Rude lady. I think she was the manager but she made me feel uncomfortable. Placed an order for my usual iced americano, and I think the girl was new, so this lady took over and told her what to do. She took over the register, charged me, and after I paid, she stayed behind the register staring at me the entire time. When I walked to the side to look at their other items while waiting for my drink, she was literally following me with her head. I could see it with the corner of my eye. I don't know what she thought or was thinking, but that was not cool. I would look at her, and then she would stare back at me, smile, and then go back to staring at me as I moved around. Several things on the menu were not available. No cold brew, and when I asked about the "Refreshers", they said they only had "Pomegranate Green Tea", which was listed separately on the menu. Ended up with an underwhelming iced latte and a very tangy pomegranate iced tea. I was also disappointed that I could not get a cup of tap water, and I had to buy bottled water instead. Located inside Inland Center Mall. The drinks we got were iced vanilla latte and the mocha frappe. Yes, price is a bit inflated, but what isn't being inflated right now? The lady that took our order was friendly enough, and kindly took our orders. We paid for it, and waited not even 5 minutes before the drinks were ready. I also like supporting random shops like this over your usually big chains. They also had samples of drinks every now and then. Above average coffee shop in the middle of Inland Center, stopped by randomly on a run to the near by Lowes Outlet. Very friendly cashier, the price was pretty good, a extra very large cup of frappe for $9. Able to customize it to the way I like it, however the drink end up subpar n my taste, a bit too sweet and not enough coffee in that extra large cup. Doubt I would go back to the Island Center however Kahala Coffee is a solid place for coffee. read more

It took me a while to figure out this place was INSIDE THE MALL! I'm glad I scrolled through the Yelp comments to come across someone saying it was inside the mall! This place is inside the San Bernardino mall, next to a Jewelry store. There's 4 parts to the mall I think and it's not the same Lane as the food court. Atlast, I found this place and was super stoked to try this place and asked the cashier what he recommended that wasn't too chocolatey and he said WCM, so I said why not! I got a small size and after I got my drink which took a little longer than average I had a moment of "AHHH YES THIS WAS WORTH THE EXTRA 5 minute wait." I have no idea what was put in my WCM Frappe but it was delicious! I was honestly a little hesitant at first because most coffee places use the Torrani liquid sweeteners and I have no had great experiences with those (usually the drinks just taste watery with the flavor) but this blended drink was AMAZING. The coffee here has a nutty taste to it I think and it had a very distinct taste that I loved! You should definitely give them A try! read more

Located in the inland center mall not on the main drag. The young ladies working where pleasant and smiling and the coffee was tasty. Just as good as other artisan coffee houses in my opinion. They offer snacks and soft drinks and fruit smoothies as well. It appeared to be cleanly run and well organized. I sometimes frequent this coffee shop in the mall. They have delicious coffee and smoothies. I don't suggest their sandwiches though. They are super overpriced. Today I got the turkey and cheese sandwich in a croissant and it literally had 3 slices of thin sliced processed turkey and a cheap piece of American cheese. It did come with a lettuce leaf on the side but that was it. Photo attached here. I paid almost $6 for this. Never again though that's for sure. This place could be doing so much better considering no one else has sandwiches in the mall except subway. I don't think they realize their potential. read more

This place made me a convert to their coffee and theirs alone. The flavor of their coffee is soo much better than any other Café, the only time I'll go to Starbucks now is if I'm out of town or county. I usually order an iced latte easy on sweetener and it's heavenly every time. They offer smoothies and tea if you're not feeling a coffee, and they have assorted sandwiches, fruit trays, baked goods, bottled drinks... pretty much anything you could expect. Stopped here passing through town today. They had a decent deal on two smoothies for 7.49. The smoothies were pretty good. The coffee was more of the frappe variety and reminded me a lot of the style coffee shop chains found in the mall from back in the 90s. The staff was quite nice and I'd come here again for the smoothies if I was in the area. read more

I work in the mall so I go to this coffee shop all the time. I love them, they are always so nice. Honestly I think their chai tea is so much better then the one at Starbucks. Their sushi rolls are pretty good as well. I also like their sandwiches, however I do think their sandwiches are really over priced.. but over all it's a nice little coffee shop. read more

this place would've got five stars if all the old young ladies still worked there. but fortunately 2 young ladies remain (tall hispanic girl and the young girl with the glasses) they are indeed the best baristas, they have excellent customer service. very friendly, always explaining things in such an understanding matter. they tell you all the various options they offer. always have a positive attitude. know how to make marvelous drinks!!!!! and now here's where i begin to rant, there's 2 asians always working mornings i believe they are married (not sure) they're are horrible, they shouldn't even be considered baristas!! they can't make a simple drink! a smoothie is suppose to be smooth/creamy right? well everytime they make it (including the owner) it's always so tasteless and it's never blended well there's always chunks of ice which makes it difficult to drink. i'm never satisfied. the asian man seems like he doesn't know how to count he once gaved me the wrong change and i seen it happen with other customers. they're so messy, looks like they don't even know what they're doing most of the time. (once again including the owner) they're so difficult to understand and will get extremely angry with you if you can't understand them. they have no patience at all. they will try to sell you old food. they refuse to throw it out. i once seen the same food in the display for almost a week. the lady is always having an attitude, she's very rude! and dont even get me start with the owner she always trying to sell you something totally different from what u asked for. she always trying to be right won't accept her mistakes. seems like she sure as hell don't care about the safety of her customers. she's always arguing with people. i can go on an on but i'll just stop here. so if you want to buy i drink i highly recommend you only go when the young girl with the glasses and the young tall hispanic girl are working if not i suggest you take your money to mc donalds at the food court. read more
