Huge RED FLAG. I went through the drive thru and ordered a veggie burger - no lettuce, add pickles and whatever else comes on it, 1 order of fries. It took quite a while to get my food. And I should have checked it because once I got home and looked at the burger thoroughly, there was a ton of lettuce, no pickles or anything else, and absolutely no dressing! Came back to Zorbas, recently, and purchased a junior cheeseburger, bean and cheese burrito, and fried mushrooms. The fried mushrooms were great and not too greasy, Everything was really good, with the exception of the bean and cheese burrito. Zorba's is a staple in the Highgrove area. I've been coming here since I was a kid. A couple years ago they changed ownership and the changes were immediate. I haven't been there in years since. I went today and it's even worse now. The prices are RIDICULOUS! The quality has vastly dropped, the service is not welcoming, the ambiance is a mess. Just came here for the first time and it was so good! The service was really good and the food came out very fast. The workers were so sweet even though we came 20 minutes before they closed, they still served us so sweetly and positively. This is exactly what I think of when I'm craving a charbroiled burger. First time trying location that was recommended to us. The hamburger was good, chili fries had a good flavor and cheeseburger was also good. Cashier was friendly and attentive which was nice. While we were eating there was two individuals that walked in and I was afraid that he would have been overdosed he was just laying there and wasn't move. The female tried getting him up for over 20 min and he was slumped over. There was another female with a small child that was eating pickles from a covered bin for others to get. I was concerned about my surroundings after seeing the slumped over male and since I'm a substance abuse counselor I didn't have any narcan on me Incase of an overdose. read more

My family and I have been coming here for almost 20 years and never once had a problem with our food or service but today was the day. I ordered my food, double cheeseburger combo with only mustard and chili cheese fries with easy chili, paid for it, pulled in the lot to eat, opened the wrapper and it was completely wrong. No big deal, I went back in line and waited, let the girl at the window know what happened, I get to the window she tells me "do you want a refund or your food?" Her tone, delivery, and demeanor was uptight, dreadful, and short with heavy unnecessary attitude. She says "no need for all that" as I told I'd like my food, I don't want a refund. Never raised my voice, no attitude, I was shocked how she carried herself and dealt with the situation. Another girl came to the window and asked what the problem was and we were both calm and I explained to her what I wanted and then she proceeded to fix it. Then she returns to the window saying her boss is refusing service and here is my money back. I don't understand what or who made that decision with asking for specifics on an order can result in refusing service. Won't be back. read more

Let me just say, the portions are huge! The food tasted Great. No complaints, what so ever! The food came out quickly. With quite a few customers inside as well as a busy drive thru. The rest of the Sandwich was standard, yellow mustard, and pickles. The service was good. The counter person was helpful. The decor here is more like a 60's dinner. Overall, it was clean and neat. One of the staff was cleaning the dining room three time while we were there. They are quick to clean after people leave. Last thing is more general to all places.
