It has been years since i had been to a five guys and this was my first time at the Riverside location. I will say from the outside it looks pretty small but it is actually bigger and more spacious than i expected. The staff were very nice and friendly. Our food did not take a long time to come out and the loaded up our burgers as well. The burger was huge and i love that you can choose all the toppings you want. Their Cajun fries are some of my favorite fast food fries and they always give you a huge portion. I will definitely come back to this five guys location. read more

I just ordered 3 hamburger with bacon and the fixings on it with 3 cokes. I also ordered 1 BLT, fries and a coke. The bill came out 76.66. The Hamburgers were not so great and the BLT which review stated it was top notch was awful. The only thing that Five guys has to offer is great customer service and good fries. Unfortunately thats the last time I ever spend any of my money there. I ate Big Five once before and I wasn't impressed. I figured I would give them another try but now for sure I will never go back. Tried this new location near the Riverside Plaza. Great location, poor access. We parked off the alley. We were greeted immediately and proceeded to the counter to order. Small cheeseburger, with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. Regular cheeseburger (with two pattys) and all the condiments. The burgers were big, moist and delicious. We ordered a small fries and it came in a small cup in the bag (all orders are delivered in a brown paper bag) and an equal amount dumped into the bag. Like all fresh cut fries (Inn-N-Out), their shelf life is fleeting. As they sat, the more they lost their luster. Seemed to happen fairly rapidly. They offer self serve peanuts in the shell which add to the value of the visit. $21 and change for a Little Burger, Little Fries and a banana salted-caramel shake. Free peanuts in the shell are available to snack on while you wait (and you will wait a while). The Little Burger actually would rate 4 stars on it's own. It's a good size with about a 1/2-inch-thick patty. You have to tell them what you want on the burger, but the toppings are ample yet balanced. There are many choices for toppings and condiments. The bun started to fall apart almost immediately, but I managed to salvage it. The burger was overall really good but not entirely worth $8+. The fries were a big serving of the worst tasting, soggiest, greasiest potatoes I've ever seen. The 5 Guys website says they are twice fried, so you would think they would be crisp. These were just limp and overbrowned. I would never order these again. There was something "off" happening with the shake station, so your mileage may vary on that. First of all, there was no one making shakes. When I reminded the staffer that I still was owed a shake, she had to go in the back and find someone to come out and make it. Apparently, there were a couple of tickets ahead of mine (which I think were for completed Door Dash orders - meaning that a couple of people did not get the shakes they ordered). When the girl made my shake, she just layered the toppings between dollops of vanilla soft serve shake mix. They call them mix-ins, but there was no mixing going on. The taste was just vanilla with only a nuance of banana puree or caramel here and there. This location is a slightly hard to get to spot with limited parking and many unhoused folks sleeping in the alley behind the store. There's no drive-thru. I think that 5 Guys is going to have to step it up at this location if they want to develop a loyal clientele. There's lots of places in the immediate area to get a burger for the same price or less and much better fries. I doubt that I'll be back. read more

This place always has the best burgers I've ever eaten. Better than in n out id even say, and I love in n out. Pricey, but if you want a five star burger go to five guys. The fries are also delicious, somehow even with a peanut allergy I'm able to eat them, that being said my allergy is mild. The service staff is always incredibly friendly, and the ambience as far as cleanliness and looks is fantastic. If there was anything I would change, which is practically nothing, it would be to have lower level music sound when outside. But they will turn it down upon request. I can't say yet but I wanted to make a comment about this business here not just ask a question. There are a lot of comments Good and Bad. And I really hope that when I come get a Burger and Fries that the grease is clean, like freshly changed. And that the Burgers aren't downed in Salt. And that there is a lot of Cheese on the Burgers some like it. Not going cheap on the brand. I mean if we are gonna pay this $21 dollars for a soda and fries and a Burger then make them the way we want it. Clean grease, Fresh Bread. And Veggies and Cheese. Fresh Frozen French Fries in the bag, and Mostly Have enough employees hired that love working there and make sure there is enough to keep up with the flow of business. No one wants to wait 20 minutes for DoorDash orders to clear when they come in the Restaurant! DoorDash is extremely more $$$. We have drove to the restaurant or walked why should anyone have to wait 20 minutes to sit down and eat there. I work locally and I want to come visit and get a burger after work.
