An interesting experience. I originally came to try the coffee but decided to stay for the breakfast. I tried "El Chino" which is their take on a Vietnamese coffee. It contains 4 shots of espresso (2 doubles) which is perfect since I like my lattes espresso forward. I found that although it had 4 shots, the milk and espresso were not balanced well. It was still more milky than not. I also decided to try the chilaquiles since I love chilaquiles. I found that it had a strange to it. To me it tasted like the chips were fried in old oil. It could have been that the chips were just a bad batch but it was not the best tasting experience. My party also tried a a caramel latte and a bagel which were a bit better if I'm being quite honest. Overall, in terms of food I am not sure if we just came on an off day or if it is a quality control issue. The service was awesome. We were served very fast, the menu was explained well, and they continuously checked up on us. Lots of seating and parking. I went during a weekday so not too busy but it might be busier during weekends. Not too loud, great space for conversations. Overall rating: 7.5/10 read more

Ran into this spot on accident! I had just finished getting a pedicure and when I drove out of the parking lot, I turned the wrong way and that's when I saw this spot. It's so cute inside, Mexican culture themed which I can appreciate. We've been to the riverside location and we are big on customer service, but the riverside staff were NOT friendly, no customer service skills, not helpful etc need I say more? I was so hyped for this location to open and it has lived up to the hype. This week was their soft opening so their hours are limited but I was told they will eventually be open 6-4 (I think). I have tried La Rubi y La Morena, the Horchata Latte, the Horchata Matcha, and the Dulce de Leches ( I went there monday- Wednesday this and friends also had me try their drinks). I also got one of their loaded breakfast burritos (on Monday)and pork tamales (on Wednesday). Every drink and food item I have had has been amazing. Also this place is beautiful. The art inside is gorgeous and they have a nice seating area too. The service is definitely top tier as everyone has been so nice. I'm so glad this is right by my job and as soon they open their regular hours I definitely know where I'm stopping before I work. read more

The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is fast, the food is delicious and the coffees are really good! The breakfast bagel was fire. I am giving it 2 stars because the place it's really cute and I love the concept. I've been going there once every week for the last 3 months, I loved their chilaquiles and coffee they had great service and the quality of the protein was great and so was the price. The last 2-3 times the staff was rude, the prices increased drastically and I wouldn't mind if it was good quality but I got charged $7 dollars for the chicken that's after the cashier said she was going to let it slide this time and allow me to get chicken added to my chilaquiles and I got a few pieces of meat thrown there and honestly didn't feel like dealing with the staff or having to wait longer since it was during my lunch time so it went from $12.80 to $16.00 to $19.60 in literally 4 weeks with that being said yup not going there again it's a bummer because I thought I've had found the perfect little spot which I did but not for long! read more

Second time here, first time I felt there were things that needed to be addressed so the second time coming I felt I was confident in ordering and receiving everything I needed, however this time was arguable worst than the first time. To start I walked in and was told to sit and I'll be serviced soon, after waiting 10-15 minutes I went to the front to check and the employees weren't aware of me being there and after placing my order the wrong plate came out to which I had to let the employees know to correct it. I had ordered a loaded burrito and it came out dry. The potential to be a good establishment is there however there are many things that need to be addressed especially how loud it is inside. The parking is ample and I love the decor and vibe of this place it's very Mexican themed and has lots of social media esque opportunities for pictures if you're into that. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted my the cashiers behind the counter and once I decided what I wanted the cashiers behind that took my order was really sweet and offered her advice on what drink to get. I ended up ordering the chilaquiles and the galleta Maria iced coffee. The food was good just the salsa was a bit too spicy but had a really good flavor. I didn't like the drink though, I felt it needed to have more coffee and less cookies because it was just all at the bottom and the cookie was soggy and gross.
