I was surprised to see that it's now a Mexican restaurant. The good news is they do both Mexican and American breakfast dishes well. The huevos rancheros were excellent, and the omelet and hash browns were solid too. They no longer sell Bison meat, due to the nearby Bison farm closing down. The biggest change is the atmosphere. The charming, nostalgic airport-diner vibe has been replaced with a darker bar look, complete with an Instagram photo wall accompanied with a free dessert table. My only wish is that they would lower the patio windows a bit so diners could get better photos of the Cessna planes taking off. I come for the instant diner coffee and a good view of the planes taking off!
