Super crispy, the texture was perfect, flavor had a nice spice blend to it, and the fries were kind of my favorite style fry-akin to maybe McDonald's (thin and maybe fried in peanut oil) and the seaweed flakes added something different. If there is anything regarding food and drink that people in my life know about me, it is that I'm a lemonade person. This was a very good lemonade, not too sweet not too tangy and a good syrup or maybe even natural juice element. It was as Kristen Wiig in Bridesmaids would call "fressshhh" haha. Loved this place! It definitely gives local business, and not franchise! The ambiance, seating and decor all looked clean and fun, my partner recognized how some of the utensils and plating is industrial, and stuff you'd see from a military cafeteria, and I thought that was different. The menu is smaller, great for commuters, and located conveniently off the 15 freeway and next to a gas station. The quality of the food equates to its restaurant. The Pan Con Pollo (chicken sandwich) is a fullfilling grilled chicken breast sandwich. The chicken is this thinly sliced, delicious, between sliced Cuban bread and topped with mustard, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions. The menu mentions jalapeños sauce and cheese, but this time neither was apparent, but still a great sandwich. The Pan Con Bistec (steak sandwich) is not as fulfilling, but has thinly sliced sirloin steak, with grilled onions, and a very good chimichurri sauce. It is served with the same cuban bread as the Pan Con Pollo, but this one is with and crispy potato (pretty sure they were plaintains) strips. The green sauce is a good addition. You can dip your fries or fried plantains, a corner of your sandwich, or whatever you choose, it was a good addition. We also ordered an appetizer: Papas Rellenas.
