Landmark is a true grassroots coffee shop. The staff is incredibly passionate, really knows their coffee, and takes pride in what they serve. Their black coffee and unsweetened drinks are top-notch, but don't sleep on the flavored drink, they're delicious too. It's got that awesome hole-in-the-wall vibe that's getting harder to find. Honestly, it's the kind of place I almost don't want to review because if it blows up too much, it could lose some of what makes it special. I got the matcha banana cream drink with low sweetness and it was surprisingly delicious! The flavor combination somehow actually works and I was so pleasantly surprised!! The shop itself is very cute. You walk in and order at the bar. There's a seating area w couches or another area that's more open in the back with extra tables and a bathroom. This is my favorite coffee shop. You can do anything here- study, talk, read. They roast and blend their own beans in the back of the shop and it's super cool. First of all, I have to tell you that I came in for a meeting. But when I walked onto the sidewalk I could smell the aroma that was nearly hypnotic to me, a very very good coffee. So I ordered a pumpkin spice latte not sweet enough to kill a person, and with oat milk because I'm kind of trying to be better but not all the way. So this young man made my coffee so good and he managed the froth on top even with oat milk!! So one of the other patrons ordered something called an orange donut and it sounded like kind of a big deal. So I asked for an orange donut and I have to tell you it's delicious. The young men working here are fabulous, they are very friendly they engage in communication and conversation there's smiley and they know what they're doing with a coffee bean! Landmark Coffee in Redlands :) Service was fast and steady. It is huge and a great place to study, hang out, or simply enjoy their jazz nights. In terms of drinks we tried the Minter Mocha from the seasonal menu and the Strawberry Green Tea. I found both drinks to be ok nothing special. Green tea was a 6/10 Minter Mocha 7.8/10 However, I will be going back soon to try a classic menu item and perhaps a wine! Best coffee in town! Excellently brewed! Never burnt, lattes are balanced; not too milky, not too sweet and make the espresso the star of the drink. This was the first time I had ever been here. I didn't know it existed! It's in a good location off of Redlands Blvd in Downtown Redlands. Street parking, so you might have to park a little ways away depending on when you go. They have some areas for seating inside and a very nice and simple menu, along with some seasonal options. The man taking orders and making the drinks there was super nice. I ordered an iced matcha latte with oat milk and vanilla, and a chocolate croissant. The prices were fair, coming in at $11.50 before tip. He was very fast and had my drink made and croissant warm within a few minutes after ordering. The matcha latte was very good and the chocolate croissant was flaky and moist, good flavor. Overall, nice location, friendly staff, fair prices, and yummy drinks and pastries. Heard about this coffee spot through a local recommendation so I had to go check it out. Menu is simple which I like but I didn't see the menu right away. That didn't bother me much since I already knew what I was going to order. I ordered a cappuccino with almond milk and got a slice of the cinnamon cake. The cappuccino was great, no complaints the cake was gone in minutes. The service was friendly and quick even with how busy they were that morning. I didn't go to see the back area but I heard they also have a wine night that I would like to find out more about. Their iced vanilla latte is nothing special, but didn't want to try anything else at the time. Barista that day was so weird; my partner & I approach the register, he didn't even say hi/welcome/etc. just stared & I waited if he would say anything to encourage our order but nothing. Evidently we just ordered, waited probably almost 15 minutes for a damn vanilla latte that was iced & turns out it was just at the counter, he didn't even call my name out. This place is awesome! If you're looking for a great place to get work done this is it. Great coffee and even better donuts! I had the blueberry donut and it was amazing. I will say it might be my new go to sugar fix. Free refills not the drip coffee and overall the vibe in here is great. Occasionally it was a weee bit loud from them grinding and processing the coffee beans (they do that in the same area as the seating). But it wasn't bad enough where I felt I couldn't get work done. The worst place to come get coffee. Not only was the coffee mid. The customer service was wicked rude. My boyfriend asked for the wifi password and the barista told him the name if he knew how to spell it, we were appalled. I've gotten to try several of their specialty drinks so I can't remember any of the names but all of them have been very flavorful. Definitely a kick in the mouth type of coffee. You don't have to worry about your coffee being watered down. Now if your coffee is too strong, they have always been great about accommodating me with me some extra creamer if needed. There is lots of seating but this spot is popular so you might not always find a spot. I have an old laptop so I struggle scoring a spot next to an outlet. I do enjoy how open and well lit it is. Drinks are good but service could be improved. The main girls are sweet 10/10 but there was one guy in particular who made my drink for me, who was a bit insensitive. I ordered a matcha and as he was making it he complained,verbatim, "I hate making matcha, i hate when people order matchas, i want to kill myself when a customer comes in and asks for a matcha." Then called my name. It was awkward and uncomfortable. I get it was a joke but dude atleast wait til i leave Then he proceeded to hand me my second drink, spilling out over the counter as he placed it. I really make an effort to try local spots to support small business, and my partner and I came by to do just that. We had high hopes for Landmark to be a solid coffee spot in Downtown Redlands, but unfortunately we were really let down with our visit. For starters, the vibe of the shop was not welcoming. The baristas were rude, and ignored me and my partner when we came in (as their attention was focused on two girls who were ahead of us). The two guys gave us attitude while we ordered our drinks, and they even laughed to each other as if our order was stupid, and they tried to cover it up by cracking a joke that only made us feel more uncomfortable. We hoped the coffee was better than the customer service, but they were pretty on par with each other. We had ordered an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and an iced caramel latte with almond milk. The espresso tasted burnt, there was barely any hint of flavor in either of our drinks, and the temperature was just barely colder than lukewarm. The only thing that saved our experience was the space in the shop. There were some chill decorations, plenty of seating options, and the bathroom was clean. Overall not impressed with Landmark, they have a lot to improve on from customer service to the flavors and crafting of drinks. We won't be back. read more

By the time I went to check in the pastry wasn't warm anymore (asked to get it warmed up). I tried the Christmas latte and I was disappointed, it was just okay. Nice and quaint coffee shop with a beautiful ambiance. Some merchandise to purchase and nice tasty roasts. The iced pumpkin latte didn't taste grainy, and their cold brew was smooth. Neither coffee tasted watery. It was around 12.00 for two coffees, so you're paying a steep price, but it's worth it for the quality and it's worth it to support local. There's lots of seating indoors and there are a few tables out front. It has a nice minimalist vibe, and the baristas were friendly and the coffee came out quickly. I'll be back to try more of their fun seasonal coffees. Alternative milk wise they just have almond and oat. Parking is street parking, but relatively easy along Redlands Blvd. read more
