Tried this new location near the Riverside Plaza. Great location, poor access. We parked off the alley. We were greeted immediately and proceeded to the counter to order. Small cheeseburger, with lettuce, tomato, pickles and mustard. Regular cheeseburger (with two pattys) and all the condiments. The burgers were big, moist and delicious. We ordered a small fries and it came in a small cup in the bag (all orders are delivered in a brown paper bag) and an equal amount dumped into the bag. Like all fresh cut fries (Inn-N-Out), their shelf life is fleeting. As they sat, the more they lost their luster. Seemed to happen fairly rapidly. They offer self serve peanuts in the shell which add to the value of the visit. Yes!....this place is expensive for burgers. The cajun fries are very tasty and the burger is delicious as well. Its a 2 patty burger, so its filling for me. I couldn't finish it in one serving. I've heard people say they are expensive, but sheesh! $20 for a fast food burger combo....no thank you! I finally tried it, because I wanted to see what they were about, so now that I've finally cured my curiosity, it's a one and done. read more

We usually have a burger night on the weekend with our kids. I try to teach them a little independence by having them order their food and after dinner their own shake. The food is always excellent! The team and service is always on point. But also, there's a young man that always goes out of his way and has the utmost patience with us. $21 and change for a Little Burger, Little Fries and a banana salted-caramel shake. Free peanuts in the shell are available to snack on while you wait (and you will wait a while). The Little Burger actually would rate 4 stars on it's own. It's a good size with about a 1/2-inch-thick patty. You have to tell them what you want on the burger, but the toppings are ample yet balanced. There are many choices for toppings and condiments. The bun started to fall apart almost immediately, but I managed to salvage it. The burger was overall really good but not entirely worth $8+. The fries were a big serving of the worst tasting, soggiest, greasiest potatoes I've ever seen. The 5 Guys website says they are twice fried, so you would think they would be crisp. These were just limp and overbrowned. I would never order these again. There was something "off" happening with the shake station, so your mileage may vary on that. First of all, there was no one making shakes. When I reminded the staffer that I still was owed a shake, she had to go in the back and find someone to come out and make it. Apparently, there were a couple of tickets ahead of mine (which I think were for completed Door Dash orders - meaning that a couple of people did not get the shakes they ordered). When the girl made my shake, she just layered the toppings between dollops of vanilla soft serve shake mix. They call them mix-ins, but there was no mixing going on. The taste was just vanilla with only a nuance of banana puree or caramel here and there. This location is a slightly hard to get to spot with limited parking and many unhoused folks sleeping in the alley behind the store. There's no drive-thru. I think that 5 Guys is going to have to step it up at this location if they want to develop a loyal clientele. There's lots of places in the immediate area to get a burger for the same price or less and much better fries. I doubt that I'll be back. read more

This place always has the best burgers I've ever eaten. Better than in n out id even say, and I love in n out. Pricey, but if you want a five star burger go to five guys. The fries are also delicious, somehow even with a peanut allergy I'm able to eat them, that being said my allergy is mild. The service staff is always incredibly friendly, and the ambience as far as cleanliness and looks is fantastic. If there was anything I would change, which is practically nothing, it would be to have lower level music sound when outside. But they will turn it down upon request. All in all five star food, five star staff, five star store! read more

It took about 20 minutes to get a hamburger and fries. The staff kept leaning over all the food to read order slips . Prices are way too high for the quality and selection. The hamburger was ok but most of the fries were limp and not fully cooked. I will not eat at Five Guys again read more

I can't say yet but I wanted to make a comment about this business here not just ask a question. There are a lot of comments Good and Bad. And I really hope that when I come get a Burger and Fries that the grease is clean, like freshly changed. And that the Burgers aren't downed in Salt. And that there is a lot of Cheese on the Burgers some like it. Not going cheap on the brand. I mean if we are gonna pay this $21 dollars for a soda and fries and a Burger then make them the way we want it. Clean grease, Fresh Bread. And Veggies and Cheese. Fresh Frozen French Fries in the bag, and Mostly Have enough employees hired that love working there and make sure there is enough to keep up with the flow of business. No one wants to wait 20 minutes for DoorDash orders to clear when they come in the Restaurant! DoorDash is extremely more $$$. We have drove to the restaurant or walked why should anyone have to wait 20 minutes to sit down and eat there. I work locally and I want to come visit and get a burger after work. They have a small book exchange, often sell local art, have cute merch, and just opened up a bakery right next door with extra seating. I'm kind of a snobbish third-wave coffee person and although this place isn't trying to be that way, it still is my favorite spot because of the overall vibe, how genuinely kind and down to earth the baristas are, and how comfortable it is. A lot of coffee shops are so brightly lit and trying to be hipster still in 2026, but this place is just kind of homey and the classic cozy coffee shop we all want to go to. So if you're a hardcore coffee connoisseur and are looking for the highest quality coffee, this might not be your spot. If you're looking for something with yummy drinks and baked goods with a chill environment you'll be very comfortable in, this is 100% your spot.

The restaurant was packed, and it actually surprised me because I don't usually see that many people at restaurants in Riverside. The energy inside felt lively but still comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the fresh tortillas. They come out hot and fresh from the oven, and you can literally watch them being made right in front of you, which made it even better. And the best part is they're free. We ordered the carne fajitas and chile relleno. The fajitas were incredible, the meat was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor, with that perfect smoky sear that comes from being cooked fresh on a hot skillet. Everything came out sizzling and stayed flavorful with every bite. The chile relleno was also really good, with a nice balance of savory and slightly creamy filling that paired well with the sauce. It was actually my first time trying fajitas, and I can confidently say I'll be ordering them again the next time I come back. My grandmother got the chicken fajitas but there were no bell peppers with it, just onions. The tamale was mid. My Dad and myself ordered a basic bean and cheese burrito. I did not like the fact that it wasn't mentioned that the beans are made with bacon until AFTER we received our food! My dad doesn't eat meat and the rice is made with chicken as well. The server did bring him something else but this needs to be stated on the menu or upon ordering! We were sat right next to where they made the tortillas and can see them being made since they had glass windows around it. However, there was one gentleman that was making tortillas who was on his cell phone texting or whatever CONSTANTLY at the same time while doing this. He had a glove on one hand and no glove on the other, and was touching the tortilla dough.....We all know how dirty a cell phone is! And what made it worse is at one point he itched the inside of his nose with his finger, and didn't even wash his hands or have gloves on after that. Definitely made my stomach turn and what caused me to go and write this review. I suggest a camera be placed at the tortilla station, add the notes about bacon in the beans and chicken in the rice, and add bell peppers to the fajitas. Also, maybe give the option of meatless beans and rice for the non-meat eaters

I'm not sure if there was some confusion with my order or if they were joking around, but I didn't make an issue out of it. Now that I've finished my breakfast, I'd rate it about a 6 out of 10. That said, I come here often, and there is one item that keeps me coming back: the zucchini. Their zucchini with ranch is an automatic 10 out of 10. In my opinion, it's probably the best thing on the menu, and I highly recommend trying it if you visit. Overall, the breakfast was okay, but the zucchini is definitely the star of the show. I pretty much had to take the sandwich apart and pull off the objectionable bits which were about 1/5 of the total weight of the meat. The meat flavor was bland and really needed all of the sauces. The bun was kind of smashed and gummy but held together. Sorry to say, but for me, Lucky Greek just isn't worth going to anymore.

New hires are training new hires. Getting hired on the spot and starting the next day (sometimes same day) is a huge red flag, run. DO NOT WORK HERE!!!
