Double Smash Burger was disappointing. Too salty and overall poor quality ($7). Should have been the star of the show. Crispy Chicken Sandwich is ok but somehow too ordinary. Chocolate Chip Brownie shake is pretty good, regular strawberry shake is just ok, probably should have tried the strawberry cheesecake master shake. Groovy Fries are a little greasy. We went 4/4 at 10:07pm through the drive thru not aware that they were closed and the male in drive through told us they were closed and to get fuckin lost. We drive up to the drive thru window and a female told us his name is Andrew. I'm not sure if that was his real name but he should be fired for talking like that. I have been to Sonic three times. Paid twice. NEVER got any food. Employees are drooling, lifeless automatons. it's obvious that management treats them like crap and nobody who works there cares about the company the customers. My fave restaurant thing happens over and over: "Hello, when will my food be ready?" "your order will be ready in a minute, sir (said dripping with venom) "What did you order?" The service was good, pretty quick. We ordered online and picked up, which was easy to do. We got the Strawberry Shortcake Snowball Slush Float and it was ok. I've had them before from a different location, and the other location made them much better. There was hardly any strawberries in it. Waited 30 mins for food after I ordered from app and picked up in a stall. Shakes were melted and pickle fries were tiny soggy pieces, pretzels were burned and didn't even get the cheese dip for it. Horrible and don't recommend going there. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

Now serving warm red,white,and blue slushy with a side order of I don't care. Took 21min from the time I placed the order til I got my order in the drive thru. Apparently they made it right away and it sat there. I didn't notice it til I got to the light, then I went back. I was told the slushy machine wasn't working and they should have told me. So apparently they serve fluids with ice cream because there were plenty of people there. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 6-8 business days. First I'd like to say that I understand with COVID restrictions that places like this which are drive through only are going to have a longer than usual drive through wait/line... however, the employees should at least aknowledge the wait or apologize etc. Even with that, we waited in line in the drive thru for 30+ mins only to get our order and it was terribly wrong. We ordered a decent amount of stuff so we didn't fully notice until we got home and we live almost 20 mins away. The order seemed right in the screen but some details are left out. We ordered two non-shake drinks and got one, ordered 2 footlong Coneys got 2 regular size, ordered a large shake and got medium, one shake was the wrong flavor, etc etc. I'd also like to add that the chili cheese fries were kind of disappointing. The fries were hard and dry, minimal cheese and the container wasn't even full. I doubt we will be back here anytime soon . read more

If I could give them no stars, I would. Just like all the other reviews, their customer service is mediocre. We got out of the car to order because we were going to sit and eat; we decided it was too windy, but we had already ordered and waited in our car. Thirty minutes passed, and we still had no food. One of the employees came out for a take-out, and we asked her about our order and pointed out that we had been there longer than the customer that had just received their order. They did not bring enough straws, no ketchup and no napkins..... they would not answer the intercom, so when I walked up to ask for these items staff got mad that I entered through staff door. I have been to this sonic multiple times and asked for my food to be freshly cooked but was always disappointed. However, TONIGHT they GOT IT RIGHT!!! This location has no common courtesy for their clients, I order my food paid for it and the screen displayed within 15 minutes Diana the employee was on her way never showed up. I had to press the button again and they claim there was a mixed up with orders.
