I've been here quite a bit and I've never had any issues. Robert and Kim do an excellent job making delicious authentic smoked barbecue for an unbeatable price. I was just there yesterday for lunch and everything was amazing. I would usually go for their Loaded Nachos but I decided to go with the #1 my last visit. The #1 is there slow smoked baby back ribs with their house rub. It comes with a roll and a side of your choice. You also get to choose if you want your ribs mild or spicy. The food doesn't take long to come out at all. When my food did come out it looked quite amazing for it coming from a food truck. My basket had a large amount of tender and juicy ribs soaked in their barbecue sauce. There was a huge amount of there seasoned fries which I got as my side. The taste of it all was phenomenal. If you are ever in the area looking for quick delicious smoked barbecue I would definitely recommend you stop by because this food truck is definitely worth it.

That's honestly why this visit was such a disappointment. The new building itself is beautiful, and the ambiance isn't bad at all, but the food was a complete mess. Almost everything came out cold, lacked flavor, or just wasn't prepared properly. We ordered mac & cheese fries, carne asada fries, fried pickles, sandwiches, and drinks -- and every single one of us had something to complain about, which is rare for our group because we usually don't complain. The mac & cheese fries especially were rough. The macaroni wasn't even mixed together -- it felt like plain noodles thrown on fries with cheese dumped on top. Way too much pepper and almost no actual flavor. The guacamole was so sour it made one of the kids unable to eat his food, and he's the type of kid who eats basically everything. For the amount of time we waited (around 45 minutes), we expected the food to at least come out hot and worth the price, but unfortunately it just wasn't. The free chips and salsa while waiting was a nice gesture, but one tiny portion for five kids and three adults didn't really help much. The girls working there were sweet, but overall the service felt disconnected. Two cups of water got spilled and no one noticed or offered help. Toward the end of the meal they told us the arcade games in the back were free, which was nice, but by then the kids had already played because the food took so long. The fancy robots and tech are cool, but they don't make up for the lack of care going into the food. I truly hope this is just a rough start or growing pains because the food truck has set such a high standard. Burritos are HUGE and have some really intense (in a good way) flavor;however, they come with a puddle of grease and even though they are advertised as including sour cream, guacamole, beans, and rice we've had different combinations of these in each burrito. Never all of them/never matching the description. The side of guacamole.. I'm not sure if I'd call it guacamole, it's more liquid and quite bland. French fries are good, burger is not bad for a Mexican food place. All in all the food is a good value.. decent size and flavor for the price.
