Anyways, it's located in business suite off Alabama. A little hidden. I think more signs out front would really be helpful. It was quiet with 2 others in there when we came in. We didn't try any of the food items because there was only one biscuit in there. The place is small and cozy but the vibes were dull, even with the music. I think maybe just an off day but the customer service was also super dry. We ordered: Mango lassi matcha: 3/10 super watery and lacks flavor. Cold latte with cafe de olla syrup: 5/10 lacks flavor and I didn't taste any cafe de olla. I did love that they sell Deaux on Monday and Fridays. (My favorite must have in Redlands) but I overall wasn't happy with this experience. Customer service should always be priority, especially when selling expensive coffee. Their roasts are consistently good, whether I'm having their house blend or trying one of their single origins. I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad espresso here. They also make some of the best tasting and most creative drinks I've had at a specialty coffee shop. Everything feels like it's made with care and precision. I still remember my first visit because I came specifically to try their coffee horchata slush. I'm VERY picky about horchata, especially when a place says they make it themselves. Hands down, theirs is probably the best, or at least one of the two best, horchatas I've ever had. That drink alone made an impression on me.They also do a great job of keeping things interesting. Last month they were debuting a different slush flavor on the patio every weekend. I love little things like that because it gives you another reason to come back and try something new. I don't really want to recommend one specific drink because I've had so many good ones here. There have definitely been a couple of their more creative drinks that weren't necessarily for me, but that was completely about my personal taste and not the quality of the drink. The ingredients were good and the drink was made well. It just wasn't a flavor profile I personally gravitate toward. That's part of the fun of trying specialty coffee. The pastries they bring in are another bonus. Having great pastries alongside this level of coffee just makes the whole experience better. I also want to thank everyone who has helped me here over all my visits. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone by name because the weekends can get pretty busy, so there usually isn't much time for conversation. Despite how busy it gets, I've always appreciated the service. The inside isn't huge, and on weekends it can sometimes be difficult to find a table. If you're planning to bring a laptop and work for a while, I'd probably recommend coming during the week instead. They do have a covered outdoor patio that has a really cool vibe, especially on weekends when they bring in music and local food vendors.

Apparently, I've aged out of that aesthetic. Service was decent and quick, though, and I really love the mission behind this business, which definitely deserves some extra love from me.
