! THE WORKERS ARE SMART ASSES. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO IS MANAGING THIS MESS. read more

I went there to order in the drive through and the lady said she couldn't hear me so I spoke up and when I got to the window they acted like I was being rude. Then we get our drinks and they went from acting like I kicked there dog to smiling when handing our drinks pretty sure they did something devious to my order ended up throwing it away before i even took a sip. Never going back read more

Pulled in about 7pm ordered their Garlic Butter Bacon cheese burger drove 5 miles home to find a Luke warm cheese burger between a patty melt bread with mustard! Terrible service and food. My entire order was cold and my replacement took longer than the cold food. They brought our food out in parts. First out fries, then our tots. We ate them and the burger still wasn't ready. I asked for a refund. Never coming back to this restaurant again. read more

WORST PLACE EVER! Employees treat customers as if we were a burden to their business. They need training and customer service skills. Quality of food isn't great as it used to be. Girl who took my order had an attitude and seemed irritated. Not coming back to this location. read more

This place is ridiculous! I had to wait over 45 minutes for 2 slushies! DONT come here unless you have all day to wait.

It's been 20 mins, we ordered 2 drinks.... And still waiting....Ridiculously slow service.

This location has no common courtesy for their clients, I order my food paid for it and the screen displayed within 15 minutes Diana the employee was on her way never showed up. I had to press the button again and they claim there was a mixed up with orders. Waited another 15 minutes and again press the button and now wanted to take a new order instead communicating or updating me with my order. All he said was they were still working on my order, this was a really bad experience read more

Left the drive thru due to wait to wait time ... ridiculous .. this is not the first time dealing with this issue

I went to this location specifically for a STRAWBERRY Milkshake for my Son. The first mistake was that I didn't check their rating. The customer service at the drive thru window was lackluster and then I tasted the distinctive flavor of Peanut Butter in his Shake; keep in mind, my Son had already taken several sips... his throat began to close up as he has a NUT ALLERGY!! I called the store and it took 15 minutes and several calls to get through. When I finally got someone on the line, she (the store manager) stated that I should've informed them that someone had a food allergy. Really?!?! I would think that if I ordered a STRAWBERRY Milkshake, I shouldn't have to note that I do not want any other flavors CROSS CONTAMINATING my order!! The manager really tried to blame me for their lack of FOOD HANDLERS PROTOCOL! I do not recommend this spot... especially if you are trying to live after dining there. read more

Are y'all okay in there? it shouldn't take 35 minutes for two milkshakes. Yikes guys. Hiring more people or something.

DONT COME HERE. If I could do zero stars I would. Worst experience by far, wasted over an hour of my time waiting on food that was never prepared. Also, our order was never taken so we had to order at the window. Our food was not started and finally asked for a refund after getting off my car. Huge waste of time. read more

Lewis was very patient and understanding. do not lose this man as an employee. He had exceptional customer service.
